The room (The Diana's Oasis) was beautiful and comfortable. The heart shaped jacuzzi was great and the pool was just fabulous. The food was terrific, the staff can't do enough for you. We had a great time and will be back again.

I really love this place. We stayed at champagne tower and omg it s very comfortable and satisfying. They have a lot of activities too. You can do fishing, biking, basketball, volleyball, mini golfing and they have archery. They have outdoor pool and you can enjoy live band every afternoon while ordering some drinks.

I had an amazing time. This is my 9th time coming here(one more visit to be a gold member) It would have been perfect except for one person at the Poconos paradise stream. Her name is Simone. She checked me in and was very impatient. I left it alone and the next day it got worst. I wanted to book my stay for the next visit in October for my birthday in 2016. She made it very difficult. I asked her why wasn't I getting 10% off like I did the last time. She shrugged her shoulders and said "DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT". Oh boy, talk about PMS. I was told that she was the assistant manager. Please get rid of her!!!!!!

I was extremely excited about going Paradise Stream. It's been somewhere I've wanted to go for a very long time but never went because every time I've gone to book I always end up saying I could get on a flight and go elsewhere at this price. I picked Paradise Stream than the others because the reviews were way better.
When I first entered the resort grounds, my thoughts were that the place was decent. It wasn't ugly but it wasn't exactly spectacular. During check-in, the lades there were extremely pleasant.
Upon opening the door, the room smelled stale and not necessarily clean. There was nothing that looked out of place. What I did notice though is that everything looked like it needed to be upgraded. You could see wear and tear on everything, paint and wood chipping off, etc. We went to turn on the radio and plug in the Samsung but at first the sound didn't work. The unit was scratched all over and looked very old. We made sure the plugs were plugged in correctly but the music would play for a little bit and then no sound. We called maintenance as we went to dinner. When he came he stated he would switch out the unit. When we came back for dinner we plugged in the Samsung and yes it did play but then the music went off again. We later figured out there was a short in the wire so we had to keep going back to shake the wire every time it went off. You can imagine how irritating that could be if you are in the pool or in the middle of a romantic night.
Overall the room look cleaned but if you paid attention to the corners or creases you could tell it was not cleaned well. Finally as we laid down for bed for the night, there was a bug on the bed but in my screaming it fell off the bed and we were unable to find it. Needless to say I did not end up sleeping well.
Everything in the game room was old and out of date. The bottom of the pool looked as if there were things in it and also the paint was chipping.
Also, the wi-fi connection would not work. I tried on 4 different devices and it never let me connect.
In all, it wasn't a bad place and the service was nice but with the amount that you pay I think the rooms should be cleaner and more up to date. Don't think I would pay to visit again unless everything was updated. I would not recommend anyone go there. I was disappointed because it is somewhere I've wanted to visit for a very long time. Because of the price I expected so much more.

The staff is friendly and I give 5 stars for them. But for my overall experience three stars is fair. The place is nice but not worth the money. For the price it should definitely be remodeled. The lake is so small and ugly. The room have a weird smell. If you re thinking to come maybe Cove Haven or Pocono palace would be a better option. I wouldnt go back to paradise stream again.

Cleanliness: Inside pool walls are FILTHY! DISGUSTING. Perimeter of pool was filled with dirt and rocks. Stains inside the shower. Hand prints are over the walls in the pool room & bathroom. Bathroom mirror stained & cracked. Lampshades in bedroom had strings hanging all over them.
Service: I gave a terrible on this because my husband & I inquired about the Apple of Eden room after another associate advised we should check in the morning if there's a room to show. So the next morning after breakfast, we spoke with a young front desk associate and in the middle of our question an older woman rudely jumped in our conversation and explained we cannot see anything, everything is booked, dont ask about the Garden of Eden. She ranted on about rooms being dirty & with all do respect, we didnt even ask to see the room yet. She was on the taller side with glasses wearing blue shirt and worked in the morning.
Value: The room carpets did not match the online photos depicting the room. It displays lovely, sexy red carpet & upon our arrival we were surprised by the bottom of the barrel grey/brown carpeting. The decor in the room is the worst Ive ever seen. Who wants to see African Pharaoh wallpaper & hanging photos. THERE IS NOTHING SEXY ABOUT THAT. The water situation. How does an all inclusive resort with a refrigerator in the room, not provide bottled water to the guests. Instead I have to travel the the lobby to get a red bag to then walk to the game room to fill it up & Im only permitted to receive 2 bags. The bag costs more than a bottle water. What a shame whoever made that decision. Given the condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness of the room & the poor food selection, I gave a terrible.
Sleep Quality: We slept beautifully. The bed & bedding was comfortable. It was very peaceful & quiet in our room.
We signed up for the Forever Lovers Club & look forward to coming back & understand the new owners will be remodeling the champagne rooms first & we cant wait to see how they come out.

