I met Tara at the parts department where I had ordered a power window regulator for my 323i. She was a pleasure to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable while multitasking (helping two customers at once as i had to run back to my car for my wallet). She told me the part would come in two days later. I had received a voice mail from Tara the next day stating my part was in. To my surprise when I showed up to collect it she remembered my name and greeted me. I thought this was by far the best treatment I have ever received from any parts department. When I had the part I needed in my hand I realized it did not come with the electric motor. I was saddened to see this as I thought the motor was the problem. Tara reassured me that they sell the regulator a lot more than the motor and to take it and try it. Sure enough she was correct. My problem was solved. Not only did Tara Know her stuff, she has convinced me that Calgary Bmw has the most knowledgeable Parts people I have found to date. Thank you for a wonderful experience Tara. I will return and recommend you.
