From the moment I entered the dealership to the moment I drove off the lot in my new vehicle, the customer service and professionalism was nothing but first class. Some honorable mentions, and my apologies if I have missed someone: Lee's patience as I mulled between two vehicles was incredible and I never felt rushed. Nate offered me a great deal on my trade-in. BryAnne always met with me at a time convenient for my schedule. Nathan was there on the day I picked up my vehicle and he made sure I knew all of the capabilities and features that the X2 has to offer. Every step of the purchasing process was seamless and I was never left waiting or without having a phone call returned.
I can not imagine purchasing another vehicle from anywhere else. Thank you again

Worst service ever. Apparently you're not allowed to cancel an order after 1 hour. They neglect to tell you they have this policy. I tried to cancel an order after an hour and 15 minutes and they said there was impossible because the warehouse had received the email. What do we live in the Stone age

Jesse Farhat was referred to me by a friend when my BMW needed service and I have used him since. When I drop my car off, I always feel he has my best interest in mind and I know he will find the best solution for me and my car. When I return for pick up he comprehensively explains the service performed and makes sure I am satisfied with the result. Purchased a used 2010 Lexus RX350 from Randy Dow at the dealership and was very impressed with everyone there. Initially greeted by Marizabell as Randy was out of town at a training course. Was given the keys for a test drive, my wife and I love the SUV. Then went and met with the used car manager, Matt Lyons who we had a great visit with and then finally with Brittany in the finance office.

Everyone we met at this dealership was first class. I would highly recommend dealing here, especially with Randy and Matt, as they made the buying experience second to none.

We just picked up our car yesterday and can't be any happier with our decision. We were helped by Steven and he made sure we go with the car we really love. We didn't feel pressures at all and his passion for BMW really came out in his conversation. Matt the manager made sure we are happy with the vehicle and Brittany made sure the financing and finalizing process went effortlessly. I won't hesitate to recommend Calgary BMW to anyone.

After I wondered the sales floor for 30 minutes without anybody approaching me I asked for help from a salesperson. When I asked them a couple questions about one of the cars they said "you are aware this car starts at $55,000?" before looking me up and down. This was the first thing they said to me. Yes I was wearing a t-shirt and jean but that doesn't mean I can't afford these cars. Ended up buying at a competitor due to unpleasant greeting from the salesperson.

I established an enduring relationship with Calgary BMW through Ian. Most recently, I purchased a vehicle with the help of Dan Gulin who was equally as professional and demonstrated that Calgary BMW has some great and caring people who want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase. Oh jeez where do I start.

From the moment I walked into this place to the moment I walked out with my vehicle it was absolute perfection for me. I was dealing with a person by the name of Roman Sotelo, who was extremely patient kind and honest with us the entire time. (Most car salesman are shady but he is not)

The level of service that Roman gave us was exceptional and the level of service he continues to give us to this day is just as exceptional. (He's not one to sell you a car then never speak to you again) he will guarantee satisfaction in whatever vehicle you decide to purchase.

Thank you Calgary BMW! We appreciate the service and the continued level of service.

They lost my rims and winters, so they replaced them with some used demo ones they had, a week later I got a nail in one I found out that the demo ones that they replaced them with were worn out to the point that I needed to buy 4 new tires. And the earliest appointment that they had for a flat tire was two weeks out. Service is terrible. So I complained to my sales associate and he said he would take care of things... he agreed that it was a sh!t show there in service. Once everything was completed I wrote him an extensive message explaining the situation, outcome and my views on it and he never wrote back. I don t think their sales team cares about their clients either. It s hard to believe that they continue to succeed in a service based industry. They are lucky that their vehicles are so desirable.

Just took delivery on my killer new 2018 M6 gran coupe which I factory ordered down to the last option. Alex Timmons has been absolutely terrific through the whole process. Energetic, responsive, and super knowledgable, Alex is a fellow car nut and is probably the best sales rep I've done business with. Lots of frequent updates through scheduling of the build spot, the factory, the boat, etc. Alex and Nathan Jones tag-teamed the delivery, really great job. 5 stars!

My husband and I were looking for a luxury 7 passenger vehicle, so we decided to visit the BMW showroom. Jason Stevenson met us with a big smile and a warm welcome. His expertise and guidance helped us in making the decision to purchase the new X7. He thoroughly explained all our options in detail and guided us through the process of building our car. He is very professional and passionate about his job. Jason answered every single question we had along the way!

