We invited other couples to join us for our 3rd wedding anniversary and we had a blast. Make sure to say hi to Maria in the tiki bar she was great. Kobe our server was wonderful all weekend.

The service at the resort was excellent as well as the food! This resort is truly a place for lovers. However, I feel the decor and on site activities /game rooms need to be updated.

It was our first time there and my husband and I were very excited to go to Paradise Streams. We stayed in the Lake Chalet room. The room overall was nice but the outside structure is all falling apart and there was duck and goose droppings all over the ground and sidewalks. We stepped in some multiple times because there was no getting away from it. My husband was looking forward to the passion potion drink with the souvenir cup and they said they were all out! Dinner was very good, and I think it was the best part about the place. We were looking forward to making it an often trip to Paradise Streams. But after the experience we had, I don't know if we will. If we go back, we will try the other resorts and hopefully have a better turn out. For the amount of money we pay to stay there it should be top notch. We were disappointed.

We enjoy our stay. Food was wonderful entertainment was excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very dirty. The first Room 401 was filthy we called the manager so she could see. She put us in Room 424. It was very clean. With that being said we enjoyed our stay

My husband & I enjoyed our weekend stay here for our honeymoon! We will definitely be coming back!

This was our third visit. Came for our honeymoon, 5yr anniversary and this stay was for our 20yr anniversary. Stayed in the Lakeside Villas each stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very nice. Food was better then we expected and all the staff were great. Entertainment both nights was enjoyable. Looking forward to our next stay.

Very disappointed . Upon check in, the room smelled of mildew/ old smoke. Stains in the carpet. Carpet looks to have not been cleaned since 1989! Champagne Jacuzzi tub looks to have a build up of mildew under the panel inside the tub. Rust around the drain inside the tub. Toilet wouldn't flush. The inside of the room door used to be white, now is worn and very dirty. I asked for a refund and immediately left and stayed at the Mount Airy Casino Resort just up the street instead! MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER!!

If this was half the price I would give a better rating but for 1000$ "all inclusive" I arrived to a room with TWO BROKEN air conditioners. Not too sexy having watch maintenance guys work for an hour. After you spend an extra 300 for tbe seductive package.Also room service isn't included btw. The best part was the dinner and the personal Jacuzzi. Let's just say I will not be returning. Suggestions: make sure your staff isn't rude,update the decor, implement a room checklist before your guest arrived. No excuse to have broken air conditioners in a room with no windows...

I love the fact that they brought back the Lobster & Streak dinner on Saturday. The Entertainment could have been a little better

Rooms were very nice roomy and big but very dirty & in need of upkeep. Under the bed had so much dirt and disgusting left over rose petals with dust (not purchased by us). We got the garden of eden Apple suit, specifically for the pool . We got to go in before dinner when we came back pool was FREEZING we were told couldn t be fixed till 7 am . It warmed up at 10:45 (check out is 11) when asked for a later check out so we could actually enjoy the pool it was an extra $25 an hour. I could ve saved and just got a room with jacuzzi . Dinner was bland ... room service was good . Very terrible experience especially for the money We paid .

First night when we went to sleep found hair on the bed sheets also the shower and sink drains were clogged. Told some one at the desk and she was rude and said housekeeper will go over. Last night there the a/c unit stopped working in the middle of the night which it was really hot that night. We will definitely look for another location next time.

Awesome place, my wife and I spent our 10th wedding anniversary here and cannot wait to go back.

We were told we were in an updated room but hope that is not what we got. Cigarette burns in the furniture and end and coffee table. A/C in our bedroom was not working properly so had to turn it way up to stay cool and of course it make a terrible noise. Bathroom sinks were corroded and shower head leaked and was stained. Front door looked like people had tried to kick it open and closed. Wall over the fire place was covered with smoke stains and smelled. Pool area was just fine. Seemed to be very clean. Told the front desk person this after I woke him up and he didn't seem concerned at all. Was there 25 years ago and loved the place but not now in the condition you have let it get to.

The room was wonderful. trust me , you only want to leave the room for meals! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The customer service was excellent. The wait staff was amazing. The various pools were very pretty and nice and warm.The young lady that checked us in was very odd but the rest of the staff was wonderful. The game room was Ok. I didn't like buying tokens for the games and lost a lot of tokens! But over all it was a nice trip!

