Liam was impressive from the start. Did his homework when he noticed my wife's 525xi Touring was coming in for service, and lured us both into checking out new models. Effective technique. While no 2018s or 2017s met our needs, he did set us up with a great new-to-us ride. Service before and after the sale were above par.

I hit a huge pothole on a Sunday night causing significant damage to my car. Nick Scarcelli and the team at Calgary BMW worked incredibly hard to repair my vehicle quickly. They did everything in their power to get me back on the road and I'm very grateful for their hard work!

A 40 day wait to get your BMW looked at or serviced. Not cool. Arrived in a 760Li and asked to test drive an M4. They said no. Not cool.

I purchased my vehicle from British Columbia (So I have no previous experiences here). I live in Grande Prairie and I have to book my vehicle in for service. Tried dealing with Gallery on 3 separate occasions; all terrible experiences and never ended up getting anything done, not even booking an oil change with them. 15 minutes on hold is too long for anyone for a simple booking. Called Calgary BMW, nice receptionist, warm welcome. Quick transfer to service, maybe a 1 - 2 minute hold (expected, not a big deal at all). Updated my info, registered me into there system, booked my appointment. 5 minutes, awesome service, happy customer. Ill write a review when my service apt is complete.

Awesome experience with this Dealership. Worked with Jason, and had fast, honest service from the get go and didn't feel rushed or anything. Would highly recommend!

Incredible service upon every visit! Don Dori goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care from start to finish. I have been a customer here for close to ten years and all of the service advisors and staff are always providing top notch customer service. It s one of the reasons I continue to purchase my vehicle from here. I know that anytime my vehicle goes into the shop, my car and I will receive the top most care and attention. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

After service I received my car back with a crack in the windshield. I have recorded with my dashboard camera that the windshield as intact when I had dropped off my car. Another recording shows an employee of BMW parking my car ready for pick up - now with crack. Even with this proof they are not willing to replace my windshield on their expenses. Offered to me to pay half of the costs. Crack happened when my car was in their care on their property but they are not willing to be responsible for it.
I also need to mention that they of course blamed me for the crack. It's always the customers fault. Very disappointed and very frustrated. This dealer will not see me again.

Used car manager very unprofessional. Did not treat us with respect. The price he offered for my vehicle was laughable as a trade in. If you want a BMW, go to BMW Gallery and deal with the staff there. They will actually RESPECT you and not take everything as a joke. No initiative to find us a vehicle at all. The sales representative was amazing but the Manager was not worth dealing with. Unreasonable, unprofessional, does not care about you or your needs at all. Go to BMW Gallery, they will actually go the extra mile for you and get you a lot more for your trade in car than here.

Terrible management, will not ever return for vehicle purchases or inquiries.

After dealing with several Edmonton BMW dealerships and leaving dissatisfied I contacted Dan Gulin from Calgary BMW and we exchanged emails for a few days and he provided me with an offer for my trade-in and we negotiated the selling price of the new vehicle. Eventually i stopped in to meet Dan and within minutes we had formalised a deal! The whole process was painless and it was truly the best deal I could possibly get at any BMW dealership in Alberta. Dan is a true professional and treats you with respect and does not use any greasy sales tactics and goes out of his way to make sure that you can get the best deal possible.
Dan also informed me that I qualified for fleet pricing and provided an additional discount!

When I came to pick up the car, sight unseen, it was in perfect condition and he spent the next hour going over all the new features of the car and helping me set up the infotainment system. TOP NOTCH! If i ever need to upgrade to another BMW I will definitely be calling Dan again.

A refreshingly positive experience with the service department to get some recalls done. The drop-off & pick-up processes were quick & friendly. The facilities were ordered & clean. The complimentary vehicle detailing wasn't as thorough as it could've been but otherwise very satisfactory.