Nathan Jones is the tech expert who walked us through the features of the X7 upon receiving it.He truly is a great guy. He was very well educated about the car and made sure he went over all the important things that a new car owner should know about.His comic side was a great relief while trying to understand all the technical features.

Overall, we would say that the experience with BMW was very pleasant and professional. Thank you to everyone at BMW!

Well another great experience with Calgary BMW, The wife and I are on our seventh vehicle now in the past 5-6 yrs. The good deals and friendliness of the staff keeps bringing us back. If ever you are going to buy your new or used BMW go talk to sales manager Grant Yooun, or used sales manager Matt Lyons and tell them Jay sent you. They will set you up with the right sales person and make sure you are taken care of the best they can, and help you find the right vehicle for you. Thanks to their new sales person Liam Henderson on our latest purchase, You made sure everything was to our satisfactory and beyond ( except the winter mats) lol Liam. We will see you all in A couple of yrs. for another vehicle. Thank you again Calgary BMW!

Overall, we have had a very positive experience here. Right now, our car had a freak, one in a million breakage occur on it and it wasn't even purchased from this dealership, yet they are doing everything in their power to help us out and come up with a resolution. They have been understanding and empathetic. Definitely the sort of place that reciprocates respect. If you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. If you go in guns blazing, you will probably be met not as helpful staff. They have been very good, empathetic, supportive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Carole at the customer service handled my phone call with courtesy and understanding, and when I got to their location I dealt with Don Dore and he showed a great representation to company standard from the first exposure till the time I received by car back. Mike Woz is the man! I highly recommend working with him. Unlike many car salesmen, he is not overly pushy! Month ago he even advised for me to wait to get into a new car based on my situation, instead of trying to push me into making a purchase. When it came time to make a purchase, he was able to get an excellent deal for me, make the transaction extremely smooth, got some extras thrown in and I couldn't be happier! Make sure you ask for him when you go in!

i would like to let you know that your sales man Leo did a outstanding with ascent sales job with keeping the car in our hands by the end of the day . though the trail of the car was not even in the system he could of been selling the owner of the place car but satisfying the customer came first .his Knowledge of a car that even is not in the system was very assuring to both of us ,He has very good sales ethics with other salesman which we really admire .Closure of the sale by Leo was never felt as he left a impression with us as it is just a period to the next car we would be back to buy .. By the end of the day Mrs Godon put it all together.And everybody knows somebody and i new her dad when she was just a wink in Dave Godon,s daddy's eye. And to add her Mom i know closed the with insurance on the car. Had a wonderful experience at Calgary BMW when buying our 2018 X5. We loved working with Anthony Brice, he was recommended to us by friends and has been working there for over 15 years! He is very knowledgeable (he has 2 BMW's himself), practical, and NO PRESSURE! So refreshing while we were shopping at different dealers and makes. We got everything we wanted (and more) at a fair price that we were happy with. From test driving, to purchasing, to financing (thanks to Britany), we were so happy and impressed with everyone and their service. We will definitely be buying another BMW from Anthony in a few years and can't wait to come back for our service visits.

Dear Calgarians:

I brought my BMW X1 (2012) because a warning fuel warning light came on. I took it in to their service people who played dumb and said that "it would need a full diagnostic". When I came back in the afternoon (no shuttle to boot), they said the bill was 540$ for a loose gas cap.

I was dumbfounded. I asked to speak to the manager but he had gone home. Because I was a physician and had to run back to the clinic, they had me bent over a barrel and they said they wouldn't release the car unless I paid. It was the most predatory experience I've ever had. To make it worst, I've purchased cars from these people. I can't believe they turned on me and I suspect it was because this car was purchased from another dealer.

Beware of this company. It's own the the Dilawri auto mafia and now, I go to Mr. Volvo or any of the other experienced shops for any tune ups or maintenance.

If you're not on warranty, Do your homework and avoid these people at all cost.

When I find my invoice, I'll post it.