Its big ,clean and dated. In a cheesy way. We enjoyed the champagne suite. The champagne jacuzzi wad nice. The heart shape heated pool was great. We had the meal plan. I would give it a 3 stars. Next time will not purchase meal plan.

Good stop for the money. We stayed in Diana s Oasis. Our room came with an indoor pool and hot tub with very cool overhead starlights. Everything was clean and the service was great if you needed anything. They had some hiccups checking us in but they sorted it out satisfactorily. The food package is well worth the money. The breakfast is usually Eggs Benedict and an assortment of eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit and pastries. Dinner offers a good variety of choices for the main meal complimented by a choice of soups, house salad and a choice of desserts (all you can eat). The people that work here are friendly and give good suggestions for entertainment there and locally. Disappointed by the slow cocktail service at dinner and the lack of open amenities due to COVID.

Grounds were nice but room was not worth the cost. We had a solo cabin and traveled from California to stay. I was very disappointed by the lack of romantic effects. Everything to make your stay memorable cost more money. There was nothing to drawl you in to the mood. Our room was not freshened up on 2 of our days and we were there during low attendance time.

The place could use some freshening up, some minor improvements could really make a difference. Checking in and out was very easy, the staff was very helpful. The food was really good. The rooms are amusing. My wife and I made the best of it !

My honey booked a four day, three night stay for Paradise Stream, early March 2021 and we were looking forward to just getting away from home for a few days. Check in was easy, though not very informative about anything going on at the resort.

We did the Diana suite and the room was lovely, definitely a little dated in decor but fine. It was mostly clean (dusty in some spots, nothing major like some of the other reviews mentioned) and set up with chilled champagne, chocolates and rose petals decorating the bed and floor. Lots of hot water for the jacuzzi tub (yay!) and we enjoyed the in-suite heated swimming pool very much. Rooms could use some fresh decor - if it was summer it wouldn't matter as much because we'd be out doing resort activities or shopping or whatever, but in winter a lot is closed.

The food at the dining facilities was hit or miss - one dinner was good, the next night not so much, one breakfast was good, the next day not. The last day we opted out of the dining and ate off premise, and enjoyed that very much. Service was good, the wait staff was friendly and everyone did a decent job, though we did feel rushed by the cocktail service at dinner - he was very friendly, but would come back and ask if we wanted another drink, or to cash out, so we opted to cash out. I guess with Covid dining limitations, they want people to not linger overly long, just something to be aware of when planning your dining options.

Not having a room freshening up was odd - with the 3 day stay we were told housekeeping would come in Sunday and clean, new towels etc. We left that day at 8am and stayed out until 3:30, but no one came in while we were gone to do anything. We were leaving early Monday anyway, so didn't bother making it an issue. I think the limited housekeeping is a Covid issue also, though I'd think hotels would clean more often, instead of less.

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the heated in room pool and jacuzzi, but it wasn't a resort we'd be excited to plan another stay at anytime soon.

I really want to get the champagne tower for my boyfriend & I in June but reading all these reviews is very upsetting. I love 2 hours away & I ll be damned if I drive 2 hours & pay $1000 & I get a dirty bug infested room! I might have to pass on this & it s so upsetting.

Overall visit was ok, but I really did bot like seeing the exterior of the resort in such poor condition. The walls of the villas were filthy and the walls of our balcony was disgusting, I could not even sit outside. The lake was full of garbage and needs to be dredged. There wasn't many activities, but the stay was quiet and relaxing overall. Hopefully in the future you can invest in making the environment more pleasing.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! My boyfriend always takes me lovely elegant places so to give back and surprise him I found this place on Groupon. It looked lovely and like we would have a great time, wow was the joke on me! From pulling in the outside is not upkept at all and the lobby smells funny and looks nothing like the photos. I mean these photos are either highly edited or taken when they first opened. The first room we were in was covered in dust everywhere. It seemed like it wasn't cleaned for over a year. The shower was cracked and stained with soap scum as well as the tub and it also had a puddle of water sitting in the bottom that was there who knows how long. The ceiling was water stained and falling apart, some white substance was in our carpet possibly from the ceiling. It should have been vacuumed before we came. All furniture and basically everything that could be chipping was. When he tried to use he jacuzzi despite it appearing not cleanly he found pubes in it! I understand this is couples only but you think it would be thoroughly cleaned. Definitely not. He will never let me live this down and this was a huge waste of money. I'm not sure how one can false advertise to this extent, once I complained about the room they did switch us but it was still the same run down not taken care of scenario. I can't believe this place is still in business. Lesson learned definitely.

