Super cheesey 70's style "resort". There isn't much to do here, especially when it's raining....except get to know each other better, lol. The food was pretty good, entertainment was decent, and rooms were clean. I would probably not go back though.

Loved it!! My husband took me here for my birthday. The room was amazing private pool, sana, hot tub, fire place, fridge, and very clean . The breakfast buffet was every thing you could want, they also offer to make you something from the kitchen if you couldn't find what you were looking for on buffet. Dinner had a glass of champaign there waiting for you. Dinner food was just ok. Desert buffet yum. The newlyweds game so funny, The live Music one of the best bands I ever had the pleasure of listening to, happy hour drinks specials on point, spa services excellent, and the customer service at front desk was so so good. They allowed us to check in at 9am way before Check in. I belive in paying for good memories and we got way more then what we paid for. Every thing I could have ask for.
It's a great place to go very beautiful very nice area that it's in. However upon getting our room I'm very meticulous when it comes to things. There was a odor in the room that smelt like smoke when it was a non-smoking room the bathtub hadn't been cleaned out good and the filter on the side was filled with corroded looking filter. The customer service was okay. when we arrived didn't give us all of the materials we needed that was included because we were newlyweds. It also took a absurdly amount of time to get the items to the room. And also the pool smelt of an overwhelming amount of chlorine.
We had a wonderful time at Paradise Stream. Rooms were very nice and the food was great. CXO Billy O. was amazing, we laughed and had fun the whole time, what a wonderful person he is, his activities were so much fun. Also the bartenders were great especially Patrick, he was very nice and personable, a pleasure. We will be back in the near future. I highly recommend Paradise Stream.

Rooms are so out dated, they have a terrible smell, the carpets are dirty, even the dinning room area carpets are disgusting. The food is terrible. Management does not care. I really give lots of credits to the employees, they are the ones that get all the terrible complains Don't waste your money.
Our first room was filthy. There was not only hair floating on the top of the pool but large hairballs on the bottom of the pool and dirty qtips on the bathroom floor. We were then given another room. At first glance it appeared clean, but as the night went on we noticed it wasn't. There were large stains on all of the furniture except the bed, black hair in the bathroom (I am Blonde and my husband is bald), and a pair of socks that were not ours under the bed. The shower door did not close and we reported this but no one fixed it. We choose this resort and the room because we wanted to spend a couple days alone and thought the room/ resort had everything we needed to do that. We ended up spending all day Saturday out and leaving by 830 AM Sunday. Very disappointing for paying $700 for a room that was barely clean.
Our room and pool was not cleaned at all. I had to call someone to clean the pool. Also House keeping walked into our room without knocking while we were in the room. I chose the room because of the pool and Jacuzzi and wasn't able to enjoy them at all. However the activities and CXO made us stay.
I had an awesome time however the hot water kept running out and had to drain the jacuzzi more than once to have heated up

First visit to Paradise Stream. Have been to Pocono Palace many times, starting in the early 90's and probably the last visit was 2013.
Room - Very Good
We got Diana's Oasis based on the recommendation of the staff at check-in. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. It was located close to the activities. We did take a peek inside the Lakeside Villa and it was definitely dated and in need of renovation. As a Forever Lover, I get a 2 room upgrade, and almost got the Garden of Eden room - but was warned that even though it was bigger, it was not as modern as Diana's.
Facility - Good
All the activities, dining, and bar are centrally located in one area. The indoor game room, pools, and outdoor areas were well maintained. The resort is small, much smaller than the other resorts. We were there during July 4th, so there weren't a lot of guests, but space around the outdoor pool was filled. I can't imagine if we were there during a busy time. The "lake" is more of a stagnant pond home to a flock of geese. Don't know that I would paddle boat or fish in it.
Food - Poor
The food was a huge disappointment. When I go back, it will not be part of the all inclusive plan. In years past, breakfast was typically made to order and then they may have a buffet once or twice during the week. They only had the buffet which was the same items each day. I would have enjoyed a TGI Friday's or Applebee's instead of having dinner at the resort. The chicken alfredo was bland and tasteless - both the chicken and the sauce. The prime rib - looked like a slice of prime rib - but tasted like pot roast. Vegetables and potatoes were overcooked and mushy. It is a shame because in year's past, the food was exceptional. Now I'd rather go to a local diner.
Location - Good
The Poconos have built up quite a bit. Within a 10 mile radius you'll find the outlets, super Walmart, Shoprite, fast food, antique stores, etc. I'd recommend checking out the Pocono Brewery Company for their happy hour 3-6 PM, M-F, for $6 pizzas and reduced drink prices. If you are expecting to be out in the middle of nowhere - you are in for a surprise.

