The products look good and are easy to use, but I have my doubts about the quality. Our refrigerator had to be replaced after a year, the microwave after almost 4 years and the stove sometimes shows signs of malfunction. And this with normal daily use.
The warranty and service conditions, on the other hand, are fine at Atag (8 years warranty when purchasing 4 or more products).

Not normal how long you are on hold when you report a failure.
Up to 2x the service department needed due to a malfunction. 1x suspended for 30 minutes. The 2nd time from 9.15 am to 10.15 am. And the band keeps playing annoying music and always repeating that I am the first to follow. A device from Atag would think again about it because if you have a malfunction then you have to be patient. Not only to report your malfunction but also the waiting time that a technician can come by is more than 1 week.

Personally I think something like this is important, especially given the fact that I have to stay at home and pay for it. So I recommend anyone who decides to choose Atag equipment to take the extended warranty.

After having my steam oven for a year I think I can write a review. My combi microwave was broken so reason for something new. I was interested in a steam oven because you can also cook sous-vide. After reading on the internet and visiting the showroom in Duiven. Opted for the CS4692D.
The normal oven functions work as usual. Cooking and baking with steam took some getting used to, but I don't want anything else now. Just warming up a bit is different with a steam oven than with a microwave. Heating up with steam is so much tastier.
Sous-vide is great. Always a perfect steak, Aspergers perfectly cooked and the salmon butter soft.
The oven has programmed different cooking menus. these work well and are very easy. After a month 4, the Steam Oven software crashed. Switching on and off did not help. The customer service advised to disconnect the power for 30 minutes. I had my reservations about this solution. But we are now 8 months further and the problem has not returned.
In the showroom I received good help and I attended a "work shop" for the use of the steam oven. They explain how to cook with steam and they prepare a few small dishes that I could also taste. A workshop is not the correct name but a lot of information received and tasted.

I am very satisfied with the oven. The contacts with ATAG were good and professional. Just had a strange problem with the software but that could easily be remedied.

Bought a fridge nine years ago, top fridge + freezer and bottle bar. After use, of course, something breaks due to wear, for me the closure of the bottle bar. Can happen, called and it turns out that the entire refrigerator can no longer be delivered. The supplier is bankrupt, no parts, nothing more. expensive and inefficient customer service. there is no response to the contact form / voicemail. mechanic came along first to once again establish the complaint that was already made by telephone .... have been waiting for months for an ordered freezer compartment door. a small problem becomes a major annoyance.

The combi oven broke 3 times within 4 years and not repaired after 6 weeks of waiting, very poor service, telephone queue is a disaster, continuously having to call because agreements are not met. And then standing on hold for 20 minutes to be connected to another department where you will be put on hold for 20 minutes to be disappointed again. The motto seems to be keeping it wet instead of transparency and unburdening the customer / meeting the demand for help.

Super happy with my new kitchen. Everything complete and the equipment is so user-friendly that the little one no longer needs a toy kitchen! She puts everything in the oven, I had to call the fire brigade 3 times already. The tea set also suddenly has to go into the dishwasher every day, even if we only have 2 plates ourselves.
My wife can now finally serve a hot microwave meal! Super kitchen!

Poor aftersales and unfriendly customer service.
Pilgrim dishwasher broken after just 3 years. We get no further guarantee (which they offer for up to 5 years), because when purchasing a total Bruynzeel kitchen, the Pelgrim dishwasher was not registered with ATAG. That we have to pay travel costs and hourly wage is acceptable, but that did not apply to us, because we had not registered it. 300 euros lighter. Thank you Atag!

Very bad service, have been waiting for three weeks to make an adjustment to a brand new gas stove. A technician came by last Monday between 10am and 1pm. Called at 2 pm because nobody was seen or heard. The mechanic turned out to be sick, atag went to contact us for a new appointment. After two days of waiting, I called back myself, yes we will call you today. Guess ... again nothing. Yesterday it suddenly appeared that the necessary parts had disappeared, but we will call you back .... Called yourself again today, it now appears that the parts have not yet been ordered because approval must first be received from the Netherlands and this has only arrived today. Does anyone understand anything about this soap. ?, ???? We no longer, just try cooking for three weeks without a stove

Had a very bad experience with ATAG's repair servi...

Had a very bad experience with ATAG's repair service. A technician has already visited 3 times for the same service. Next week someone will come by for the 4th time. We have now been working for more than 2 months to get our dishwasher working again.