When my wife and I entered the dealership we were soon greeted by our sales rep. MICHAEL WOZNIAK (Internet Sales & Leasing Loan Portfolio Manager who immediately recognized us and took the time to chat us up & replaced my wife s BMW travel mug that we left behind on our last visit. Nathan spent the time we needed to learn more about our BMW computer system and all the menu options available to best use our iPhones for communication and the best music experience. Nathan is passionate about his work and gets me excited to drive my BMW. We asked Nathan if he could check our tire pressure while we were here. He had us in the service bay for an unscheduled tire check. Thanks Nathan you re the best.
My wife was so impressed she saw Mike and asked to see GRANT KEIL (General Manager). He came down into the service bay and also chatted us up as we told him how pleased we were with these two gentlemen and gave a further shout-out to Don Murphy who went out of his way on our last visit with a licence plate frame request. Visited Calgary BMW parts counter for automotive part for my vehicle. The staff that helps me was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service at the parts counter made me feel confident and comfortable with no up selling pressure. They know their vehicles and parts. Pricing on the other hand is a different story, but this rating is based on the service that I received.

Calgary BMW is by far the most professional sales and service I've seen. When I purchased my 328i xDrive Touring from them the sales associate was incredible! Wasn't forceful and seemed to really get what I was looking for. I shopped around for some time but just kept coming back to BMW (professionalism of the dealership...not to mention they are amazing machines). Everywhere else I went it just seemed like the money was the driving force and when I wanted to "take time to think it out" they wouldn't give me the time of day.Just recently I went in for a routine check and service. Everything was seamless.Nothing but good to say about these guys.

I purchased my Vehicle from Calgary BMW a little over and year and my experience has been nothing but superb. I wish to commend BMW's service dept. for the quality control system in place to include follow-up calls covering the status of your vehicle & recommendations etc. It is alway's a pleasant experience to be greeted at the door after dropping off your car inside the garage, followed by a great cup of coffee and interaction with the service advisor ( Jesse Farhat), who address's the specific concern re-your vehicle in a professional manner. Jesse consistently monitors your vehicle's progress to ensure the correct repairs are completed in accordance to the time frame designated. In conclusion, the shuttle service available is a further benefit to the BMW customers. Congratulation's to the superb staff & I guess this is why I will alway's drive a BMW!!!

We originally had a small disagreement with Calgary BMW and it was resolved and since then we have had nothing but positive experiences. Never let one bad experience dictate your purchasing habits. Everyone has a different personality, and no one gets along with everyone they meet. Sometimes personalities will clash. If you have an run in with one person, or don't see eye to eye, just ask to deal with someone else. We did, and now we have had great service ever since. One person, never dictates an entire company, and overall the people at Calgary BMW are great.

*NEW* Aug 30, 2018: Our sales rep Roman is honestly the best sales person we have ever had to deal with. Roman certainly knows his BMWs, he is patient, no pressure approach and friendly. Honestly, it felt like we went car shopping with a good friend who knows a lot about BMWs.

Colin Chan went the extra mile to ensure my car was delivered in showroom condition. He was knowledgeable about the product and was eager to inform me of what the vehicle offered. Matt the manager treated me fair with my trade , even though the transaction was done on line. As I am an internet shopper he made sure we kept the transaction local. Good job, I will return !

So I get an email saying I am due for a service. I go on line to book a service only to find out that the soonest time is 4 weeks away. I phone to confirm and am told that I can book 1 week away as long as I do not need a ride. I make my own transportation arrangements only to get there and find out that I have to wait 3100km unless I want to pay for the service even though I am at 48K.
I will NEVER by another BMW or anything from the Dilawri group of companies! The dealer RELATIONSHIP has been a disaster from day one and before! For what you pay for these vehicles, I would expect a much better relationship. Would not recommend Calgary BMW at all! I should have quit after my initial sales experience.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Calgary BMW dealership and our very knowledgeable salesman, Michael Wozniak. Overall, it was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Michael Wozniak. Not only was he extremely genuine but also very professional. My husband and I did not walk into this dealership on December 30th intent on leaving with a new vehicle that day, but the more time we spent with Michael going over the options, styles, warranty s, the overall safety and excellence of these cars the more inclined we became. It was apparent that with his many years, experience and knowledge of BMW s he knew what he was talking about. He took into considerations of our needs, our family s needs and our budget when we decided on our 2017 X3 BMW. We did the test drive with Michael and he showed us what this car could really do, he took us to the offsite new car storage area to show us the different colors and options of the X3 s they had in stock to give me the visual of what I needed to see what I was getting. This was my first BMW and my first new car. He gave us a fantastic deal on this car, took one of our cars as a trade in and threw in a few options such as 3M on the front of the car and mirrors, rubber BMW matts for the front and back seats, hatch area and lastly the rails to the roof rack were included in the deal at no cost to us. He went to bat for us and both he and his team knocked it out of the park! I highly recommend both the Calgary BMW dealership and using Michael Wozniak when buying your next BMW.