This is an amazing place for couples to go. My wife and I had the best time ever here

Went with my guy as a late celebration it was a incredible time to bond and have great experiences. The room was so amazing we had the Diana suite and the heart shape pool and jacuzzi was so much fun especially with the fire place. The bar had great entertainment with awesome fast bartenders that make amazing drinks in such a intimate setting the resort had so many activities and convenient amenities that you never had to leave the resort except for shopping of course ! If you go to Poconos this is definitely the resort to stay at for a romantic unforgettable experience and you should try horse back riding zip lining and the outlets around a little bit of a drive but so worth it

Never Again. Went to paradise stream last night. This was a free night after they ruined my honeymoon 6 months ago. So we thought we would try this location. Room must not have been used for 6 months or longer, as the dirt was gross. Could not use the pool in the room as there was hair floating in it. Ad for the champagne tub, no hot water, then no water. Called the desk 4 times, even asked for a different room. They said no.tolit and sink also leaked. No one cares. But I do. And don't give me one of those responses"thanks for your feed back". Second time a special occasion was ruined. Everyone I know will hear about this experience!!!!!!!! Can't believe anyone would give this place a good review. Not having water is a big deal.

My wife and I go to the Poconos annually for our anniversary. Normally it is a wonderful experience. This year there were enough glaring problems we had to share them. The first issue was with the rooms. One clearly had water damage. We called the front desk and got it switched out with no issues, we just had to pack everything back in car and go to the next room. The next room looked fine and we stayed the night only to find it had Ants EVERYWHERE even in our clothes by the next morning. At this point we spoke to management who actually did a great job of reassuring us of our stay (we were getting ready to leave) and the head of housekeeping walked through our room with us and made sure it was satisfactory. The weekend of poor rooms was over but the weekend of poor service was not. After the room debacle we then called to get a shuttle ride to the casino but the unfriendly front desk lady (who i still think held a grudge from earlier) told us 15 min, then after 45 we called and were told there is no eta and they had no clue when we could be helped and they would call us. After an hour of wasting my vacation we then canceled the shuttle and drove ourselves. The final issue was with the cleaning staff. Even though we clearly had a do not disturb sign on our room we still had housekeeping calling us and knocking on our door trying to get in while we were trying to relax to the point of almost harassment. I had never had a poor experience previously to this year and would hope not to again but knocking 30 bucks off the bill because of the room issue is not enough to make me reconsider my next anniversary vacation there. Before this incident this place would have been a lock in for us. Now I am not so sure.

We loved the room and the service we got everything was great! But there was only one little problem the room smell of smoke like someone smoking in the room but other wise my husband and I enjoy your place thanks.

Get the all inclusive packages or they nickel and dime you for everything, other than that my wife and I had a great time here

We have stayed here for vacation and also just visited for drinks, food and a show. Very welcoming! We love all the many things to do while sharing time with the one you love. We'll be back again of course!

I enjoy my stay at the paradise stream resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The server Mckenzie she was excellent and Mary. They make you feel special. The customer service Carol was excellent. I can wait to visit again.

Could use a good cleaning. Starting to show its age. Other wise had a good time.

I was disappointed that I found out Saturday night the sauna in my room failed to work. It was something me and my significant other were truly looking forward to enjoying together.

Because I don't have to cook and I don't have to rake I don't have them know I just lay back and drink beer and enjoy my wife I'll be back next year on the 12th of September 2017

We tried to give this place a second chance after having the worst experience the first time only to come back an have the same issues the room was dirty filled up the jacuzzi to find all kinds of dirt floating in the water called ahead of time so the pool temp can be put up an when we get in the pool it s cold for the price I paid it definitely wasn t worth it I could of got a better room for a week for a lot cheaper I guess we won t be coming back her again I have the nasty photos to post but it won t allow me to post them

We have been coming to Cove Haven and Paradise Stream for many years and we always had a great experience. We have been in your forever lovers club for many years also. This time my wife and I were disappointed we usually stay in the towers, this time we decided to stay in the villa on the lake. We were disappointed in the building and the room. There were cobwebs coming from the TV to the wall. There was paint coming off the fireplace and rust. The outside of the building there was mold pieces of the building were falling off weeds growing out of the gutters. All the other buildings on the property poorly maintained. My wife and I went to the pool building. We decided to go into the hot tubs the hot tub on the upper level of the building the water was not very hot. Then we went to the lower tub the water was hotter but the jets did not work I pointed to my wife that there was a black spot in the bottom of the hot tub I touched it with my feet and a bunch of dirt came to the surface and smelled nasty. So we went back up to the other tub even though it was cooler. As we were in the top is touching the rocks I found slime all over them.