Immediately after each visit of the various technicians and having replaced a part, the dishwasher has broken down again and again. The first time nothing was even changed or replaced at all. Paid for the service. Then you call customer service and before you get someone on the line, you are often 30 minutes further and it takes 2 weeks before another technician can come by.

Despite the fact that I can substantively conclude that the repair services were not performed correctly in one go, ATAG customer service claims that the repairs were carried out correctly, but that there is always a different underlying cause of the malfunction. The bottom line is that 1 malfunction (error message) can have 10 causes. But why can't all causes be discovered at once? Correct .. ATAG claims that we have bad luck and that all defects have suddenly arisen shortly after each other. That is strange, because the dishwasher has been out of operation for months now. How can parts break if the appliance is out of order?

ATAG therefore does not hold itself liable for the increasing costs that we incur in this case again and again. Every time a technician comes and apparently replaces a part 'just like that'.

Anyway, this is of course completely unjustified. Complete madness! Why does a technician have to come by 4 times, the dishwasher still does not work and are the replaced parts taken by the technicians? Now I can not prove that parts may have been replaced that were not due for replacement. 'No, ATAG works with recognized technicians and they know what they are doing.' Apparently not, because again, next week the 4th appointment in 2 months time and the costs keep increasing. In the meantime I would indeed have been better off buying a new dishwasher. If I had known this I would have done that in the first instance.

Recently a very nice ATAG kitchen with large induction hob and large refrigerator. Induction takes some getting used to, but it looks super stylish. The refrigerator is spacious and the handy (wine) bottle holders are particularly popular here. Very happy with it!

After a week without problems, I had breakfast in the cold yesterday morning on Saturday 1 December 2018. Atag boiler did not work again .

Atag wants to send a technician, but if it is not up to the boil, we have to pay. Sounds logical right? Were it not for the fact that an Atag technician has already visited 3 times and the boiler still has the same conditions. Last night when we were celebrating our Sinterklaas party elsewhere, Atag Piet probably visited to put the stove back on hold. Cold homecoming .
Thanks to the Atag warranty, we have no choice but to have a real technician come! No more Atag for us .........

More than a year ago I was allowed to share my experiences with you in connection with the purchase of an Atag boiler and the 'free' supplied thermostat worth 200, which, if you did not buy the copy, turned out to be only 100. to deliver. In the meantime, I am fortunate to have also gained the necessary experience with Atag's service during the warranty period. We are fortunate to have had several malfunctions in both the central heating and the hot water supply in 1 year.
If you call Atag you will be sent from pillar to post.
You are particularly blessed when you meet one of Messrs Beks, ter Kamp or ten Kampe, who have received special training on how to train a customer when they report a malfunction. According to the gentlemen, I am a nag and a liar, who makes up malfunctions and doesn't realize what a great product they have delivered. Faults can be solved by phone at Atag! You don't need a technician for that. By means of a question and answer game it can be established that the fault is not a fault. The cause of the malfunction is not the boiler, but you. You are too stupid to understand the boiler, but you must follow their instructions to fix the fault that is not a fault. Do not give wrong answers and do not keep asking for a technician, because then the conversation will end immediately and you will be left with a faulty boiler.

Boiler I36EC ordered from Atag incl. Mounting for 1899 but excl. Thermostat. Value thermostat according to Atag 200. For me that meant a price to pay of 1699. This is higher compared to other providers, but that difference is overcome. However, not 200 but only 100 will be deducted from Atag's account. So finally squeaked

I have now had Atag Magna appliances in my kitchen for 16 years and I am still fully satisfied. It still looks very nice and works well. However, I replaced my 5-zone induction hob for a new and even better one because I had accidentally dropped something on the old one. But again very happy with the choice.

Nice new tumble dryer ... After half a year .. Short circuit .. Replace PCB. Same song when tested. 2nd appointment was canceled due to a sick mechanic. A few weeks later ... also replaced the pump (got wet, causing a short circuit) and printed circuit board .. Didn't do it either .. there was a hose worn through mounting error.
This was the conclusion after the last repair ... My advice would be not to save on an extra fuse, have parts in stock and provide a temporary replacement for a working machine. Unfortunately, after a long wait, it has now been resolved by customer service.

If you have been to Ikea or another kitchen store in Duiven, you should also go to the ATAG Experience center across the highway.

Warm welcome, 3 brands in their own price range. We were actually planning to buy Siemens devices, but switched to ATAG. They have now achieved this brand at the same level as Siemens, Bosch and Neff for example.

