My husband and I have bought our second X5 in the last 10 years from Calgary BMW. This time it was the diesel X5. Mike Wozniak was our salesman and we can say that Mike is the best sales man we have ever dealt with (including all other dealerships over the years). He is intelligent, well informed about the vehicles, extremely courteous and professional. Mike was also very generous in getting us the best possible deal on the car and some accessories. We highly recommend asking for Mike if you are browsing Beamers at Calgary BMW. Mike gets a 10/10 from us!

As a loyal BMW fun, I purchased my first BMW from this dealer 7 years ago and kept my services with them till now. 7-year great experience with the 6-star service, superior salesman, polite management. All of these persuade me that choosing BMW is the right decision in the life. Time is flying, people are moving, but BMW Calgary keeps the quality year over year. Early in 2018, an unexpected opportunity brought me back to this dealer and seriously consider to replace my old Toyota. The Sales Manager Michael Wozniak provided me such a great support - he is not only extremely knowledgeable about the product, but also with unparalleled passion with his customer. Under his help, we quickly figured out the right solution, and received our brand new car in just a week!!!. An amazing experience! Way to go Michael!

Absolutely loved the experience. A dealer named Wonjoon Chung helped us find the perfect vehicle at at perfect price! I was never a fan of BMW but he made my wife and I fall in love with it! Although I haven't made a purchase yet due to my indecisive wife (regarding colors and options) I will definitely return to pick my vehicle up sometime this month! 10 out of 10! 100 out of 100!

If I could give a 0 stars I would this is the worst experience with a dealership/service provider. We sent out 2011 BMW X5 as it was having an issue that wouldn't go in to gear (change gears) therefore wouldn't move. After they're expertise of being high tech I was told that car needs a new transmission which costs $15.000 yes fifteen thousand dollars, when I asked how did they come to that conclusion they said they checked the oil and that's how they knew I fixed my car at mister transmission with $600 way to ruin the name BMW

When I bought my first BMW 2 years ago, Mike Wozniak provided HANDS DOWN the best service I have ever encountered while purchasing a vehicle. I was blown away by the level of service we received from Mike from start to finish. I actually purchased my vehicle from Bavaria BMW in Edmonton before Mike moved to Calgary, and he was so extraordinary that we plan to drive to Calgary to hopefully buy our second BMW from him in the near future. He is worth the drive and even if we don't buy a new vehicle this year, we look forward to working with him for many years to come!

I drove my vehicle early morning before 8am to the...

I drove my vehicle early morning before 8am to the garage to have my vehicle serviced as scheduled and confirmed orally a few days ago. Upon my drop off, staff told me that the service was not due until early next year, unless I am willing to pay for the service booked. I booked this service based on notification I received from BMW and I also called the center to confirm and I got clear confirmation over the phone. This incident happened twice to me experiencing exactly the same -1) booked the routine service and later confirmed orally and 2) upon arrival, both visits were ended up being waste of my 1.5-2h time and returning home for nothing after putting all the efforts and with hassles of cancelling/adjusting my appointments and meetings to get this service done on time. Service staff - Niki kindly explained the reason - booking staff has limited access to individual vehicle profile and there is a gap in understanding the actual service due/requirements. She instructed me how to check my vehicle service state on the dashboard. Appreciated her kindness and dedicated mindset, however, BMW should remedy this type of problems - improving the accuracy of notification and making the service booking system be more reliable and robust. All the staff and quality of services are great so far except for this particular booking issue.

I have a 2011 X5 and i was in an accident and when I called them to find out where to fix it the sent me to Distinctive (their body shop) I decided to do some research and this body shop is owned by Calgary BMW's owner but are NOT BMW CERTIFIED!!! there are only two shops in Calgary Certified right from BMW Canada and they are Contemporary Coachworks (North and South locations) so needless to say if you want your BMW fixed properly with people that have been to training at BMW and with the proper BMW tools go to Contemporary Coachworks!