The resort is a nice getaway, would definitely go back - but just get the room only.
A place to fall in love. Paradise Stream couple's retreat. This was a lovely experience. Will definitely visit again. And our booking agent Calli was amazing. Looking forward to doing more business with you guys.

We won this trip through Lite FM 106.7 for a 2 night stay in the Champagne Tower Suite... & boy oh boy what an AMAZING weekend we had!! Our CXO Billy O. was entertaining & a blast to do the daily activities with. We got to shoot our honey in the head with nerf guns, escape the room, taste aphrodisiacs, play Sex-feud (this was hysterical & the most entertaining out of everything we did!), played bingo (we won twice!) and eat like a king & queen the whole weekend! We hung out in the game room, played some pool, went to the gift shop, watched two comedian shows, got our caricature done by John (who is amazing), and overall just had an amazing weekend! I would recommend this place to any couple who just wants to go for a weekend away, to reconnect, or to just get away without the kids & hand out with some other adults! THANK YOU for letting us have an amazing time away without the kids, we will definitely be back again!!!
Very friendly staff with beautiful rooms. So much to do inside the resort as well. A perfect get away for couples looking to spice things up once again. We will definitely return during peak season in summer time.

We used to come here often years ago and it was awesome. This time the paint was peeling off the ceiling I bathroom. I had all inclusive plan and the entrees for dinner were cooked terribly. I would never go back.
I arrived at the resort they did an half job checking us in didn t give us our vouchers for our activities when we arrived to our room the private pool didn t look appealing my friend hurt his back couldn t get out of bed I had to buy food to take to room even tho our meals was included I visited the resort on august 23 it s September 11 and I m still waiting for my refund that they promised I would get in 10 days staff was very nasty I would never stay there again and the food from room service was horrible and expensive spider webs on the lights outside like no one cleans them off the private room pool was in need of repair for the money I paid I wouldn t have paid if I knew the rooms was in this condition also now I m waiting to receive a check in the mail rather then them put my money back into my account

Location is nice. The entire place needs updating. The buildings show wear & tear on the inside and out. Definitely has a 70's - 80's vibe. The people were friendly.
I did feel for the dinner wait staff. The dinners were like they came from the frozen food meal section at Walmart. We saw several couples complain. Our breakfast and dinner were included. We should have just ordered from the bar menu. That food was worth the money. Breakfast was good with the exception of the dry pastries.
Overall, it was a nice 2 day getaway but we would choose a different resort next time.

The room was the same as it was 23 years ago which the only thing that was different was the fact that you added red lights to show off the champagne glass. The hot water had to be reset twice in order to fill the champagne glass also the sauna didn't work until someone had to come to fix it. I just feel for the money that you charge for just the room everything should work.

We have been several time to different caesars pocono resorts. It was upsetting to find our the in-room breakfast is no longer offered. Other then that this trip was great for the short time we where able to getaway.
I would stay here again. There are a few things that need to be updated/fixed but overall we enjoyed our selves.
The service was excellent... however the room was a bit dusty it needs renovations because the sauna door doesn't close massage table was old the has patches on it guess it was ripped so the needed to cover it up ..in the bed room there was a water leek right in front the bed which made it hard to sleep and apparently you can here sounds all night I'm guessing it's from the rooms next to us . The beds are not comfortable at all had hard time sleeping. Overall it's a great resort but the rooms need maintenance.