Very nice devices, especially the induction plate combined with a nice gas burner. Top.
The great thing about an experience center is that there is no pressure on sales and you can talk to the people of ATAG in peace. Also visit us if the chef is busy with them. Very nice to see and nice to taste.

The staff also knows a lot about the appliances and that is sometimes less so at kitchen shops. So if you know which brand of equipment you want, it is very useful to have a look at an experience center. And ATAG noticed me positively.

We have been using the VA8018TT for two weeks now. A well-built spacious dishwasher with many options. The interior space is fully utilized by the three baskets. Above that there is also an extra cutlery drawer and you get a cutlery basket with it. The baskets are nicely made and higher than other brands of dishwashers, making tall cups and glasses fit well. You can really lose a lot of dishes in this dishwasher.
Because there are more baskets in this dishwasher, this dishwasher also has more nozzles. They are all made of metal. Everything is solid and beautiful. Also good lighting and good sound insulation.
We also thought it was very important that the dishwasher dries well. This Atag also does this better than dishwashers from other brands.
Super happy with it.

At the beginning of January 2021, we ordered a combi oven worth 2,400 from ATAG from a local entrepreneur. After four months of waiting, on Saturday afternoon, April 10, the time had finally come: the combi oven was brought and installed by the local entrepreneur.

We were able to 'enjoy' the combi oven for about 28 hours. On Monday morning, April 12, the oven stopped responding. In no way did the oven turn on. Tried and tested everything (unplugged, plugs on and off), but the thing did not turn on. Informed both the local entrepreneur and ATAG about this fact. The local entrepreneur quickly took action and, just like us, was faced with a queue of hours at the telephone customer service. Then also sent an email. On Tuesday, we received a voicemail message requesting a call back to customer service. After 50 minutes on hold, I finally got someone on the phone. It was promised that a technician would come by on Saturday (one week after delivery of the brand new non-working combi oven), but with the warning that if it was not installed properly, the bill would be our own (!)

On Saturday, April 17, the friendly technician came by and soon came to the conclusion that the combi oven was not working (a circuit board is probably broken) and that he had not received all the materials from the service department. So he went home unresolved after sending an email to the service department. Monday we would hear from ATAG. However, it remained deafeningly silent.

In the days that followed, the local entrepreneur tried to contact ATAG again and eventually tried to call in the representative. The local entrepreneur received a promise that a new printed circuit board would come at the end of the week. Again nothing and again it is deafeningly silent.

ATAG does not take its responsibility. A non-working product is delivered, there is no action on phone calls from the middleman (the local entrepreneur) and there is no action on the mail from the in-house technician. ATAG delivers a bad product, provides poor service and leaves us as consumers out in the cold.

26-04-2021: Thank you for the response. Because I was already expecting this response, I already sent an email to the email address mentioned on Sunday, April 25 at 2:40 PM. I am waiting for a substantive response.

While I even have a warranty with the purchase and I cannot repair the F10 failure myself, I would have to pay 71.50 for a purchased device of 1,034.00 after 3 years. This is not correct and I will address it. ATAG has a repair obligation during a certain life expectancy. If I have to pay 71.50 I will raise this, no longer buy Atag and post a negative experience in the reviews.

You have G5 warranty on your dishwasher. This means that the first two years were full warranty.
And from the third to the fifth year, provided that it does not concern a user error, you only pay the call-out costs

Tenant of an MVGM house since 2017 and I am very satisfied with the ATAG appliances in my luxury corner kitchen. 5 appliances, including a luxury oven with microwave and a dishwasher with interior lighting .
We have already baked many apple pies in the oven. A very user-friendly device.
Within 2 days we had an ATAG mechanic on the sidewalk in the event of a dishwasher malfunction, a clip of the bread bag was in the pump, causing blockage ..... (fault of our own), yet the service solved the complaint .... tribute! !
According to this technician, it appears that our landlord has received an 8-year guarantee on the devices from ATAG!

Initially happy with new 90 cm Atag oven, but now after having been used twice, disappointed in user-friendliness!
Black temperature and program buttons on the black front without lighting! Oven is built under Atag hob.
When setting, no lighting of program or temperature, therefore no confirmation of correct setting. Feel by touch where the black line of the button is located.
It is a pity that this oven does not have a better lit control panel!