As a long time BMW owner,I have had many interactions with the service staff at Calgary BMW but none better than ones with Jessie Farhat.
I find that Jessie always goes beyond the call of duty to make you feel at ease and make a stressful situation not feel as such.
I also traded my car in recently and had the pleasure of meeting Mike Hochwald through Matt Lions and was very happy with the level of service they provided me.

I wish I can give zero star. Went to change my win...

I wish I can give zero star. Went to change my winter tire on Nov 20. When I did not inspect my car until I got to work and found damage on the right side of the rear tire so I drove back right away to BMW. Spoke with the one of service advisor and she told me to go to the waiting area, and she came back with a paper work and said that my car already damage when I drop it off. I requested to meet with the Manager, she called the GM. GM told me that his employee didn't damage the car. He told me to come back the next day as he said he wanted me to meet with the person who inspect my car. I came the next day and of course the that person denied. The GM told me he can find a cheap place to fix my car, WOW...really??. I also asked if they have camera in the premises they said no camera. It is hard to believe such a big dealership doesn't have camera. If they did find damage when I drop off my car, logically they will inform me and I have to sign the paper to acknowledge it. But they never inform me there is a damage, those paperwork can be made up after the fact as I didn't sign anything. It is ashamed that the service department have a poor service, unreliable and obviously doesn't care about their customer. I bought 2 BMW from this dealership but I won't come back because of the terrible service department. They should know, buying a car and service department goes hand in hand. Be careful when you drop of your car, make sure you take pictures of every angle of your car so they cannot denied if they damage your car. To reply to BMW respond: The damage is never there prior to drop off. Your employee can made it up to cover their mistake. If there is a damage you will right away told me not just say nothing until I confront it. Those paper is made up after the incident!

Fantastic Service!!! Picked up my new X1 this week and once again BMW Team delivered excellence in every way from management to sales. This is my third car with them, and I can honestly say I never consisted going anywhere else for my car needs but here.
The wonderful Sales Consultant Woody Woo is not just knowledgeable and professional, but he has always made sure to take the time to hear exactly what I am looking for. He has always gone above and beyond to find the right car for me, and I couldn t be more grateful to him for making the process so easy and stress free. I am also always impressed by the service I get from the whole BMW team and truly appreciate it. Thank you again Woody for making my car buying experience a wonderful thing!

It took them 5 visits and a couple of rude encounters from their end to finally figure out the issue. Furthermore, they neither owned up to the problem nor did they acknowledge their mistakes and the inconvenience they cause by repeatedly wasting time and effort. Instead, they act as though you owe them something. I understand that they deal with people all day long but if they are not fit to provide the customer services of a BMW brand then they shouldn't work there. Because of Delawri (owner of Calgary BMW), I will not be buying a BMW again.

I flew from Toronto to buy an X5 from there... No complaints at all. Everything was excellent! Mike Muir the sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the deal, the car and options (as he drives an M4 himself ) He helped me from the beginning of the sale till after the deal was closed, never had the opportunity to work with a sales representative like him. I have never experienced a customer experience like the one Calgary BMW delivered. We felt at home and Joel Cloutier was instrumental in guiding us in selecting our new car. He was very patient with us and answered every question with data and confidence. We also met other great people from the receptionist to the managers. Let me tell you, the other dealers around Calgary BMW need to work on their customer service/experience if they want to compete. Much success to Joel and the team at Calgary BMW! I appreciate Jesse Farhat's , troubleshooting, prompt service, seasonal maintenance scheduling tips and pleasant and professional manner.