We loved the room and the people made it a great place to be!! We had an issue with the cleanliness of the room and were immediately taken care of. The food was great and again the staff was amazing. We are already planning our next vacation there!!

Our stay was Ok. We made the most of it despite it rain and rain, we enjoyed the onsite entertainment and game room(THANK GOD) but the room really needed a serious upgrade. The ceiling over the tub was cracked. The door entrance floor felt like it would cave in and the patio was to dirty for me to sit out there. I didn't feel very comfortable in the rooms. On a good note the bath was pretty clean for the most part.

We had a great experience. Its built for lovers. So much great activities around to do. The heated pool in our room and the heart shaped tub was a great addition. There's just a weird funky smell in the room but we lit a candle and made the room perfect. There are also organized events everyday. It was fun and overall great. Definitely recommend it!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Room had cigarette burns on the furniture and rugs. Beer bootle was left in pool area. Pool had black scum on top layer of tiles around the whole pool. Could not control heater. Heater in bathroom knob was broken.
Food was excellent. Services was great. I complained to office and only took 100.00 off our stay and a gift bag to compensate for our unhappiness. I feel you need to clean the pool after every stay. Update the rooms with new carpets and furniture and maybe we will come back. VERY EXPENSIVE for 2 nights. Not worth the money.

Decent getaway but the rooms are over priced because they are in need of an updating they are run down

It s almost like Disney World but for Adults.

Having previously been at Cove Haven 2 years ago for our honeymoon I was able to see that Paradise Stream seems to be a bit nicer in my honest opinion.

My feedback includes:
-There were a few places like outside of the guest laundry area where the sidewalk was falling apart. I almost fell trying to walk in heels near it.
-I found a small spider inside the shower area and the area by the inside pool area also seemed a bit dirty if not maybe kinda moldy near the mirrors? It felt like someone could have swept that area to get rid of the dirt.
-The room temperature seemed either too hot or too cold sometimes. We eventually just left it on 76 or so.
-The outside pools near the recreation room had gravel and dirt swirling around on the floor and I almost stubbed a toe on the filter.
-The indoor recreation room also smelled terrible like maybe bug spray or a dead mouse behind a machine?
-Also, dinner on Godfather s Wednesday was very salty. At least what I ordered everything was too salty. I ordered the Manhattan clam chowder, the flounder, and the cheddar biscuits. I couldn't finish it at all and instead enjoyed the salad and the shrimp.
-The spa and couples massage was more of a sensual oil rub down then an actual massage. I would have liked to have been asked for firmer pressure.

Now for the really good stuff .
-Our room Diana s Oasis was impressive and amazing. So sexy!
-The bed is really comfortable and the whole room was very clean.
-Wifi all over the park works really really good.
-We loved our private indoor pool and heart shaped jacuzzi tub.
-We had a great time with the CXO Billy. He s witty and fun and he was willing to just hang out and play cards against humanity with just the two of us when we came in looking to play with other couples and no-one else was there. We got another couple to join us though and had some laughs.
-We enjoyed mini gold, archery, billiards, checkers, JENGA, getting our pictures taken by a professional photographer for keepsakes, and our caricature drawn.
-All the drinks, trivia games, and entertainment like the Hypnosis guy and the DJ Chris were top notch.
-Staff is amazing and very helpful overall.
-After our couples massage we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi pools near the recreation room and take clean showers before heading next door for a lovely horseback ride.