Reported last week that oven was not working properly. Very pleasant and customer-friendly approach. An appointment was made for a home mechanic within 5 minutes. The employee even called back shortly afterwards and suggested a possible solution. Unfortunately, the solution was not. Visited by a mechanic yesterday. Neatly on time.
Mechanic knew exactly what the report meant. Mechanic recognized the problem within 2 minutes.
Defective part was immediately replaced and within 15 minutes the mechanic was en route.
In short, very good experience regarding service!

4 different 'installation technicians' were unable to fix their brand new dishwasher they supplied themselves. Mandatory to do business with Atag as they are supplier of MVGM. Bizarrely bad experiences.
Do not even respond to complaints, since 6 months no properly working dishwasher.

We have several ATAG kitchen appliances in our kitchen. After 3 years, our oven is not functioning properly (fan is noisy, has loosened up). We have warranty and it is a known issue with this type (tell your customer service).
However, we do have to pay 71.50 entry fee! So you have a problem with a part in your product and I can pay a call-out fee. I am absolutely not happy with this ATAG!

Service is way below par, I've been trying to schedule a repair for 2 weeks. Assignments / requests for a quotation are left behind, very difficult to reach by telephone, and once there is contact, it is suddenly arranged with the push of a button, although it turns out that this is not the case a week later.

Update:
We are now two weeks further and nothing has progressed. Agreements are not honored, contact with the ATAG webcare team has had no effect. My advice: avoid.

Of course I call ATAG when I want information about an induction hob. But the receptionist is better off looking for another job. A job without customer contact. Or, as ATAG, make it clear early on that you prefer not to have any contact with private individuals at all. Take an example from MIELE.

In 2011 my wife and I bought a completely new kitc...

In 2011 my wife and I bought a completely new kitchen, including built-in refrigerator, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, combi oven and induction hob. On advice, we chose the Pelgrim brand, which promised us an eight-year warranty on the equipment as we purchased more than five items (the so-called G5 warranty). Almost nine years later, we regret this decision.

With the exception of the refrigerator, all appliances have broken down in recent years. Well, that would not have been such a problem in itself, provided the warranty service had worked properly. Mechanics often arrived empty-handed, did not take spare parts and tried to get out of the repair work. Agreements were not kept and punctuality turned out to be a strange concept. We also had to pay call-out costs of 71.50 per service visit.

The induction hob broke at the end of 2018. An external technician was hired for this. This external technician had brought a part with which we could still use the hob, because, he indicated, "otherwise we have to offer an alternative (read: new plate)". The plate was then repaired, I want to note that I still had to help and arrange parts, because the mechanic had not brought them himself.

As ATAG always says according to this mechanic, "we hope it will last a year, then the warranty is gone." And indeed, last weekend our hob broke again, the same defect on the same side as last time. We immediately sent an email and were called back today, saying that ATAG cannot do anything. The eight-year warranty has now expired, so we have to bear the costs ourselves.

What I would like to mention is that a new hob would quickly cost between 1000 and 1200. This means that a hob is charged with around 120 annually. I don't think that is the intention. It has also become clear to me now that the solution offered at the time in 2018 was purely aimed at saving the company money, rather than serving the interests of the customer. This solution only ensured that the plate lasted just long enough to go beyond the warranty period.

Today I would be called back on this issue, but I have not heard anything so far. Therefore, to save other potential buyers from the same lot, I leave this review. Dear company, gladly your response.

We were wrong we have had problem after problem over the years with our fornuizen and the service has been terrible, this is not what you would expect with a 4,000 euro fornuizen, what we paid for we really don't know, it certainly wasn't quality. I will never purchase from Atag again.

The equipment for our new kitchen purchased from ATAG. We are very satisfied. The oven Etna is not piping hot on the outside, very convenient if that layer is placed and when you walk around small children. Easy to operate and does a good job.
Also very satisfied with Pilgrim no frost refrigerator / freezer combination. The drawers in the freezer is a little wider at the top that will make even bigger food were not stabbing remains at dichtdoen and compared to our old refrigerator vegetables stay fresh much longer.
The hood is pretty quiet yet powerful and absorbs odors well.
In short, a neat device of a top company.

I immediately called and would immediately receive an email after the conversation with a new mechanic appointment. I have not received this. Now again sent an email as a reply to the previous appointment email. Because calling again takes half an hour. I have also previously sent a message via the website, but I have never received a response. I have been waiting for a successful repair for 3 weeks now.