I would recommend a BMW for it's great driving experience and Calgary BMW for it's great service and staff professionals.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Atrocious service. This AM I dropped off my 3 Series for an out of province inspection scheduled weeks in advance for 9:30am. My service rep told me it would "for sure" be done by 4pm. Fast forward to 12pm when I receive a call by my rep saying that they can't even get the car in today and that I should come and pick it up at 1:30 (in an hour and a half from when we were speaking on the phone...) so it is convenient for my service rep. So, I go to pick up my car at 1 because I am not going to make my inconvenience convenient for my rep who is supposed to be providing me a service. I ask to speak to his manager who had nothing but the excuse that they only have two mechanics that are certified to check my car so there was nothing that he could do. He then offered me a pick up service tomorrow to which he then retracted because they don't have enough staff and then asked me to bring my car in at 7:30 "sharp" (yes, he actually did say that). More than ticked off with my experience here. Would recommend finding elsewhere for your BMW needs.

We were greeted by Michael Wozniak at Calgary BMW who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently.
Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Mike delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. He also went above and beyond his way to help us.
We will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead.

First off, the new M240i is an outstanding vehicle. Got it from Calgary BMW a few weeks ago and I am enjoying it thoroughly. This was my first BMW purchase and I have to say that the shopping process was outstanding. Joel and Nathan were both great to deal with and showed me why these vehicles are a cut above what I had driven previously. Most importantly though they were professionals and I felt like I could take my time and ask any question that came to mind. I am actually looking forward to servicing the vehicle with this team. Just bought our new BMW from Calgary BMW , Joon our sales associate knew what we exactly wanted and helped us customize our first luxury car .He was patient and guided us to find the right vehicle , he was very well trained and knowledgable , we must have gone there 5-6 time before finalizing the vehicle but he was patient and always gave the right advise . Even when the car was in transit he kept us informed on when it will arrive . Worst Servicing Experience In The World! I have h...

Worst Servicing Experience In The World! I have had my X6 in the shop for over 8 weeks in 1 year with BMW. I bought my car brand new 2011 BMW X6 from them and have always had it serviced with them. The car has literally never been taken off of an oil consumption report and despite me bringing it into the shop to fix over 4 times with me reporting the oil leak issues over 10 times, the car still has engine leaks and repairs required. The first 2 years, they told me that it was normal and that its because the car is new and thats how BMW X6 are. They basically dragged me out for 2 years with excuses or lack of understanding of the car to the point where the warranty lapsed. I am now down to the conclusion that either the engine is faulty or the servicing here is not done properly. I have spent over $25,000 in servicing alone with this dealership and they can't even tell me what the real issue is and cannot guarantee that the engine won't leak again. Which they already did last time I fixed it when they told me that there is a customer care package. Then when it leaked again after 3 months, they told me to read the fine print, it only covers certain parts of the engine and not these other parts. This is not the way to treat a customer or anyone. This is not why people buy BMWs!

Virginia Johal ( Service Adviser ) does an outstanding job and I really hope shes recognized for it .She continually gos the extra mile and you cant help but be wowed after each experience . Honestly speaking i never thought i would be a BMW guy but after the service and impression shes left i cant see myself driving anything else .

Made an 8:15 am appt to swap tires (on rims). Called at 3 pm but was told my car will be ready at 4:30 pm. So REALLY, it took them 7 hours to swap my tires in. They must have really slow mechanics. Just like to pass along a big kudos to both Andres Montoya and his service tech Eric, I dropped by the shop this past Saturday to have a plastic molding reset as the factory fitment was a bit suspect. Andres and his top notch tech Eric had resolved the issue due to a faulty clip and had me back in my vehicle in less than a hour, there tag team approach to resolve the issue was first class and seamless. I mention this as we tend to complain about things more than we compliment and recognize those individuals that go beyond on a regular basis !!

I had my BMW X6 serviced at Calgary BMW and I was very impressed with their level of service. Jesse Farhat was my service rep and he arranged the servicing of my X6 around a time that was convenient for my schedule and answered all the additional questions I had. I was worried about the unlocking mechanism with my vehicle as well and even though nothing appeared to need replacing after he ran multiple tests at the dealership, he still gave me a follow up call a few days later to ensure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend the service department at this dealership.

