Sconsigliatissima! USE BOOKING !! I'm not used to writing reviews but unfortunately this agency has disappointed all our expectations. We booked 5 days in San Blas by boat and we had been described with a super service! It seemed almost obvious given the figures we paid to the agency. As soon as we got on the boat we didn't find what we were told and it seemed to us that the captain, very kind person, was not aware of having to offer a luxury service as the agency had told us! Furthermore, comparing ourselves with the other guys we met on the boat and who had booked the same package through BOOKING, we found out that we paid 31.5% more than all the others !!! We pointed out the situation to our agency representative, among other Italian like us, and he reacted arrogantly and indeed while we talked about it he gestured to leave annoyed! People save your money! Unfriendly staff and they take you a mess of money making you believe that you will have a luxury service when in reality, rightly, you will have the same service as all the other people on the boat who paid much less than you through BOOKING! Stay away from this place!