By mail with Atag had a complete inside melted and crumbled microwave oven door! (This should not be anyway !!) and if it is within the warranty period! For replacement we just have to pay almost 600, - !!!! Does not seem to me the intention if you give a guarantee on a product! Warranty should mean service and free solutions ..... Why else do you have a warranty? Atag? #value guarantee? #value service?

Have had to contact the service department far and...

Have had to contact the service department far and too often in two years and explain ants over and over again. The third oven is now in place, after 10 visits by a technician and quite insistent on my part. It was a disaster, always staying home and the technicians were certainly not all equally competent and often had (!!!) wrong parts with them. You stay at home for that. They also don't check what they bring, I think. Very annoying.
In the end it was resolved free of charge by supplying a completely different oven, after two times the same type with the same complaints (non-closing door, rattling microwave, not getting to the right temperature properly, button defect, dented door upon delivery, etc).
All in all, quite a damper. Our previous oven was a great thing. 7 years and then moved. This new thing was a disaster and after two years of sobbath and misery has been replaced by something that works reasonably well now. But I hold my heart how long he will last. I hope for 10 years, but this one too has starting rattles. I only really feel like it anymore in this service department, so do it with it.

Really incredible KUT service. The oven is already broken for the 3rd time in half a year. You can hardly call customer service because they will keep you in the queue forever. Once you get them, it takes a month and a half before they can finally come and fix your devices. And those repairs turn out to be only half the battle. Overtime is an unknown concept at ATAG, they prefer to leave you without a working oven / microwave for a month and a half. Really very committed to their customers, NOT.

Worst customer service in the world.

Worst customer service in the world.
When I moved into my new apartment i was actually quiet happy with having an micro oven from ATAG.
However it turns out their products are not very well produced and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Our oven was not working anymore- so somebody came to repair it. ( 6 weeks waiting time) after 2 month- broken again- somebody came to repair it (3 weeks waiting time) then it worked for 9 days and it was broken again.
We asked again for a repair, first they said we have to wait for 3 weeks now they rescheduled for to a week later. 1 working day in advance. So in total the oven has been broken for more time than i could actually use it.
their customer service on the phone is very rude as well as the technical staff who comes for the repair.
Last time, when I stayed home to wait for the repair person, he came and was really unfriendly because i asked him if he could speak English with me as I am still learning dutch. He said "You are in the Netherlands and here we speak dutch." So i tried and he was making jokes about me not understanding everything or not knowing the right words.
I thought other countries have a problem with foreigners, but apparently ppl working for ATAG do to. Its sad for such an international company.
I am really disappointed in the products, their customer service and technical stuff and just wish our landlord would have provided us with an oven from a reliable company.

Looking for a new kitchen and already seen many showrooms. This showroom is beautiful and very clear.
The ladies who work there and whom I have spoken to are very friendly and service oriented. Furthermore, they also have a lot of knowledge of the equipment. I had a lot of questions and no questions remained unanswered.

From last July I have the ATAG fridge / freezer combination KS32178B (built-in). For several weeks now, the refrigerator has been making relatively loud popping, crackling noises when the refrigerator starts. The technician and customer service cannot solve the problem. According to customer service, this is because today's fridge / freezer combinations produce more injection noises because, according to current environmental legislation, more environmentally friendly coolant must be used. The resonance of these sounds can be aggravated by the situation in which the device is placed. Wall, surface or open kitchen (haha yes "coincidentally", but I have one) can contribute to this. The popping noises I hear are the expansion / contraction of the pipes. ATAG cannot do anything about this.

If I am not satisfied with the refrigerator, they refer me back to the kitchen supplier. Perhaps it can mean something.

So, due to current environmental legislation, ATAG apparently cannot produce a proper product and puts it on the market. Then shift the problem to a kitchen supplier because there is a chance that the refrigerator in my new-build home is installed under unfavorable conditions, which exacerbate the problem.
Well a pity, then go there for the possibilities. If necessary, a new one from Siemens or something.

Normally I post little to no reviews but the last 5 weeks I had to deal with ATAG Nederland BV to get a new dishwasher (in my rental house).
Well that is not exactly the school example of good service. Twice an installation company has come to install the new dishwasher and twice I get a dishwasher that does not fit. In addition, you must continuously call yourself to make an appointment and explain the problem. No proactivity and customer focus at ATAG. 8 phone calls, 2 visits with the wrong dishwasher, 5 weeks later and still no dishwasher ... so exhausting such companies

After a collision with telephonist (idiot response), ATAG service sent a spicy mail with the way I was treated.