Something's have aged a bit (wall paper, the siding in the tub) but the room was still incredible. The food was fabulous. The staff and entertainment were amazing. I will absolutely be going back.

As a forever lover for so many years, I was very disappointed at the way we were treated. We loss the use of our pool for two days. I had to spend too much money to stay an extra night just to use my pool,when I think it should have been free. I had to go back and forth with management multiple times to get a decent price! It was like pulling teeth. Didn't feel special at all. They no longer give you nice gifts, free strawberries etc... on arrival, not even a free log. Nothing! What are we paying for then.... It has definitely lost it's touch.

I love that place because they have everything on site. There's no need to go outside. I can't wait to go there again.

The champagne glass jacuzzi was very dirty I had to clean it out it was all black and hair and stuff like that in the jacuzzi the food in the restaurant sucks there was holes in the bathroom floors the ceilings had water stains as if there was a leak in broken AC fixtures there was dust on the furniture

The place was a little dated and definitely needs renovations. It looked like I was on a college campus and not a resort. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. If the place made some renovations it would be amazing!

My wife and I recently stayed at Paradise Stream and had a great time. The rooms were unique, and like nothing I have ever stayed in before. A bit expensive, but you will not find another room like it ANYWHERE. The resort is currently under new management and there was a lot of maintenance going on. This is an older resort that after years of neglect by previous owners, the new owners are working hard to fix it up. There were a few minor flaws in the room, but if you are looking to complain, you can find flaws anywhere. The new owners are doing a great job restoring everything and it's going to take time, but at least I could see a lot of effort being made. I would stay here again without question, and in fact I am looking into either this or one of the other resorts again in the near future.

What can I say, second time back here with my partner. Ended up going into labor in a blizzard. Staff helped us dig the car out and refunded our second night so we could give our little girl an early welcome.

The room was a bit dated but clean. Loved the walk in style closet. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't in pain the whole time .

The whirlpool tub and fireplace in the bedroom ended up being my best friend.

Other than needing some updates it is a great resort to stay at. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding.

Great resort, fun events, I stayed in the Diana oasis the room was clean, beautiful. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

We paid $900 (after getting a veterans discount) for a two night all inclusive stay at the garden of Eden Apple suite. Our first impression of the property was that it looked dated, and uninviting. The grounds are not kept, unpaved roads, cracks in the walls, peeling wall paper etc. Our first room has a musty/mildew smell, there was a dead bug in the pool and the sauna was broken. There was also black mold in the bathroom, and around other parts of the room. The room needs better ventilation, I get the privacy aspect of no windows but you now have rooms that are a breading ground for mold. Upon discovering the mold, we immediately told the girls at the front desk and they did not seem surprised by what we said nor offered an apology for the condition of the room. Only after we notified them that my husband has a mold allergy and an asthmatic and showed them his inhaler did they offer us a new room. The next room had dirty filters and a musty smell. which was also an issue for my husbands health and so we cancelled our stay and the manager refunded us our money, minus our $100 deposit.

Good vacation spot for couples. Needs a lot of upgrades though.

Was in probably one of the older rooms which could use a little TLC, otherwise everything worked as advertised. The newer rooms probably don't have these issues. In room pool was nice and heated (could use a drain and new coat of paint). Sauna got nice and hot but what's a dry sauna never seen that before (door didn't latch closed and popped open a crack). Steam shower worked even thou it was a bit on the small side. Champange glass hot tub worked well with lights and star light ceiling (I'm a tall guy so the drain to preventing flooding is too low for my liking because I can't strech my legs out from being too tall leaves my knees just about the water in the cold. AC units were nice and cold. TV was beautiful and clear (they are using something on a fire TV stick). Weather wasn't the greatest during the stay but we did utilize the outdoor sports which were fun but probably would have been better in a group with drinks (tiki bar wasn't open). The food was better then expected and we weren't aware the first night it is all inclusive so you can order multiple plates (Alcohol is not all inclusive) Night entertainment was good. Caught a comedy show and DJ. Also had a couples massage at the Spa, both masseuses were great and very professional. First deep tissue I walked out of feeling the stress had been taken out (Ask for Pat!). As a bonus since the weather was rainy you're only 5-10 mins from Mount Airy Casino and 15 mins from the Cossings Outlets. Overall a relaxing and fun time, will visit again and hopefully with better weather. (As a side note do your research before hand on using the Groupon deal, Groupon has blackouts, and you will need to pay the resort fee and the service fee upon arrival which is not included in the Groupon price.)