Buying a vehicle from 2,000 kms away: (was effortless)

I had been speaking with Calgary BMW s service department on another matter and mentioned that I was interested in a used X5 they posted for sale on their site. Shortly after, I received a phone call from a sales agent, Anub, and he provided all the details on the vehicle via email, so I could look them over on my own time. Through several phone conversations with Anub, he introduced me to a second vehicle that was almost identical to the one I had been looking at, but with a few added or different features that better suited my needs. Anub provided so much information and detail about the vehicle (inspection reports, Carfax, photos, etc), that I was able to make a purchase from 2,000 kms away. Anub picked me up at the Airport, I test-drove the X5 and was delighted. There were no surprises, other than the ease at which I purchased this machine.

The entire staff at the dealership was extremely pleasant. I was greeted by a number of them, many working late due to the time of my flight arrival. One of which was Bryanne who took care of the paperwork for me. She had given me everything I needed to have insurance and a temporary transit permit to drive home. There was no running around to get plates or registration, everything was done and I was on the road within an hour of landing in Calgary.

Some other points worth noting:

The vehicle came with summer performance tires, but Anub, with his manager Nate, were able to find me a set of winters mounted on a set of OEM staggered M rims that were in perfect shape, and a fraction of the cost of a new set.
I needed a trailer hitch installed and Anub was able to help facilitate this so the hitch was installed prior to my arrival.

Thanks Anub, Bryanne, Nate, and the team at Calgary BMW, for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made!

We just purchased a 2021 X3. Our Sales Specialist was Steve Kindred, who was has a very good knowledge of the BMW vehicles and the auto sales industry overall. He was patient with us as we went through the various options available to us, which resulted in us making the right choice. Great Job!
Brittany Godon and Nathan Jones, the other BMW staff members we dealt with, were also great which made the selection and purchase of the vehicle easy. Thanks!

I just purchased a 2006 325i with a recall notice...

I just purchased a 2006 325i with a recall notice. BMW simply listed me as the new client and informed me the parts for the recall were available and I selected an appointment time.
In addition, i had an air bag/seat belt warning. I researched the problem and found it to be a regular fault linked to the sensors under the seat, most likely the connections. But you don't know for sure.
I mentioned it at the recall appointment and asked if they could put the analyzer on and tell me which seat. That would cost $149 and I declined telling the service rep. I would poke around under the seats myself.
The recall repair was done efficiently and the car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. But in addition I no longer had an airbag/seat belt warning. That got fixed as well and no one said a thing.
Included in this visit was an assessment of the vehicles overall status. It needs new tires and alignment which I already knew. No pressure to do the work just a notice to keep an eye on further tire ware.

I received a list of deferred service items. Items the vehicle needed done but the work was not undertaken by BMW. With this list I can go back to the previous owner and verify what has been done and proceed from there.
There were no charges applied to the above service appointment.

I am pleased and impressed with an outstanding level of customer service demonstrated by Calgary BMW.

New Review - I couldn't help myself .... returning again to BMW Calgary and, of course, Liam Henderson. This time, I ordered a M240i Cabriolet (6-speed) and Liam walked me through the options, he really knows the product! Just received the car on Monday and it is everything as promised. This car is UNBELIEVABLE, the options Liam walked me through are all bang-on; I'm not sure who is more excited him or me!!!???

Her kind personality and evident efforts to make customers feel safe in the store was so appreciated. Her efforts to respect social distancing measures during COVID-19 was greatly appreciated and made my experience easy and safe. Her insight and expertise on the vehicles was also taken greatly into consideration, she seems to be a key member in the bmw team.

Brutal!!! Stay far far away, the service dept is a joke, we brought our 2008 X3 in for a check over as it seems the rear end want to slide out while driving in the snow(with winter tires on)
They said the front thrush rod bushings needed to be replaced, so we did that, still the same thing, dangerous to drive. Then we followed up and had a detailed report emailed to us describing that the techs want to replace the entire left rear suspension @ $9000 as they are unsure of what could be causing the rear of the vehicle to sway out.
After searching up part# s online we also noticed that Calgary BMW has a huge mark up on their parts compared to other BMW dealers .... I would never recommend this service and or parts dept at all! Unfortunately I too am a tradesman, and go for technical upgrading all the time to stay at the top of my trade, obviously the staff is undertrained here.

Bought a used car from Calgary BMW end of July. I ...