Well say AWESOME! So fast, so accurate and so much time taken (Dennis).
This can / could and should never happen again. Mr. ATAG a 10+.

It is a shame that if you only rely on the operator, you will feel abandoned. The apologies were not aired! ATAG has promised to have a conversation with the telephone operator in question, sorry for that lady, but rightly so.

Again Mr. ATAG, very quickly and nicely solved and changed from a 1 to a 10+

Installed new kitchen 4 years ago with Pelgrim stove. Glass recently exploded spontaneously! Was shocked. There is an 8 year warranty on the oven, so expect it to be neatly resolved. Experiencing this is annoying enough, I thought so ...... I was put on hold for 3 quarters of an hour to contact ATAG. First thing she said: Glass plate is not covered by the warranty. Second sentence was: technician can come by for assessment at your expense. And what day that could be. DAY!. I work madam of the ATAG! Take a day off because maybe a mechanic can come. Was not possible to plan a time or if necessary part of the day. I don't get angry easily, don't write a negative review. But I can still hope that this company will wake up and become more customer friendly !! Otherwise: DO NOT BUY A DEVICE FROM ATAG BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE!

6 separate all day waits for engineer. Didn't turn up or call on 2 occasions and cancelled on one. One visit determined fault another to 'fix' it. Still not working and today another non Atag engineer turned up to tell me he can do nothing. Hours wasted in addition trying to get through to someone on phone. Microwave combi oven.

New kitchen with 5 Atag appliances purchased. After 1 week dishwasher defective. Only after 2 weeks a technician. 3 hours of tinkering. Not made because part was not there. Another appointment scheduled 2 weeks later. Was canceled on the day itself because part was not there anyway. Called service. Another 20 minutes in the queue. Do not know when it will be solved.
You don't buy an Atag for that, do you? Then take a piece of string brand. Are you in any case cheaper.

So far I was reasonably satisfied with Atag. I have already had several Atag cooking appliances. My last very expensive stove was too fast to my idea and the repairs too expensive. But that aside.
Now had problems with brand new 90 cm 5 burner induction cooker. Many phone calls with various Atag employees of customer service and technical support and 2 visits from mechanics. Problem has not been taken seriously for a long time (not even by the dealer), but nonsensical solutions have been put forward by Atag. So absurd that if I told them to another Atag colleague they did not believe me. It turns out that hardly anyone in Atag understands this product. After months of trouble, the problem at my insistence finally ended up at someone in Atag who knows how the hob works. I am right in my case, that information I have never received from Atag itself who still have to call me back. After insisting I received the redeeming mail through the dealer. It comes down to the fact that the generous zone of this plate, where a wok menu is on, is not suitable for a wok. Misleading design for me!
Plate turned out to be wrongly connected, 1st mechanic did not notice that. He even let me buy a new wok because the problem would be in there.
I also do not like the new record, the touch controls are not sensitive enough (sometimes 15 seconds working to lower the zone) and then there are a few drops somewhere on the plate then the board falls directly into trouble with a whole shrill alarm.
Lots of room for improvement at the company Atag itself and also with regard to these products.

I had ordered 4 Pilgrim built-in appliances for our new kitchen (then you are entitled to an 8-year warranty), but 1 Pelgrim built-in appliance was not available on time for which the manufacturer (Pelgrim / ATAG) offered us a more expensive alternative at no extra cost (the alternative device was an ATAG device). I think that's a good service from the manufacturer! However, when registering the 4 devices via the website, I received a confirmation with (only) a 5-year warranty because of 3 Pilgrim devices and 1 ATAG device. I then called the friendly and helpful Edith from the ATAG / Pelgrim customer service and she immediately adjusted it in the system to an 8-year warranty and e-mailed me the confirmation. Great service, thanks Edith!

Since June 2018 all kinds of ATAG equipment have been installed in my new open kitchen: fridge, induction cooker with gas wok burner and downdraft extractor, combi oven and microwave, combi steam oven and dishwasher.
I am very happy and satisfied with all ATAG devices. The combination induction cooking and gas wok is a very good combination, the gas burner is ideal for making the most delicious wok dishes. I was very curious if the downdraft would get rid of the smells, I was worried about that. That turned out to be unnecessary because it works perfectly! Refrigerator and dishwasher barely make a noise, which is important in an open kitchen!
In short, here is a very satisfied consumer who has experienced that what is being said about the equipment in practice also turns out to be right!