I always wanted to go to a very romatic place.
My visit to Pardise Stream was the best experience I'll remember for a long time. The location was good. We were able to travel by Grayhound bus from Philadelphia to the MT.Poconos area.and than the hotel picked us up from the bus station and took us to the hotel.
The service was good our Breakfast and dinner was included.
Our room was very amazing. Who ever thought about placing a swimming pool inside of a bedroom had a he'll of an imagination.THANK YOU.
The food was great. One night we enjoyed seafood which was really fresh and tasty, and another night we enjoyed prime rib.
I really enjoyed that they had entertainment each night. It was fun fun fun. When my daughter get's married I will send her and her new husband to Pardise Stream. This is a wonderful place to get away and enjoy yourself with no kids allowed.
Was glad that my employer HORIZON HOUSE Inc used them for employee perks at work. Can not waite to visit another room at the hotel.

I was cleaning floors at this place. I would never be so disgusting and take my wife there. Places like that are gross. I'm surprised I didnt get MRSA I didnt want to touch anything.

We both plan on returning to Paradise Stream, and the other two resorts in the chain as well. We always have a good time there together

Stayed in the champagne tower room and was impressed with the size and layout but was a little dirty (hair in shower and champagne tub) and outdated. Enjoyed the variety of activities offered but again, they need some updating and general maintenance (basketball net broken, archery equipment needs replacement, and the mini golf could use a paint job, ball field was overgrown and looks like it has been that way for years). Food was probably the best part as I found most of the offerings to be enjoyable and of sufficient quality.

Paradise stream is an amazing couples resort. The food, service and rooms were great. Some of the equipment needs to be updated (archery, mini golf, arcade).

This place felt like a once in a lifetime experience. So much about it made both of us ask eachother is this really happening, are we really doing this.We had such a wonderful experience! Everything was so much more than what they had described. It was definitely a trip to remember. The front desk staff are such kind people and really make you feel welcome. Everyone at the front desk all had great upbeat personalities. The inclusive dinner and breakfast was always delicious. There was someone walking around at dinner and stopped by our table and played us a song (the instrument played so beautifully!) He was so kind and personable. The room we were in had a beautiful starlit ceiling above the bath and bed, it was definitely a perfect feature! From the beginning to the end, overall it was an amazing experience! I would recommend this amazing resort to any couple trying to have a beautiful romantic getaway.

My wife and I had a good time, the dinner for Friday and Saturday was okay, it was nothing to write home about. there was mold in the bathroom. We are not picky but the dinner service really did suck. The breakfast is the best thing. Shaday was the best waitress, if you can ask for her. We try to get a massage but they never answered the phone.

Severely disappointed! My husband and I got the garden of eden apple suite and it was awful from the start. As soon as we got in the room, the radio kept turning on by itself on full volume. Someone came to fix it, and within 25 minutes, it was going off again. The toilet wouldn't flush, there was mold everywhere, the fireplace wasn't cleaned out, and there were ants in the room! We went back to the front desk & let them know the problems we had with the suite. The only thing that got fixed in the end was the toilet. For a 2 night stay, we spent almost $1,200.00. For that amount of money, I expected a clean, mold free room, with everything working as it should. We were in suite 332, for anyone who is thinking about going. I have photos of the ants, mold & dirty shower, but I can't figure out how to add them to my review.

We did enjoy our stay, but we were unhappy with how unclean the rooms were. Everything else was fine.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and we LOVED it. So much to do, fun actives, awesome rooms. Only thing I would change is the dinner menu, there was nothing but red meat one night and salon, that was awful, where is the chicken?

Place is very old and Antiquated a lacking outlets in the room to charge anything. The food is okay to horrible at best. Nightly entertainment is poor when we were there The Comedians were just awful telling jokes off the internet. Some of the staff were very helpful. However other members of the staff were acting like they're doing you the favor of a lifetime

Can't wait to go back to enjoy the summer activities. We spent one night here and really enjoyed it. I would have liked to been able to purchase breakfast and take it back to my room. I wanted to eat on our patio by the water. Other than that, awesome. Make note that they are going through renovations and making changes so be patient with the appearance.