I went to Calgary BMW last week. I was just about to buy my 3rd Audi cab but decided to check out Calgary BMW. I was greeted by the salesman Ron Huntley. And proceeded to have the best car experience I have ever had. Ron did everything possible to make me happy and then some. I traded my car in and ended up with a dream car. My next experience was with Brittany Godon who was the financial service manager. Awesome lady and another great experience. Lastly i was introduced to Nathan Jones who spent hours teaching me about my new M240 i cab. He was patient and awesome as he had already had to do this 8 times before me. Traded in my Honda, and purchased a used 2016 428i from Calgary BMW. My consultant Alfie was a pleasure to deal with - the emails and calls we exchanged in setting up the deal were polite and helpful, and I felt that I was treated respectfully and fairly as we negotiated. When I arrived from Edm to pick up the car, the process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make me happy. Would definitely deal with them in the future.

For what these cars cost the service needs to be better. Waiting a week for an appointment is unacceptable for a $100k car. Fixing issues the first time is mandatory for what is charged. Sadly not the case at this dealership.

HORRIBLE Sales Service at Calgary BMW on 2 Separate Occasions during October and December 2017.

I was looking for a suitable vehicle for my wife while she was out of town. My son and I went to Calgary BMW around 1.15 pm on Friday, October 6, 2017. We received no greeting by receptionist with head down looking at desk nor enquiry from available sales staff who where standing around with no customers avoiding eye contact with us. We walked around the sales floor looking at the various models and then left due to no assistance. Decided not to purchase a BMW for my wife due to poor sales service and extrapolated to likely poor after-sales service as well. We drove across BMW Calgary s lot to Lone Star Mercedes where we were immediately greeted by the receptionist and directed to an available sales person. We were impressed with the excellent sales service that we purchased an AMG coupe before leaving Lone Star.

I thought we would give Calgary BMW another try when looking for a vehicle for my daughter. My daughter, wife and myself went to Calgary BMW around 2pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Again, no greeting by receptionist and available sales staff who were standing around not attending to any customers chose to ignore us. We looked around the sales floor for suitable vehicles and left the store disappointed once again. On December 16, 2017, we were in Edmonton to attend a Christmas reception and we had available time in the morning. My wife and I stopped into Bavaria BMW in Edmonton and was immediately greeted by the receptionist and directed to an available sales person. After relevant Q&A, Joe at Bavaria BMW showed us a couple of vehicles that would be suitable for my daughter. We received such excellent sales care at Bavaria BMW that we purchased a 435i xdrive. We returned to Bavaria BMW with my daughter on December 27, 2017 for delivery and received exceptional vehicle delivery service.

On January 5, 2018, the 435ix had a service appointment at Gallery BMW rather than Calgary BMW for a minor service adjustment. While at Gallery BMW I entered the sales area, and was immediately greeted by the receptionist and was asked by 2 available sales staff if I need assistance. I chatted with Ryan who was very friendly and knowledgeable on various existing and new BMW vehicles as well as competitor products. I further discussed with Ryan the extremely disappointing sales experience at Calgary BMW and the oddity as both dealerships are owned by the same group. No revelation was discovered to the poor sales experience at Calgary BMW.