Bought a used car from Calgary BMW end of July. I was told by my sales person that the car required a valve cover gasket, and that the cost would be $1200 to change this gasket, so that would be $1200 that we could not negotiate in the price of the vehicle. I was okay with this because I obviously wanted the car to be in good running condition once I bought it. Less than 500km later I had the car at Motorwerkes (very reputable BMW shop) to have a carbon clean done. Once they removed the intake manifold they could see there was oil on the top side of my valve cover and upon inspection they noticed a hairline crack in the cover itself. I opted to have them fix it at this time to avoid doing any further damage (since the oil was leaking down the plug tubes and on one of the turbos) I contacted my sales person at Calgary BMW and he told me that the shop foreman suggested that they could have misdiagnosed the problem in the first place, Motorwerkes figured the same. Also was told that it is not best practice to replace a gasket on an older plastic valve cover since they become brittle over time since they are exposed to hot and cold conditions. After taking BMW my old valve cover and bill from Motorwerkes as proof, (motorwerkes charged $1200, which included a brand new OEM valve cover and gasket, BMW charged the same for just a gasket) BMW offered me a whopping $250 credit to my account, which is just over an hour of their shop labour. Needless to say I am not at all pleased with my experience at this particular BMW, I would strongly suggest against dealing with them, especially the service dept. I talked to a service manager named Nikki and she couldn't help me what so ever. They messed up, misdiagnosed or cracked the brittle original valve cover after they supposedly changed the gasket, and offered next to nothing as compensation for their mistake. Very poor service.

Having been a ghost, shopping the web for a new to...

Having been a ghost, shopping the web for a new to us used BMW, we finally found the right car at Calgary BMW. A quick note to the online assistant and the team at Calgary set us up with Joel Cloutier that same evening.

The legend: Joel did an amazing job listening to our needs (and wants), confirmed how we would like to make the purchase and went to work making it all happen. The test drive was great, Joel is super knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he found out.

The deal: right away, our trade-in was offered a fair price with good documentation and justification. Negotiations were straight up honest, clear, to the point and transparent. Joel did a great job walking us through the whats, whys and the options. All said and done, we had this figured out in an hour.

The team: Calgary's support team is second to none, everyone was great, professional and very helpful in making sure we made the right decision and picked the best options for our lifestyle. None of this works without the right customer service backing the sales and the products.

Big thanks Joel and Calgary BMW, looking forward to our next BMW with you in the future (but not too soon, got to enjoy this one first!).

I am extremely impressed with this place except for one thing.

1. Fair trade in value. Neither party was thrilled, and that's the mark of a good compromise. I got what I thought was fair.
2. Jordan Purcell, our salesman, did a great job accommodating our needs. He demonstrated patience when I wanted to test drive 70% of the cars on the lot and try our baby seat in each as well. We ended up deciding on a 320d XDrive Wagon and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Get them while you can...
3. Cassandra in financial was professional with no upselling.
4. One downer.... Please, please Calgary BMW, stop putting DEFA trickle chargers on all your new cars prior to interaction with the buyer. They are not required, and I do not want it anywhere near my new BMW. If Munich wanted it there, it would be there. Please stop. At least Jordan made sure I wasn't paying for it!
5. Delivery went well. Nathan and Jordan have good product knowledge and enthusiasm about the products.
6. I look forward to doing all my service with your dealership.

7. Second purchase May 2019, I dealt with German Contreras as my old salesman has moved on. Again, minimal BS and I got a fair deal, no haggling to speak of as German worked to keep my business. I can t wait to drive my BMWs for many years to come. I have been well treated over the past 3 years. Thank you!

I met Tara at the parts department where I had ordered a power window regulator for my 323i. She was a pleasure to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable while multitasking (helping two customers at once as i had to run back to my car for my wallet). She told me the part would come in two days later. I had received a voice mail from Tara the next day stating my part was in. To my surprise when I showed up to collect it she remembered my name and greeted me. I thought this was by far the best treatment I have ever received from any parts department. When I had the part I needed in my hand I realized it did not come with the electric motor. I was saddened to see this as I thought the motor was the problem. Tara reassured me that they sell the regulator a lot more than the motor and to take it and try it. Sure enough she was correct. My problem was solved. The Sales Manager Tony Lamarca and Finance Manager Brittany Godon were both extremely helpful and very efficient. We were able to pick up or vehicle in less than 24hrs. Overall a great experience. Walking in to Calgary BMW was an experience exceeding all the other dealerships during my search for the best Luxury Compact SUV for me. I consulted with Leo O'Neil, he is a very professional and respectful guy that has a true passion for driving and quality service. Leo was a driving professional in a previous career and this helped me to really understand the X3 s handling, characteristics and functionality during my test drives, I find this to be a decisive advantage over other dealerships. Leo was professional in every way and was exceedingly patient to my OCD needs when making decisions on how I wanted my X3 to look. Negotiating my trade-in and pricing was a great experience, Grant the Sales Manager was very fair and honest during final pricing of my purchase. Ultimately I never felt like they wanted to get my trade-in for way lower than market value and neither did I feel like I was encouraged to buy a vehicle beyond my budget, this clinched it for me. I was really impressed with the team work at this dealership, very slick and efficient and well trained. I highly recommend Calgary BMW and I advise you on asking Leo for some sound advice when choosing your next vehicle.