All in all the trip was well worth it. This was a mid week groupon. The facilities are very dated but it was that particular experience we were looking for. It was like stepping strait into one of the Pocono honeymoon commercials from the late 80s early 90s. There was almost nobody there since it is off season but DJs and activity coordinators still made every effort like it was a full house. Breakfast buffet and limited dinner menu was included in the room price everyday. Food and drinks at the bar were a little high for the outside world but priced just fine for a "resort". I would like to have given this experience 4 stars but the whole place really needed a good cleaning. Would definitely do it again.

We stayed in the lakeside villa and it was ok. Expensive. Room was outdated, smelled like smoke (not strong) even though it is non smoking. Property is not well maintained outside around the lake, etc. The villa was clean. The hottub, bathroom, and shower was nice. The villa was not completely terrible but for the price I expected more. Will not plan on returning.

Went for a weekend getaway before the birth of our first child. The weather was not good so it prohibited us from enjoying some outdoor activities like the lake, boating and biking. There is a lot to do. The room space and setup is really cute and it is very quiet and private. The rooms could use a little renovation for the price. My husband did get to get a massage, I couldn't because I'm too far along. The booking process was easy and they were very friendly, but he did say the massage was ok not something that he would get again there.

I booked this place on a whim to get away with my husband for the night.. We were really looking forward to our stay as the pictures on the website were incredible, and the reviews pretty good.

Unfortunately, we were severely misled! This resort is so outdated, I'm not even sure how it stays in business. Everything on The grounds is old the carpets smell, and in general everything needs a face lift.

I booked Diana's Oasis- and as soon as we walked in the door, my heart sank. The room was gross. It smelled, and there were ants on the bed. My husband moved the bed and there was an arsenal of dead ants on the floor. His last straw was seeing how yellow the pillows were and a stain on the bed. We couldn't do it- especially paying $276 for ONE NIGHT...

My husband insisted that we go to the front desk and talk to someone. The two young ladies at the front desk (Andrea and Shaneda) were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They immediately changed our room and offered us an upgrade.. this is one of the reasons the resort isn't getting less than 3 stars.

When we get into our upgraded room, the room was a lot cleaner and more acceptable- but the shower still had mold and the room did need updates overall.

There was a woman performing at the bar- and she had a pretty good voice- and we did eat a burger and quesadilla there which was great!

There was a newlywed game show that we played- and won- which was def fun.

All in all we had a good time, but we will not be returning Or recommending this place to anyone unless it gets the repairs it so desperately needs.

Lots of things to do. A bit outdated. Very nice rooms, smells of smoke though. Def needs some touch up paint and new carpets. I dont think its worth the price per night . dinner was great, breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs...really? I will be returning I had a wonderful time.

I went there with my girlfriend a year ago and it was excellent, the super large room and cool a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, a beautiful view I recommend for couples and have a good time, we want to return again

The staff is not attententive. They are standoffish. There is not enough to do. Wasn't much participation and the CXO doesn't engage people. I will not be returning to Paradise Stream at all. They are understaffed and too many young people on staff that don't care. We had mold around the Jacuzzi .

I booked champaign tower for two nights and i was looking very forward for this trip since we will have our own pool and jacuzzi in the room. however, this happened to be the filthiest room i have ever visited. This place was full of molds, spider webs, muddy footprints, etc. I have never been to a dirtier place than this. I was deeply concerned during the stay due to the filthy condition of my room. Please see the photos that I have shared and you can decide if this is acceptable for you and your significant other before booking this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Stream Resort. Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to one of their nicest sweets free of charge. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely trying to ensure an enjoyable stay.

When I was checking out I accidentally left my Yeti bottle in the lobby, which I hadn't noticed until we were half way home. I called the front desk and the man who answered was extremely nice, saying they had found the bottle and would ship it to me free of charge. Only a few days later the bottle arrived at my house safely packaged.

Would highly recommend staying here when in Mt. Pocono!

The location was decent and we really enjoyed the room. However, the food was tasteless and poorly made. The seafood night was the worse, and my husband and I only ate the dessert. We were extremely upset with the quality, although we paid extra to have meals included. The lack of effort is the reason we will not be returning.