The only conclusion that I can arrive at for the non-existent sales effort at Calgary BMW was that we did not have the correct outward appearance such as Burberry or Prada bag in hand nor attire by Tom Ford or Versace. Another possible explanation could have been that Calgary BMW s sales targets were met for the month and they did not require any further vehicle sales. I am not clear on which alternative is Calgary BMW s rationale for their lack of sales service.

Obviously, BMW Calgary s management will post an apologize for the lack of sales attention and that they strive to achieve customer service excellence in all areas. In my opinion, these words hold no meaning to BMW Calgary s management as the non-existent sales service occurred twice within 3 months. Actions speak louder than words. My preference is to transact with a dealership that is closer to my home. However, given the exponentially poor sales service experienced at Calgary BMW any future BMW vehicle purchases or service will be at Gallery BMW (50km from house) or drive a little further to Bavaria BMW (Edmonton).

This is our second BMW our sales guy Giovanni is wonderful and is always available for us when we need him. We just picked up my BMW from Service and Elysie was a pleasure to deal with as well, she was quick to assist and recognized my frustration with my situation and went above and beyond for us. I most definitely recommend this dealership and especially Giovanni.

My girlfriend and I recently leased a 2016 BMW X3 and we had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Dow who was the salesman taking care of us. Randy went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and were completely happy with what we walked away with. Main reason we purchased car from Calgary BMW was Mike Wozniak. He is a great guy! with great personality. He knows enough to guide you to the right car. He doesn't push you for sale and he gives you enough time to think and decide. In my opinion he is a good asset for Calgary BMW.

By far the worse dealership. I sent in my car for checking a noise coming from my engine and was told the noise caused by a bottle of water under my seat. Ridiculously, they charged me $87 for finding a water bottle under my seat. I still have the noise and do not know if I should send in my car again. terrible experience.

They have variety of options in preowned section too. And the sales staff is generous specially Mr. Steven Soong. He is pretty good at his work and will clear all the facts and points about the car professionally.

Super friendly and professional. Of course people are always friendly when you drop 70k on a car but these guys make everything super easy and as far as car salesmen go they aren't super pushy which is nice. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a used 335i from Calgary BMW. Our salesperson Joel Cloutier was very helpful through the process. Joel took the time to listen to what we were looking for and did an excellent job matching our needs and budget with the available inventory. The hallmark of a great salesperson is the ability to truly listen to their customer and understand the needs and wants. Joel did an excellent job in this regard. Initially, there were no vehicles available in inventory that met our needs. Rather than try to sell us on something else, Joel instead followed up over the course of a couple weeks until a vehicle came available that he believed met our needs. Joel was very knowledgeable about the product and was forthright and transparent throughout the process.

Great pre-owned sales/service....until you sign on the dotted line. Drove by, saw the car I was looking for, great service to test drive the car twice over two days - car was fairly new to their lot and clearly hadn t been cleaned yet from previous owner which I understood. There was a large scratch in the drivers door and a fairly decent dent/damage in front bottom grill - sales person brushed it off and said everything would be taken care of before pick up, that you would never even be able to tell either were ever there and boasted about their detailing capabilities and how clean the car would be. Purchased the $60k vehicle, and they said it would take a few days to have it detailed and get it tip top. Several days go by its still sitting there. I call they say its going in asap. After a week I call to follow up and they say next day. We go and the car is not clean (someone did a quick wipe down and slight vacuum - theres still spilled pop on console and just obviously not detailed), the scratch on the door hasn t been touched and the front damage looks to be quickly fixed to the point the plastic pieces aren t connected/ doesn t match the other side. The manager says they spent alot of time on it and it was detailed. We are not happy at all. They take $500 off after much discussion- no where near what it will cost for a full detail and to have the damages repaired. I got the car I wanted (Not a BMW), but I would never go back there.

Went in for some parts and the staff made us feel super welcome. Some high end dealerships don't seem to want your business but these guys were awesome.