We really felt comfortable, happy, and satisfied overall with the whole experience. We will definitely come back another time.

Don't expect what you see on the website.we stayed in the champagne tower suit. Went last minute for a one night stay and booked off groupon. It ended up coming to the same price as booking direct with them almost. It's time for a real update. Burn marks on the tables and when it pored over night the roof in the pool room leaked so bad the floor was soaked. The shower and sinks have serious water stains and are kind of musty. For one night on a whim it wasn't the worst room I ever stayed in but it wasn't exactly worth $400 either. I could point out many other things like some people on here did. Reviews are mixed and I would say it was a fun one night experience but we won't be going back anytime soon.

My husband and I stayed there 3 days 2 nights. We had a blast. Activities during day were great, shows/nightly entertainment was good. Great that any activity was free and you got the equipment for free. Device was good always friendly. Our room was clean. The food was the bad part. Our dinner was cold, service was really slow, and it was bland. We had a great time. You can choose the have a good or bad time. We had a great time. Now TBH e erything needs to be updayed

It is pretty accurate to say that the place is outdated. However it was a romantic getaway am very quiet. If you are looking to relax and just enjoy each other's time this is the place to be. Yes, drinks are very expensive. But your cost of your stay included a tasty breakfasts and dinner which contained many options. Definitely can't complain in that area. The night club could have had better entertainment for younger crowds. The night that they did have a DJ was all nineties music. On the menu, there are some nice options but a order of wings was $14 in that was for 7 wings! Kasa pizza was around the corner And we went and picked up a dozen of wings for 10 bucks. Stores are in close proximity if something is needed. However, the staff was absolutely amazing. When we went to buy bubble bath for $8, they told us to use the complimentary body wash which did just as well if not better. If you are a smoker, cigarets are 11 something in the gift shop, directly across the street they are $8. Only cleanliness complaint I have is that our shower seat had so much dirt on it when we got there that my Clorox wipes were completely Brown, it looked to be as though it was sand? But Over all, I will not complain. Beautiful place with beautiful staff. Excellent experience

Really nice property. Rooms are old but getting renovated. The chanpagne class room was cute.

This is our 2nd or 3rd time at Paradise Stream although we have stayed at Cove Heaven in the past 6 or 8 times. You can tell by the conditions of the rooms things are starting to slide. Our room was dated, there were signs of age in the pool area and the bathroom, and the toilet leaked. When we first started going to Cove Heaven the operation was a top notch resort. Now it feels like just another hotel.

This place is awesome!!! If you ever get a chance to take a romantic getaway this is the place. Inside your private room there is a Jacuzzi ( mine was a champagne glass jacuzzi) there is a living room area with leather sofas, then as you walked into the master bedroom there is a fireplace, walk in shower, jack and jill sinks, toilet is secluded, there is a mini fridge, there is a heated pool in your private room also there is a sauna in your private room. We went for our 8 year anniversary. We ordered room service the food was superb!! They also do in room couple massages, their is a comedy show and a live dj for dancing. You truly never have to leave this resort. Go check it out and thank me later

Overall We had a great time. But when it was time to checkout, there were 10 unauthorized long distant charges added to our bill. But we did not make them. The staff removed the phone charges. We were glad of that. Make sure you check your billl and ask questions.