My wife and I had been searching for weeks for a vehicle and while on Autotrader we came across a vehicle at Calgary BMW. We live in BC but decided we would stick with an Alberta dealership after some negative experience with Vancouver dealerships. I ended up sending a random message requesting someone contact me, and right away I had got a response from Joel Cloutier. Without hesitation he was sending me more photos of the vehicle we liked and even took video so we could see the vehicle in real-time.
We ended up purchasing the vehicle sight unseen based on the trust we had formed with Joel. We are now proud owners of an X3 all because of Joel s efforts.

The service was so terrible!!!! They lost my car 3 times everytime I called nobody knew what they doing or where my car was it. So it took 1 week longer then it should have. When they called after they finally found it they said they vacuum and wash my car when they did walk around. So when I pick up my car superprise superprise they couldn't find my key or my car AGAin!! and then when they found it and brough it to me it wasn't wash or vacuum after they told me 3 times that they already did it. Makes me wonder what else they said they did and didn't really do it.

BMW Calgary offers complimentary Level 3 Charging to their EV owners at this location! BMW Calgary's Demo I3 sometimes charges at this station. But the helpful lady receptionist and other staff were more than willing to disconnect the charger from their vehicle. Big thumbs up for their professional and personable attitude!

Mike W. went above and beyond for service when purchasing my first BMW. He showed me a few different models that were suitable to my life style and made excellent recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very professional. Originally, I was going to buy from a competing brand however Mike introduced me to the BMW 430i (love at first sight). He got me excited about the brand. After purchasing the vehicle he took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle (great & fun experience). Had a horrible experience with Sabrina Gales-Rizzoli in the service department this morning. Basically, she was a bit rude when she raised her voice in frustration and impatience over the phone and refused to transfer the call to the service manager when we are in disagreement. But fortunately, another service advisor Jesse Farhat took over the case and handled it professionally.

To the management team: please ensure Sabrina is properly trained on professionalism in the workplace so she can handle anything in any circumstances in a polite way. I would also strongly recommend Jesse to any BMW customers without any reservation.

I went in last Monday looking to purchase a 2018 330i X drive, I had set up an appointment with a guy named Jason and he seemed very nice over the phone. When I showed up the receptionist greeted me kindly and I asked for Jason. He took about 15 min to come talk to me when it wasn't very busy. I sat down and even though I wasn't very impressed, as I told him of exactly what I wanted he said that he would look into it, for me payments weren't a big deal, I just wanted to test drive and as I asked him he totally ignored it and made up excuses for not having a car for me to test drive. Even though I am 21, I work downtown for a big company and had every intention to buy the vehicle. He said he would follow up and never did. In fact I had to ask him a couple of questions and call him for me to look into buying. I went over to BMW Gallery and was treated amazing!! I would not recommend going to this dealership.

I had a great experience with very friendly people that made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Joel Cloutier, Brittany Godon, and Tara -Mae Ferraz for taking care of all of my needs while buying my first BMW. Joel really came through in taking care of any issue that came up. He definitely went above and beyond compared to other Salespersons I have dealt with. I just had my car serviced today and I have to say the calibre of service was absolutely top notch. My SA was Niki who was very professional and kept me in the loop during the day. The shuttle service was on time both ways and the drivers were both very courteous and friendly. I have just moved to Calgary from Edmonton and finding a good BMW dealer for sales and service was definitely a concern. Needless to say that I am both relieved and pleased to have had such a positive experience with Calgary BMW.

The only thing I did not like was the Eco-Stop feature.

I called to ask one simple mechanical question and to find a price on an e gine wiring harness. The service lady refused to ask a tech anyting and transferred me to parts where buddy also refused to ask a question to anyone mechanically inclined then hung up on me! When i phoned to talk to the manager about what happened he was also rude and wouldnt ask a simple question!! I just spent 4 days doing an engine swap on an e38 but the previous owner had done some custom wiring and for some reason it wouldnt start and i tried tripping the starter to see if it would start. ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW IS IF TRIPPING THE STARTER WOULD TRIP THE ANTITHEFT AND NO ONE COULD BE BOTHERED I own 3 bmws and this is the treatment i get from them!!! Travel to bmw edmonton south the 3 hours is worth the better service!!!