This trip wasn't not a good trip. The room would have been worth it if the amenities were working. The steam shower, sauna and the hot water didn't work! I had to Calle 6 times and it still didn't work, not to mention that I had to make follow calls to see if resolved. My roommate was filthy when I came in with old rose pedals and dust everywhere. I actually had an asthma attack at night and my boyfriends had to wipe down the bedroom area so I cannot breathe. I'm very disappointed and will Be writing a review later on yelp on my horrible experience.
Very unhappy, the rooms were dated, the sink was clogged, there was the smell of waste when the water ran, the servers did not let you know there were alternate made to order meal choices, the room was dingy, with no clocks, no lights, poor air circulation. The grounds were dirty, unkempt and just plain gross. The game room and indoor pool had an awful stench. This place needs a complete overhaul and it was expensive on top of it! Stay somewhere else!
After several calls about our reservations to ensure our room we get there to find out our room was given out. After a 5 hr car ride in blizzard conditions i say fine I asked for an end room since weather was horrible the lady said yes and then proceeded to not listen. Exhausted so Get to room get stuck in parking lot which was not shoveled room key doesnt work so we must WALK to main deak when we asked for help we were told there was nothing they can do. We decided to stay in since having to walk from Champaign towers to the dining room 2 times in the snow was bad enough. No internet no reception no atm no drinks without cash not able to rent movies in room. We felt rushed and waitress kept saying save room for dessert like to spare food. The lobby was packed with stranded w
People and kids not romantic at all. Spend 2 hours getting our vehicle unstuck and when finally relaxing get a call we must evacuate lady guareteed a refund. Due to bad weather all roads were delayed or closed but they had no compassion we had to leave. Another 6 hr car ride get home to realize they charged me twice for 2 night stays when I never got a chance to stay 2 nights. This was by far the worse stay ever.
Rooms are really outdated....everything was dusty...i had to call housekeeping..sink was clogged in bathroom...room had a bad odor...breakfast was really good but dinner could be a little better..but overall...it was good and will be back again
For years people have been telling me about this mountain side resort tucked away between a darling pond and a tranquil stream. My wife and I enjoyed a honeymoon weekend here and would certainly come back again. Surely the resort caters to a slightly older crowd (25+) by way of the entertainment and game room specifications, but that's just fine by us. The only major concern we had was the strange taste of the tap water at the bar/lounge. Bottled water was available for purchase thankfully.
Outside a little worn, but inside very nice. Clean, staff pleasant, plenty of things to stay busy. A microwave and safe would've been nice (minus the star, tho minus half a star would have have been better). Overall a very lovely place, looking forward to staying there in the future.

For the over thousand dollars that we had spent for a long weekend no manatees were no amenities were included very disappointed a few items in the room we had the most expensive room weren't working or we're broke and we go to check out at 10 check it out when we asked to have a a later checkout at the time cuz we got up late and they would not allow us any more time we had to get out and then after we leave they double charged my credit card and now which I am finding it all because because we replaced a light bulb that was blown I guess who knows we were supposed to have authorization to repair the light bulb that needed to be replaced oh well will not go back there again the money the price was $1,100 for 3 days the champagne Tower very disappointed
My husband and I were so excited to come here! It is an amazing place but really needs some updating. We checked in to one of the Champagne Tower suites and noticed a weird smell upstairs and it just felt kind of dirty. Also the air conditioners were full of mold. Being pregnant, I could not stand the smell so we went to the desk where they happily moved us to another room..which was the same thing. They finally moved us to a newer room and it was amazing! There is so much for couples to do there! The staff were all so nice and accommodating!
Nice, and peaceful. The only thing that I would like to see is for the rooms to be upgraded. Very outdated. Also, my room was very dusty.
My wife and I stay at Pocono Palace was a night to remember. The staff was awsome. And if there was nothing to do then room would habe been all we needed. Only issue was the lack of hot water for the shower and jacizzi. Never the less a great night. Thanks