When we arrived about 5:00 - 5:30 that evening to check in the young lady at the front desk gave us our keys so we proceeded to our room. When we went up to our room we were unable to gain access and enter Because the keys were not working we tried several times both keys and they still did not work we were outside in the cold freezing until about between 5 to 10 minutes before someone was able to come up and help us. When maintenance came up to help us he also tried to gain access was unsuccessful. So he gave us another room which was next door which would have been 516 instead of 517. After checking in and trying to get settled we decided to change out our evening clothes so we can go to the hotel casino and the area. When we contacted the front desk we were told that the turnaround time is about five to 10 minutes for pickup. So after we were finished getting dressed and ready to go we called back the front desk again to find out what time will be picked up to go to the casino and the front desk responded and said that it will take about 45 minutes to an hour and I asked why so long and the young lady stated that she was the driver of the shuttle and that the normal front girl was on her lunch break. So then she suggested that we could drive ourselves because it was only 5 minutes away. So after arriving back from the hotel casino we decided to have something to eat but at that time all the restaurants were closed so we ended up ordering out in town. When we arrive back to our sweet we wanted to get something to drink out of the vending machine but the vending machine next to our room with not working so we contacted the front desk and the young ladies say that that there is vending machines down by the arcade area. So when we went down to the arcade area we tried to purchase drinks out of the vending machine we were unsuccessful then we found a change machine and we put our money in the change machine but instead of quarters coming out tokens came out and there was not a sign legible and large enough to state to us that it was a machine only for games. We had to go to the front desk to get our money back. After that we just decided to go to our rooms and just try to make the best of the evening. So then we decided to get into the pool and we noticed paint chipping pool & burnt Woodfire chips in the pool unacceptable then we attempted to get into the jacuzzi dirty. While eating late dinner noticed ants crawling on the tables & headboard bed.

Was an experience ,cannot say it was a miserable time but it is a non repeated getaway for me

The resort is beautiful and laid out and design for lovers , would of rated it higher but the room was dusty ( needs a deep cleaning not just pass though ) but the worst thing about the room was when we woke up Wednesday we noticed ants everywhere , the tile all around the tub was covered also the carpet , so we left early ... I did notify the front desk ...

We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again as soon as we can. Very quiet, great place for couples to reconnect. We had to Champagne Tower room and it was a great experience as a couple. So much in one room, the hot tubs, the pool, the sauna and massage table. I've seen many reviews saying the decor is outdated and we can agree . It could use some new tile and carpeting and furniture but that would not stop us from coming back again. The room was clean, our only real issue was our bed was not comfortable staying 2 nights with a bit tough with that but we really overall had a wonderful time. Walked around the property and was just really happy to be there. Can't wait to come back again! Also located in a great location many restaurants, bars, wineries, breweries and the casino. Although we were really there for time together there was plenty to do. All the staff we encountered were also great. Thanks for a wonderful time!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Paradise Stream and found it enjoyable. There were enough activities on the premises that you really didn't have to leave it if you didn't want to. But there was also enough shopping and other attractions nearby enough to visit. The campus was beautiful and the food was great! I'd visit again!

The Paradise Stream Resort is a extremely nice resort. Plenty of things to do with or without a significant other. Staff is extremely friendly and works with you. The champagne room I stayed in was very nice. Bed comfortable, pool warm and accommodating, sauna hot, bathroom clean, and just a overall nice feeling. While the TV went out in the fireplace area, I chose not to have it replaced due to time constraints and not needing it really. The maintenance gentleman bought the room chocolate strawberries and champagne for free which upped my appeal of this resort. My only gripes are paying for logs for the fireplace which there is an abundance of twigs outside, and also outdated rooms as far as tv and base radio. Overall very pleased and will stay again

Was switched from Pocono palace which was fine but the room didn't feel like it was comparable to what we had. There was mold in shower tiles and food by the pool in the room. That was left from prior guest. Overall was a ok experience

Paradise stream provided a fun and enjoyable time for us --- and we were on the younger side of guests here. There are ample activities and things to do/explore while here - from archery and bocce to a long hiking trail and live entertainment at night. They also provide a free of charge shuttle to the local casino that runs until midnight --- allowing you to either gamble or dine at one of their 3 in house restaurants. The room we stayed in (lakeside villa) at paradise stream was of ample size and private, with all of the amenities you would expect from a larger hotel but with a more private and secluded feel. The room was very clean and well put together, and while it is somewhat cheesy that is really the charm of the place. Approach it with a good attitude and you will definitely enjoy it. Highly recommend --- with all of the on site activities why spend more for a hotel without anywhere close to the offerings included here. 5/5 would recommend.