Horrible. I went to BMW on Crowfoot in the NW early 2012. The Sales Manager sold me a used X5 for one price, and then after the car was serviced, said he has to add on $1,000.00- not a big deal, just very unprofessional. I never ended up buying the car because of how this situation was handled. The Salesperson was very nice apologizing profusely for how the situation was handled by Management, but I couldn't bring myself to give them any business.

A year later, I went to BMW in the SE (same Sales Manager) but different employee. I gave the sales person a check who promised me it would not be cashed, but it was cashed the next day. The check I put for a deposit was only supposed to "hold the car" and was promised not to be cashed. Because my husband and I have many accounts- primarily in higher interest savings accounts, we had three checks bounce! Very frustrating for someone who has an A+ credit rating.

I told the salesperson this deal was conditional on my husbands opinion. When I called the next day and told them we were buying from the US, the Sales Manager said it was a firm deal (even though the salesperson knew it was conditional).

I have since decided to buy my X5 from Canada and it will not be from Calgary BMW. These situations left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I will drive to Edmonton before I ever give BMW Calgary any business.

PS- employees are compensated purely on commission. NO Salary. Found out from someone that quit BMW. As if BMW doesn't make enough money to pay their sales team fair and hourly wages? One star out of five is far too many for BMW Calgary/ Crowfoot.

I'm not one to normally leave a review however, with my recent experience received at Calgary BMW I was prompted to leave a comment. I experienced a broken lock lug key and wasn't able to remove two of my tires. I contact the parts department at BMW Calgary to inquire on a replacement. They were open and honest with me regarding the old lug key and proposed a new key to which could be purchased at a significantly reduced price compared to my old lug key and would be easier to obtain at any point in time if needed, fantastic. Although it did not address the two tires remaining on my vehicle as the lug nuts were tightened above spec and could not be removed. The gentleman took it upon himself to grab a breaker bar and remove the stuck lug nuts and replaced them with the new. I not only received a quality product and sound advice, it was at a economical price and I can now remove my tires when I get home! Finally, customer service without the increase price tag. BMW Calgary and Brendan/Larry (may or may not be correct) are exceptional examples of great customer service and taking time out of their day to go above and beyond left me speechless. I am a frugal individual, as a father of two on a single income I would recommend this dealership for even minor repairs and maintenance.

In my experience, the service department is organized, friendly, and prompt, and the shuttle service has been excellent compared to my past experiences with shuttles at other dealerships. Everyone I have dealt with comes across as honest and transparent, and doesn't apply any unnecessary pressure. Top notch.

Our third BMW has been purchased, and bought! Dan Gulin was our salesman for all three. Our family has been so blessed to be able to afford the luxury of purchasing a BMW and enjoying its great tools. This third car is really special to us, its a second generation buy for our oldest son. Not only have we enjoyed the cars, now our son will enjoy an X1 we purchased for him. I came in earlier this week in a bit of a rush to look at the pre-owned inventory and was helped by Ron Huntley. I sat down with Ron and we quickly clarified what I was after and took a couple test drives, I found the car I was after and we did the paper work and I pick the car up later that week. I felt that Ron didn't try to steer me towards anything and was more concerned with finding what I was after. It was a pleasure to deal with this dealer and Ron and I will be back.

2021 Update:
My first disappointment.

Sometimes it is just the little things. it is attention to details. It is making sure the customer experience is top notch. It is excellence in execution. Every single time !

Today was my semi annual tire swap. It is a 60 km drive each way for me to get the service performed so it is for me a road trip. One of the services provided to the customer, I assume as a reflection of Calgary BMW's effort to be the best is the complimentary vehicle wash. Maybe not a big deal in the big scheme of things but I consider it a major perk. Where I live it is extremely difficult to get your vehicle hand washed so I appreciate the service. I actually expect it when they add it to the work order and they tell me that that the vehicle is in the wash bay and you can pick it up in 30 minutes. You can imagine my surprise when I show up and it is as dirty as when I dropped it off.