This was our second stay at this resort. Our first time staying in the Diana's Oasis Room.
THE BAD: The shower has mold throughout it and outside the shower on the floor there is more mold. The vent in the bathroom is caked with dust, probably hadn't been cleaned in a year. There is mold in the grout around the Jacuzzi. The hydraulic door arm on the pool door is overly rusted. And the far side of the pool was dirty. They obviously need to better train their housekeepers. I took pictures of all of the issues and took them to the front desk to show them. The front desk agent seemed genuinely concerned and sorry. She wanted us to notify them when we would be leaving the room and they would do a deep cleaning of the room, so we did and they didn't. The maid did nothing with any of the issues and didn't even vacuum, probably because when we were leaving we saw the maid smoking a cigarette next to her cart with all of the clean linens on it, I'm not a fan of clean towels and sheets that smell like cigarette smoke, so I went to the front desk to let them know. After she was done smoking she dropped the cigarette on the sidewalk and left it there, now shes littering on the property she is supposed to be keeping clean. The next day we see the housekeepers doing the same thing, so either management doesn't care or the housekeepers don't.
THE GOOD: The food was excellent. My wife and I are gluten intolerant and they were great at accommodating us. Our waitress Theresa was excellent, she and the chef went out of there way to find gluten free rolls and desserts for us. For breakfast the gluten free pancakes are excellent (taste kind of like cake batter). The games in the game room were fun. Tanlines Tiki Bar was great the food comes from spooners cafe and the Steak and egg burger was really good.
I won't be staying in the Diana's Oasis room again. The Garden of Eden Apple are much bigger and make more sense having the fireplace in the bedroom rather than the pool room. I would hope that management takes the mold issue very seriously, Mold can cause respiratory issues and needs to be properly treated. And if the rooms were being properly cleaned every time these issues wouldn't be happening, which tells me that your housekeepers don't know how to properly clean a room and the housekeeping manager is not inspecting the rooms. For the money that I paid I should not have a room with mold in it.
My wife and I have stayed the the champagne towers the past few years and this was the first time we were disappointed. Cosmetically, it has always needed some improvement but it wasn't until this year that we experienced more than just cosmetic issues. The hot tub would not get very hot and it was leaking a rust type material leaving a brown ring and floating brown materials. Consequently, we didn't use the tub after the first time. The shower also wouldn't get very hot or a provide decent water pressure. The AC unit was not performing up to par and it made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. In general, we did not enjoy our stay this time.
This past stay was disappointing, but we still LOVE the Cove Haven resort rooms. We had an updated room, but the floor could've used a sweep. The staff weren't friendly or accommodating at Paradise Stream, especially in the gift shop. The Steak and Lobster was delicious!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the resort very much. We found the rooms spacious and relaxing. We did notice that the hot water would run out pretty quickly, especially after we used the hot tub.
Absolutely amazing resort. Beautiful setting in the woods, romantic, and the food is AMAZING. VERY helpful and friendly staff. If your looking for that perfect romantic getaway book this place.
it wasn t the greatest time and I went for a weekend vacation to spend time with my girlfriend.
Everything was great and close by. The pond was beautiful and we fished all night long! The rooms were great only problem was the jacuzzi and shower area wasn't very clean. The pool still had the bubble cover on it but still was worth every penny. Definitely coming back just going to ask them to check rooms for cleanliness before I get there.