It was dirty and our room smelled like old cigars and cigarettes. The employees were outstanding and food was good, but that was about it. The beer was expensive and tasted skunky. The bed was clean but the hot tub spewed out nasty black water that smelled and our fridge didn't work. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

My over all experience was nice. I do wish the rooms were less muggy and more clean. The first room we receive 429 was awful. The room was not clean and smelled of mold. The champagne glass tower had old brown water and was not clean at all. It was so strong especially with me being pregnant. The front desk was very kind and gave me room 415, which was over all much better but still had the muggy smell. The bed was very comfortable and food was good. I believe for the price it would be nice to have upgraded rooms for example remove the wall paper and put a fresh paint. Or do upgrades to make the room better. Also, the cleaning was not so great, which we did not use the tower champagne glass as much as we would like due to feeling it was not cleaned very well. I did have a nice weekend with my husband. Food was good.

This establishment has been in the Poconos for many many years. It is a nice place to visit but you have to realize that a lot of their facilities are old and outdated. The staff is polite and very friendly but you are not getting state-of-the-art amenities.

Room was clean with the exception of the jacuzzi which was very dirty when we turned on the jets. Brown murky stuff came out. We spent time and money trying to clean it. By the time we "flushed" it out, we ran out of hot water.

EDIT 2/17/21: The following is my reply to the owners reply... We did notify the front desk and someone did come to the room to wipe out the jacuzzi. But this did not solve the problem of the brown murky debris that was in the jacuzzi jets. The entire jacuzzi needed to be flushed, not just wipe out the tub.

I just got home this afternoon and let me tell ya I had a awesome time!!! I wish are stay was longer but we just needed a overnight getaway and we picked the perfect place!! The staff was very nice,are room was ready at arrival,the room was beautiful and comfortable,the bar and entertainment was a plus!!! We won t-shirts and just had a all around good time!!! We will be coming back for sure

The experience was a ton a fun. Very quirky and entertaining environment. The food was very well made and the staff was phenomenal! The entertainment was a blast and I enjoyed every moment of it!

Well once we found our way to the resort it all went down hill. We went to our room we notice that the room had not been dusted or wiped down. The heart shape tub was dusty, the wall was coming apart to where we could see the inside the panel. when we left the card on the bed to change the sheets they were not changed. We know this because we put something on the bed and when we went back to the room the the cleaning staff just made the bed and never changed the sheets.the all inclusive was misleading due to the fact that lunch was not included in the all inclusive. the prices that were listed for the Spooners room service was outrageous, the $4 delivery fee was depressing. I was really disappointed with the resort.the rooms were outdated and the tvs did not match, one LG and the other philip. I am going to end this because I am getting mad all over again. Worst place I have ever been. I really wanted to forget that my husband and traveled almost 5 hours to get their and was no impressed with Paradise Stream or the Poconos.

Very nice place, there is a lot to do here and in the area.

I was so excited to go away with my love back to this location we had been to once before. We decided to get the best room in the place the champagne room. However the best part of this room was the size of it. The pool had a green film along the edges of it the champagne hot tub so more for show then to use the shower sucked and the floor had a piece of metal sticking out right at the entrance to the pool and a broke floor board too. This room sucked I we decided never again this place need a make over and it would be nice again... And on top of all this our waitress cried to us in the middle of our dinner she kept coming over every 5 min and never brought my change back and when I asked for it she cried and said the cocktail waitress stole all her $$ from that night. The best part of this whole trip was the events they have planned for the couple's to do we were luck to take part in a ice sculpture class it was fun! Thanks but never again

Room was dirty I have to clean the pool floor area , Dusty, human hair, Dirty stuff on the floor Mildew at the wall pool , I have pictures
I have to clean the a/c filters n panel , I have pictures, A/C was not working, I called front desk around 7pm informed about the a/c , no one shows up, horrible night, I have to cancel one night, they not even ask why?