Frustrating. Frustrating it is the second time it has happened in 4 service appointments.

I fail to understand why Calgary BMW would offer a service that they apparently cannot execute.

Maybe it is not a big deal to the service department.

A perfect way to ruin my day.

Did I mention I was frustrated ?

2020 update:
27000 km later we are as happy as the day we bought it. The X5 just performs! Acceleration and handling you kinda expect but the excellent fuel consumption was a very pleasant surprise. Comfortable, you bet. It is definitely handles well in the snow. With winter tires you always feel in control which is comforting while traveling in Nov-Mar thru the rockies or down I-15. The service department has been a solid 10. Excellent service. No cost surprises. No service rework. Consistently pleasant and helpful.

A totally positive experience. My wife and I were looking for a new SUV and after an exhaustive search we shortened our list to 3, including the 2019 X5. What a vehicle !! Outstanding is almost an understatement. End to end our experience has been first class. There was no pressure at all. Calgary BMW is offers high quality vehicles and the dealership staff are professional, helpful and easy to talk to. Jason who helped us purchase the X5 has been very responsive to all our questions and needs, hunting down a vehicle that met our very specific requirements and keeping us in the loop throughout. Very knowledgeable. Brittany helped us with all the supplemental stuff like warranty and add on's. No pressure and lots of great info provided. We really liked Nathan who is the dedicated Product Genius !!. He takes you through the vehicle at whatever level of detail you desire. Lives the "there are no dumb questions" motto. Very welcoming and friendly staff, Marizabel always provided a warm greeting with a smile and was very accommodating the moment anyone stepped through the door. Shea was superb and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase and answered my questions even on his day off, which I believe was going above and beyond!
I had great laughs with Grant amazing to deal with, he ensured I was comfortable with my vehicle trade.
Liam assisted with the process, we went through the vehicle specs together, he is an enthusiast, very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with.

I m giving this review a 5 because of the last experience I got from the specialist (sadly don t remember his name) that was helping me when I brought my car in for an oil change.

My oil light went off, so I booked an oil change. When I brought my car in, and they put my key in to pull up my file, he said that I didn t need the oil change yet.

He took a quick look and noticed that my oil was a little low, so he poured some oil in and it fixed the problem. When I asked he how much for the service, he told me not to worry about it, because it was like half a bottle of oil...which I felt he could have still charged for. But really appreciated that he didn t...and for the cost of a half of bottle of oil to the dealership...that will keep me coming back!

That s what i call great customer experience, especially for a luxury dealership.

Each visit is governed with professionalism with no exception - Rahim Rana carrying this claim in regards to my last service. I have been servicing my BMW 328xi (E90) with Calgary BMW for the last 5 years and the service has always been great. The technicians here know their stuff. I recently traded in my car for a newer pre-owned 328i xDrive (F30) and the purchasing experience was outstanding. Darcy Cooke was the salesperson who helped me with the sales process. I bought my first BMW from Calgary BMW last year, ...

I bought my first BMW from Calgary BMW last year, a 2019 330i X Drive and I love it; but this review is not about the car but about the service department.

This morning (7am on a Friday and -10 outside) my car info center was reading "low washer fluid" so I went to my garage to grab a jug of winter formula washer fluid and when I got back to my car I had an issue with the hood not wanting to pop open.

With cold winter conditions in Calgary, washer fluid is vital for the morning commute so I drove straight to Calgary BMW and spoke with the service manager, Jeremy. Jeremy called his shop supervisor right away and they were quickly able to open the hood so that I could access the washer reservoir.

Before I could grab my washer fluid out of the trunk they already had a jug available and were filling the reservoir for me.

The quick service to help me out early in the morning was fantastic and it goes to show that they truly care about their customers!

I love my BMW but the service is what blows me away and why I would highly recommend Calgary BMW to anyone looking to up their car game!