Cleanliness: Inside pool walls are FILTHY! DISGUSTING. Perimeter of pool was filled with dirt and rocks. Stains inside the shower. Hand prints are over the walls in the pool room & bathroom. Bathroom mirror stained & cracked. Lampshades in bedroom had strings hanging all over them.
Service: I gave a terrible on this because my husband & I inquired about the Apple of Eden room after another associate advised we should check in the morning if there's a room to show. So the next morning after breakfast, we spoke with a young front desk associate and in the middle of our question an older woman rudely jumped in our conversation and explained we cannot see anything, everything is booked, dont ask about the Garden of Eden. She ranted on about rooms being dirty & with all do respect, we didnt even ask to see the room yet. She was on the taller side with glasses wearing blue shirt and worked in the morning.
Value: The room carpets did not match the online photos depicting the room. It displays lovely, sexy red carpet & upon our arrival we were surprised by the bottom of the barrel grey/brown carpeting. The decor in the room is the worst Ive ever seen. Who wants to see African Pharaoh wallpaper & hanging photos. THERE IS NOTHING SEXY ABOUT THAT. The water situation. How does an all inclusive resort with a refrigerator in the room, not provide bottled water to the guests. Instead I have to travel the the lobby to get a red bag to then walk to the game room to fill it up & Im only permitted to receive 2 bags. The bag costs more than a bottle water. What a shame whoever made that decision. Given the condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness of the room & the poor food selection, I gave a terrible.
Sleep Quality: We slept beautifully. The bed & bedding was comfortable. It was very peaceful & quiet in our room.
We signed up for the Forever Lovers Club & look forward to coming back & understand the new owners will be remodeling the champagne rooms first & we cant wait to see how they come out.
We stayed for Birthday weekend in the Garden of Eve. Rooms are outdated musty smell and the shower smelled like Urine. We didn't spend much time in the room or on the property. Staff was Nice but it's Needs Renovations Bad!!!! Besides that plenty to do in the Area
Our room was great... the bed was comfy. Great pillows and nice bedding and obviously the heart shaped Jacuzzi was awesome! The staff was super friendly and the food was great. We will definitely be back soon! Also for any couple who is active, there is a ton to do. I'd say prob more so in the spring/summer but they still offered activities in the winter as well.
I found construction trash under the bed when I was looking for my missing wrist watch. I complained to the manager at the time of checkout, she offered $100.00 for the inconvenience, but didn't seem to really care about it at all judging from her body language. God knows the last time the housekeeping reached under the bed and other parts of the room.
Lot of activities to do. Food was good, but they ran out of options by end of the dinner.
I loved the size of the rooms that's it!!!!When I arrived at Paradise Stream they had my reservation in for a completely different month and date than what I booked it for. The hostess who checked us in waited until I pulled up on my phone my booking confirmation for the date and had to check if she even had the room available we drove five hours to get there so terrible start. Then we got to the room only to find chipped paint on the headboard and mirror, nail polish from the last guest inside the Jacuzzi purple in color and dust on top of the mirror the pool cover was not taken off to be readily prepared for guests. The cost of the room there was no complimentary water provided to the room not nearly enough towels whoever cleaned the room did not point the Jacuzzi jet streams down so water sprayed everywhere. The entertainment was not African American friendly despite how many African Americans I saw at the resort that day. its the winter time so activities were null and void because of how early it gets dark. The hostess didn't even give us phone numbers or access to call and notify someone of our issues with our room.
My husband and I stay here at least once a year if not more. It's always our favorite place to run away to.
This time I had a chance to use the spa services and I was really happy I did. I'm also happy with the dining this time. There seems like there has been some changes and they are for the better. We didn't get a chance to try a themed dinner night yet. I hope that stays in place for our next visit.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this was the second time we had a bad tub experience. Using the bath for 2 is my favorite thing and this time when I ran the jets all this rust came out of them in little particles. The front desk was great and sent someone to fix it. The tub was cleaned and we thought it was ok but it happened again. I know it's not a house keeping issue. The room was so clean. I just think the plumbing is getting older and needs to be replaced. I was disappointed I couldn't run the jets. But over all we love coming here and we will come back. I just hope we have a better tub experience.

We came for a one night stay and wished we stayed longer. The room was absolutely perfect. We did not know all the stuff that would be going on or we would have booked longer. We are definitely coming back and taking advantage of everything you are offering. Couldn't ask for a more romantic weekend.

Staff was very nice in every part of the resort. Room was great. We had our own private mini house right by the lake. Room was amazing & had a balcony. Jacuzzi inside the room with a living room (which had a fire place) & the bed was soooooooo comfortable. OMG this review can go on for days but I highly recommend this place.. it's for couples only. Nice romantic setting & they have alot of activities to do. Well worth it!
It was fun, but the room need to be updated, a lot spots to be re-touched, the floor room wasn't clean.. I was at the eva an Adan, was cool but not sure u would do it again..
After few days I got charged on my bank card that it is in their file, for maintenance fee. And never got my deposit back.. I have to call my bank today to cancel Bank card...

