They lost my rims and winters, so they replaced them with some used demo ones they had, a week later I got a nail in one I found out that the demo ones that they replaced them with were worn out to the point that I needed to buy 4 new tires. And the earliest appointment that they had for a flat tire was two weeks out. Service is terrible. So I complained to my sales associate and he said he would take care of things... he agreed that it was a sh!t show there in service. Once everything was completed I wrote him an extensive message explaining the situation, outcome and my views on it and he never wrote back. I don t think their sales team cares about their clients either. It s hard to believe that they continue to succeed in a service based industry. They are lucky that their vehicles are so desirable.
