Walking in to Calgary BMW was an experience exceeding all the other dealerships during my search for the best Luxury Compact SUV for me. I consulted with Leo O'Neil, he is a very professional and respectful guy that has a true passion for driving and quality service. Leo was a driving professional in a previous career and this helped me to really understand the X3 s handling, characteristics and functionality during my test drives, I find this to be a decisive advantage over other dealerships. Leo was professional in every way and was exceedingly patient to my OCD needs when making decisions on how I wanted my X3 to look. Negotiating my trade-in and pricing was a great experience, Grant the Sales Manager was very fair and honest during final pricing of my purchase. Ultimately I never felt like they wanted to get my trade-in for way lower than market value and neither did I feel like I was encouraged to buy a vehicle beyond my budget, this clinched it for me. I was really impressed with the team work at this dealership, very slick and efficient and well trained. I highly recommend Calgary BMW and I advise you on asking Leo for some sound advice when choosing your next vehicle.