Amazing resort. Couples only. We had a lake side villa which had a fireplace and heart shaped jucuizi tub. Balcony overlooking the small lake. Entertainment was included in the rates which was an amazing comic. Mixed drinks were mixed with cheap alcohol at a top shelf price. Think the bartender making the drinks was new as well. But overall experience was excellent and looking forward to going back again.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and this is excellent for a couple to have a weekend alone. The room was a little worn in areas but the in suite pool made the visit. I would definitely recommend giving Paradise Stream a try

First let me start by saying I was very disappointed. I went on my anniversary day 10/28/18. 4 days 3 nighs We went into our room Diana oasis, as I was placing the clothing in the drawer I find a roach in the drawer. I called up front desk they were polite and told me to come in. I went in I showed the photo to the staff and she tells me the picture is not clear and made me feel as if I was lying. That made me angry but I stood cool. They did upgrade me to the champagne tower suite 435 the room was very nice but also we had issues, in the bathroom the towel holder was broken and fell a couple of times, the sauna light was not working it will turn and off when it felt like it, the toilet was not working properly. The pool area had mold and black slime by the steps. The pool had a cracked floor so we didnt use it. I was grossed out. I did not feel like calling them up again to tell them anything and just dealt with the bullcrap.. I will never again come back and try a different location. I feel bad and upset because I just felt that for the money we spent up at paradise stream, their service should have been amazing. I also feel they ruined my anniversary trip even though they upgraded the room, it was still faulty.. that was my experience. I've been there once before and this why I chose to come back.. go at your risk. Very disappointed. I will be calling to speak to the manager as well

A nice place to go. We enjoy the entertainment. The food was fantastic. The hot tub was great. And they so many things to do. And you choose what kind of room you want to stay in.

Old overpriced room smelled heat didn't work . This is a place that looks good in pics but in reality is old and unrenovated regretted wasring money so many better modern places that are cheaper

We really enjoyed our romantic retreat. Between the personal pool, the sauna, heart shaped Jacuzzi and perfectly round bed we had more than enough to keep us entertain our imaginations. Then add the live entertainment and delicious meals. Thank your staff for their professionalism and friendly demenior.

My husband and I spent a wonderful day/night at the Paradise Stream Resort. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable but at the same time, had a tough time sleeping - woke up every hour. The shower could use some help - but was ok. The Pool was awesome - sauna room was a bit tiny and the heart-shaped tub was lots of fun as well. There is only one AC unit in the whole suite and it is right opposite the tub - not a great spot for it. PLUS it doesn't cool off the bedroom very well at all.

The only issues were things I would have expected...some parts of the resort are old, and I don't mean the decor, that was part of why we came.

Food was great and so was the entertainment and available activities. I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I just returned from three days and two wonderful nights at this establishment. From the time we walked up to the check in desk the pleasantries did not end! Check in was a breeze, all behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Our room ( The Garden of Eden Apple Suite) was fantastic.... huge with our own private pool and steam room!!) We had the all inclusive with breakfast and dinner... food was great every time! They entertain with games, (you get a daily schedule of events) and the night club shows and music are great entertainment too! I have only been home for an hour and am missing it already... will definitely return!

The place was very clean, the staff great and responded to our every need,the food was great.

I paid for my room a week ahead of time and when I got there the room was filthy with hair in the pool and bandaids and old rose pedals all over so I told them and they upgraded my room which I thought was nice until my girlfriend woke up with big bites and when i told tbe manager she laughed at me never would I recommend this place .

I expected a lot more from this place based on the price I paid for it. Pictures are deceiving. It's kinda rundown place. Night entertainment was good and food was also good but not worth the price. Saw a lot of older couples here.

Great staff, food was awesome. Room layout was great but could use updating on the cosmetic part. Would definitely go back.

We check in 9/29/2017 and just checked out today 10/1/2017 it s was beautiful me & my boyfriend had a great first anniversary everything was clean and good stuff was great everyone so nice the room looked like the picture we had the champagne tower room it s was awesome paradise stream is a wonderful great beautiful couple resort will definitely be back again I enjoyed everything on the resort you guys are the best

We ordered gifts to be in our room upon arrival for our Anniversary, had to call 3 times.
Quality of service was poor this visit! Toilet was stopped up had to call several times for service!

