When you get service that is Customer-Centered; your entire buying process is satisfying. I purchased a CPO 640i. The car is amazing, the process was easy and the time that Botan, Sal and Haik gave to me was outstanding. If your thinking about a new BMW, give these guys a try, give them a chance to earn your business. What s the worse that can happen... no deal? That s ok too.... but I called few BMW Dealers and didn t get any response. Botan took the time to discuss vehicle over the phone and actually followed up on the call... it s that simple 5-10 minutes of time that makes the customer feel They are appreciated. I will not give Another BMW dealer my business or time. Thanks Sal and Botan ... and all the staff at Century West BMW.