Very nice place. I always wanted to take a bubble bath in a red heart shaped tub. Bubble bath available in the gift shop for $7 and at Dollar Tree up the road for $1. Casino about a mile away. (I lost but the drinks were great).

The couch and chair are uncomfortable. If you sit on 1 end of the couch the cushion goes up on the other end. If you sit in the middle it forms a U shape. Terrible and very much out dated. The bed itself was comfortable but please bring your own pillows, unless you are used to extremely soft and fat pillow. I am used to memory form pillows. The food in the dinning room was just ok, I didn't cook it or do dish so I am not complaining too much. Service was very good. In room pool water was a little too cool for me and my husband.
I booked one of the better rooms in the resort. I saw bugs in the room and I m the pool area. Sleeping in the beds made me itch for days afterwards, had to check for bedbugs afterwards. On top of that, horrible customer service. Tracy @ Ext. 1981 was the representative i was speaking to and she was rude more than you can imagine. The resort charged me an abnormal amount of resort/property fees and had no way of explaining what the extra fee was for. I woild not recommend staying at this resort.
My husband and I recently stayed at Paradise Streams for alittle weekend getaway. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help us when we were in need. When we were getting ready to check out I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. We had numerous staff members come try and help us jump start the car and they even took me to Walmart to get things to try to fix it. While we waited staff came by repeatedly to see if we were ok and if they could do anything for us. This was a great experience to have especially during the times we are in. We give this a 5+ stars. Definitely will be back again.
We arrive and the property looks like nothing has been updated since the 50's. We enter the room we booked and it was no more romantic than a average hotel room. Management upgraded our room to try and make up for it. The only thing good there was the service and food. We made the best of the 3 days we were there but could have done the same in an average hotel. Spent alot of time off the premises for fun. Not a fan.

We wanted to spend our anniversary weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everything. Paradise Stream allowed us to do that. The room was nice, if only a little dated, but we'd hope they will put a little more effort into cleaning the pool area inside the room. We had a Diana's Oasis and we didn't feel comfortable using the in suite pool after the first time as there was some questionable liquids outside the pool. The rest of the room was fine, and the grounds were gorgeous. The staff was pleasant and the food was pretty good! The night entertainment was great as well. Nobody gets a perfect rating, but we had close to a perfect weekend. Will come again!
This place was over priced and dirty!! I recently stayed at this resort with my girlfriend and the room was dirty then when I told the front desk they put me in another room that was 30$ cheaper and still smelled. After speaking to management they offered no type of refund or reimbursement... Stay away from this place they advertise well but the place and management is horrible

I was supper excited to surprise my hubby with this romantic trip! Our room had the heart shaped jet tub, AND THE HEATED POOL! Needless to say my hubby enjoyed his surprise! We were definitely too intoxicated to enjoy the activities they had to offer and it was hot outside. The only thing that kind of thru us off was the dinner. The food wasn t all that good but we had a great time and the food was bearable to eat! All in all we will definitely be back for the Champagne room and longer days to stay!
A certain blast from the past. Felt like a Vegas hotel from the 60's. The furniture in the bedroom looked like it was purchased in a thrift store. More like needs to be donated or tossed out. Wish our lighting was sufficient enough to see - the room was much too dark even with lights maximized. The location is beautiful, badly in need of revitalization to bring it up to the current times. Our room door wouldn't close unless it was slammed hard.
Rooms for falling apart the pool that was inside our room Every Time We Touch the sides had slime coming off of it everywhere floating all over the pool the bathroom heater did not work they didn't tell us and bought any of the activities until we were there 2 or 3 days and then one of the people told us about all the activities we could have saved a lot of time and effort of somebody would have told us all about all these activities in the beginning food was good the buildings are pretty much falling apart and they need to spend some time fixing them we want to go back and try the champagne Tower
Awesome place. Don't let the bad reviews stop you from coming here. It's so beautiful here. ALL the staff are super friendly and are always here to help with whatever you need. The food is incredible. Plus no kids under 18 allowed. It's the perfect place for a couples getaway!!!!!