This is our second stay at the Poconos. The first stay was at Cove Haven. We enjoyed this stay much better! The room was clean except that we found a used soap bottle in the shower. We got the Lakeside Villa and it was gorgeous inside and out. The service from staff was good and the CXO made the evening very fun. The food was DELICIOUS! I always enjoy the food. The entertainment was a hypnotist, he was okay but didn't really keep up the excitement and fun like the CXO did. Overall this was a great trip that was very memorable. From my pictures alone I've had four friends message me about information regarding our stay and booking info. We definitely hope to go back as soon as possible.

The food was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean. Perfect!

We were at the Pocnos because uts like a second home to us. We were there to do activities that were around there. Stayed at Paradise Stream because of where it was, in the center of what we wanted to do.

We needed some RandR from NYC and we found it love this place. We will definitely be staying here again and again. There's a casino down the road too !

It's nice the place but it does not have good service the people who work do not know how to speak Spanish or do not want to speak Spanish, the coffee makers are obsolete, the cleaning of the room was not very good, the restaurant food is expensive and not very good the games Pool tables are old.

Recently stayed here on 3/26/2021. Room amenities, food, and activities with CXO were fun and made the trip for us. Unfortunately, the rooms were not super clean and had bugs throughout. We made it the first night because the bed was clean, but the second night we could not mentally allow ourselves to sleep there, so we left early. I think this place could be amazing if it was cleaned up. This definitely seems to be an issue looking at some of the other reviews as well. My girlfriend and I have went to the Pocono Palace location before and it was extremely clean. I was assuming and hoping this location would be the same. I spoke with Camber the front desk manager and she was very kind. I felt my concerns were heard, and I was adequately compensated for the issues we experienced.

All in all, considering the amenities, food, activities, and professionalism all of which were great, I will leave this at a 2 star even though the room cleanliness is one of the most important things. If management reads this and would like to speak with me personally I would gladly be willing to share my opinion. My info should be on record, I stayed in room 513, Diana's oasis on 3/26/2021. We always have a great time when we visit the resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are always pleased with the wait staff especially with Terysa, our server, She is always pleasant and we have great conservations with her when we go to breakfast and dinner. The bed is very comfortable in the Lakeside Villas.

Omg we had such a great time. There was plenty to do. This experience was amazing i highly recommend it. We going back in the winter to experience it.

I only spent one night with my love and we had a nice and relaxful time. The dinner was great! The room was beautiful and clean. I can't wait to stay another weekend.

This was an awesome way to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary! We enjoyed every moment of our visit and hated to leave.

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed. From mold to broken tiles around the pool. To a rat in our room and having to leave at 12:30am to find a new Hotel, so we didn't have to drive 3 hours back home. They wouldn't even refund our money for the 2 disgusting room we were in. I'm contacting the board of health, BBB and division of consumer affairs.

Much prefer Cove Haven, Nothing was clean but I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Staff was nice enough but Front desk didn't offer any real welcome or info. Pictures were terrible. Food was terrible. We were rushed through meals. We go to one of the cove resorts every year, this was our first and last one at this one.

I loved all the amenities and activities that were offered, the room was perfect, and the service was good as well. First Impression is important, the main building needs some upgrade. The shuttle bus needs to be change as well.

It's a newer property as compared to the other 2 resorts, which shows in the quality of the rooms. I always come during winter and expect the 1st day to be spent calling about the water boiler and looking at worn wallpaper, but had no problems at this location. It is however lacking in activities. The game room is small, the raquetball court had a folded hoop in it, and overall it leaves you wanting. The food isn't as good either, but has a great salad bar. I prefer Paradise Stream overall. Cove Paradise if you're looking to live in the massive sports complex there.

It was disappointing. The room was advertised as "Newly Updated ". That was a joke. The furniture was broken. The ladder on the pool was disgusting. The fireplace was old and rusty. The dust was an inch thick in certain places. The stay was not cheap. The All-Inclusive rate, not worth the quality or choices of food. The whole place needs a major overhaul.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE, I will be going back before the year is over. A quick weekend getaway for two. My husband love that his phone was working (there is a land line phone)