My girlfriend took her BMW in for a recall repair ...

My girlfriend took her BMW in for a recall repair and had also asked them to replace a burnt out signal light. She Was told the signal light bulb is fine and that s it s actually an electrical issue that needs to be fixed. Booked an appointment for next week BUT went to a family s friend mechanic and got him to put a new bulb in because we wanted to see for ourselves. Well. To our surprise it WAS JUST THE BULB. Not sure how a specialized BMW mechanic made such an easy mistake? Like, did you even try a new bulb or did you automatically just assume the electrical system is faulty and after youd have replaced the electrical System you would have just put a new bulb in and told us see, everything works fine now. Told ya it was the electrical system . Anyway. Don t trust these guys. Take your car somewhere for a second opinion. What could have cost me hundreds of dollars only ended up costing me the price of a bulb.

Thanks BMW, really appreciate the effort that went into this one. Won t be seeing us anytime soon.

Some of the disappointed customers here are right, however we all need to understand how difficult it must be for these guys to deal with our frustrations all the time. We buy a BMW and the expectations get set high. I have had ups and downs with Calgary BMW. Different service because of different people. I have to say they try hard and that's all we can ask for. One service adviser, Jesse Farahat, certainly is one consistently reliable helper at the service department.

Chris Clark was the gentleman helping us and he was very informative, detailed and patient. He helped my wife get into the car she wanted and made the whole transition a very smooth and joyfully experience. Bought BMW back in 06' and we were sent an email in regards to a Airbag recall replacement. Was attended by a nice gentleman by the name of Don who was proactive in servicing me as there was no one in the service department. I had dropped the vehicle off the night before they did the service so that there would be no issues in receiving the vehicle back as fast as possible. Don and I went over the services that I needed outside of the airbag being replaced. I also wanted to get the rip on the front drivers seat fixed as we had bought insurance for it and I wanted a new battery for the vehicle. I had been driving with a loaned battery from a friend as my BMW battery was not functioning and had left it in the trunk so they would take it and give me a small credit. All was good when I left that night.
Next day a service agent called by the name of Jesse Farhad tells me that in the morning the car wouldn't start and that they had to push it in for service, funny enough I had been driving the vehicle all week with no issues. And he tells me that I have to replace the fuel pump and fuel pump relay and that a light stays on on the back of the vehicle. And that it would cost me over 1000 dollars, so of course I kept my cool and told him perhaps a fuse blew or something and he said no it just wouldn't a start and that I would have to spend that much to get it going. Anyways I grew a little weary and doubtful so I called my regular mechanic from another place and his lovely wife answered and she knew more of some of the causes that might have occurred so that my vehicle won't start. She told me to tell the BMW service department to tell their mechanics to tray to replace the fuel pump relay to make sure the relay didn't blow when they were replacing and rechecking the airbag. So I called Jesse after having been stressed for now 10 hours and told him to tell his foreman exactly that. Sure enough 3hours later he calls me and tells me yes it worked.
Yes I was relieved but I was really annoyed. I wondered how many people they do this to without really checking what was the root of the problem and imagine if I had had the money to fork up and said yes go ahead, they would've changed the duel pump and relay without a real need but would've sure gained some dollars on their side. Anyways I told Jesse the least you guys can do for putting up that stress on me and for me to have to resolve my own diagnostic on the BMW with all the so called professionals there I would at least like to be covered for the relay cost of 33.00 dollars. So Jesse Farhad gets back to me and says my manager says" it's not our fault that your car wouldn't start so why should we pay for it" and Jesse also tells me that he should've called me the morning the car didn't start. I said well that's in you.
Anyways I said whatever I'll just come pick up my car. It was now Friday two days later that all this had transpired in. So initially had told them to take the original battery unit so I can get the small credit as I was getting a new battery but what happened was they had actually taken my friends battery for which I had to fork up 80.00 as Jesse' s comments were "well I don't have it what do you want me to do?" I said obviously return my friends battery and keep the original BMW battery I had left in the trunk for you.
He said well I can't. It's gone. In a verycondescending manner. So I just said sarcastically thank you for the aweful service and time you've put me thru. And his reply was again condesending "have a nice day and but the way your relay and fuel pump will be going soon anyways."

