I came in the bmw in the SE on Saturday and was pleasantly greeted by the kind receptionist, I didn t catch her name but she had glasses. Her kind personality and evident efforts to make customers feel safe in the store was so appreciated. Her efforts to respect social distancing measures during COVID-19 was greatly appreciated and made my experience easy and safe. Her insight and expertise on the vehicles was also taken greatly into consideration, she seems to be a key member in the bmw team.