So in my mind I was just furious and I thought I would just let it go, but till today I'm still infuriated at the manner in which he treated me. So in conclusion: they were not proactive about the issues, no resolution to the different opportunities I had given him for the stress had caused me, I felt like a number. I feel they would have ripped me off if I hadn't consulted my mechanic otherwise. And in the end they stole my buddies battery for which I had to pay for.

Ken, our salesman, Alfie the sales manager and the rest of the team at the dealership were a pleasure to do business. Ken was an absolutely excellent salesman, we gave him the parameters of the vehicle options we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Unlike most car salesman I've dealt with, he actually followed up and found us a vehicle that checked almost all of our boxes. Test driving vehicles was great, even during COVID. Without mentioning a specific dealership, we test drove a Mercedes and the experience at that dealership was lackluster compared to Calgary BMW. We are loving our new X5 and look forward to an ongoing positive relationship with Ken and Calgary BMW. I would highly recommend both the dealership, and in particular Ken Jacobs if you're looking at a new BMW!!!

First of all I don't work for BMW nor know any staff personally, and I don't know where should I begin to describe how gracious and appriciate to Calgary BMW....anyway. Here it is.

I bought my first BMW 328i back in 2008 from Calgary BMW. It was my first Bimmer and the services from the sale staff to finance to delivery was excellent. We had our bimmer back for services for the next 4 years and they all great experiences. I regretted selling that 3 and away from BMW for a while. Last month, I decided to get a used 335XI for my boys who just got their licences and I don't want them to have a brand new car but we still want them to have a good safe car to drive. We met staff ( Alex Timmons) and that's the reason why we ended up with a 2009 335XI with very low mileage on it and almost a perfect car for my wife and my boys.

From the test drive, trade in, negotiation, paperworks, finalizing finance to delivery, Alex attend the whole process with ton of patience with us. He is utmost approachable, friendly, attentive, responsive, duel diligent, careful and hands on with our concerns and questions. We can not ask for more from his great customer service.

2 weeks after we enjoying our new/ used bimmer, I took my car in for detailing and one of the tech there pointed out there were few major and minor hail damages all over the car which we didn't discover all these time.

I contacted Alex the next day and brought our concerns to his attention. Alex was actually still on his holiday but he responded to my email and when he was back at work the next day, he contacted myself and ensured me that BMW will takes care of the concerns and he also brought the issue to BMW management immediately. Alex connected to me in the same afternoon and informed me the plan to rectify the issue. 3 days later I dropped the car back at BMW and Alex arranged a nice courtesy car for me to get to work and the repair finished in 24 hours and I picked the car up with great result to my satisfaction.

If there is a picture in the dictionary for the word " Awesome Customer Service" Mr. Alex Timmons picture should be in it.

We didn't purchased a brand new BMW, just a used one and Alex treated me and my family no less than any other BMW owner. We are truly appreciated him and he made us felt so at ease and have great confident to deal with Calgary BMW in the future, I am definite recommend Calgary BMW and will send anyone I know who looking for a BMW to Alex. Alex you made me feel like you're not only our sale person but like a friend. Thank you so much from me and my family. The car runs great and we all enjoy her so much. Thank you again for your great services.

Got into my 5th BMW from Calgary BMW. Darcy Cooke has been my salesman since day 1 over 10 years ago now. I wouldn't dream about purchasing a BMW from anyone else. By way of example this last BMW took me over 3 months to find the right one. At no time did Darcy ever make me feel like a bother nor did he pressure me into any vehicle and I sure did look at a lot of them. He answered all of my emails in an exceptionally timely manner and took the time and patience with me to find the right car. There's no other salesman in Calgary like him.

Noticing there brand new vehicles don't even have the option I was looking for ..like (heated steering wheel)
