This place is awesome!!! If you ever get a chance to take a romantic getaway this is the place. Inside your private room there is a Jacuzzi ( mine was a champagne glass jacuzzi) there is a living room area with leather sofas, then as you walked into the master bedroom there is a fireplace, walk in shower, jack and jill sinks, toilet is secluded, there is a mini fridge, there is a heated pool in your private room also there is a sauna in your private room. We went for our 8 year anniversary. We ordered room service the food was superb!! They also do in room couple massages, their is a comedy show and a live dj for dancing. You truly never have to leave this resort. Go check it out and thank me later

We stayed in Diana s oasis. Partially because it was advertised as newly renovated . Clearly far from the truth. Everything was outdated. Pool in room looked very uncleanly with black cigarette like burns at the bottom. There was also not enough water in the pool so we heard the basket filter clucking all night. Hair in hot tub, had to scrub it myself. Disappointed in maid service. We didn t have enough towels, cups, and toilet paper to begin with so after we called and she came, she barely tidied up which I should have expected due to the uncleanliness of the room. Pics online of rooms were different than what we experienced. Food was a hit or miss. Somethings were really good while others, not so much. Staff was friendly. We were really looking forward to the activities but were disappointed. Most things were off the resort and you had to pay extra money, which on the website makes it sound as though everything is included. So we were only able to do cornhole, fishing, and mini golf (small, located right in front of the resort. Which are all activities I can easily do at home. We traveled 45 mins to Pocono palace and even called ahead of time to see if paintball was available in which the lady agreed. When we got there we were told paintball was not available. Overall, very disappointed for the amount spent and what we received. Totally not worth it.

Overall the resort and meal package is not worth the investment. The activities and entertainment offered are not consistent, in when they are offered or quality of the event. The staff all seem new or unsure when questions/concerns were raised. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had low expectations... I do not recommend, not going back. Pricey. Not luxurious! but I guess it depends on what you re looking for.
Room: Garden of Eden = the dungeon! Not what I consider cozy and romantic. I wanted a room with a pool. When booking customer svc rep said it was recently updated. Yes, some floors are new, but the room still feels outdated. I didn t ask and he didn t tell me, the room has NO WINDOWS!! Why would you think to ask if a room has windows?! No natural light, no fresh air, but chlorine smell. The AC is either not working properly or too small for the room. Bathroom: some new floors, but still outdated, funky odor, sink is too low (I m 5 3 ). Mini fridge is nice and newer but is in the bathroom! Pool: old dirty tile, some loose tiles, stairs wobble. Sauna: tiny, weird shape, old and dirty. I can imagine the rooms were a great idea in the 70's.
Dining: set up as a buffet. Breakfast is your typical cheap hotel continental breakfast; dinner was ok. Not at all romantic or delicious. It is convenient.
Activities: mini-golf: little 9-hole, archery: old, beat-up bows and arrows, corn hole: cheap board that you carry and set up yourself! Nature trail: overgrown, high grasses, not marked. Lake: is small, but cute. Outdoor pool is small, but nice.
Overall, i think is outdated, ran down, and too pricey for what you get.

We love Paradise Stream and will only stay there over the other two resorts.

I had a great time with my boyfriend, he took me here for my birthday. Most of the activities are based on your liking and self served.

Spent anniversary there, a great place to go for couples. Night club was great, and had a good vibe to it.

Beautiful rooms, good breakfast, fast wifi. But spotty cell phone coverage for T-Mobile. The in room jacuzzis are amazing!

The bathroom was dirty the walls by the pool were dirty the room has a musky smell I had to go out and buy spray

Me and my wife spent our 6 year anniversary there staff was awesome and we had no problems food was great everyone went out of there way to make sure we had what we needed.

Food is absolutely amazing!! Havent ate like this in a long time.

Not what it seemed to be. How do you open an outside tiki bar with food service and only have one bartender taking orders and running to the kitchen. Breakfast was cold. Dinner was just okay. Room smelled really bad from the fireplace with a large black stain going up the wall. Ceiling fan was gross. The smoke detector had a bag over it. Radio didn't work. Star lights over bed didn't work. As we were leaving there was an incident with several police officers and a guess that got out of hand due to the guest. There were guest playing inappropriate music at dinner via Bluetooth speaker. Will never go back to this resort.

Amazing experience, awesome surprise from hubby. Really enjoyed myself everything with beautiful, fun, relaxing & staff were all super friendly! Best valentines day ever!

Just had dinner and it was GREAT service & food over the top. Now we are going to the night club and already service is great.

This is a wonderful place with courteous, fun people. Delicious meals in the dining room are sure to be a value that brings us back. All in all we had a very good time here and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time at Paradise Stream. He cheesiness of the experience added to the fun. The planned couples activities were entertaining, and the food was enjoyable. The rooms are very dated, but I think that's the character of the resort. The final prices once all of the fees are added are much higher that the advertised room rates.

I would look into creating more activities for guest or possibly including an events planner. Better collaboration with outside vendors may help with this.

While we loved the room we actually had to go out and purchase some cleaning supplies to do a more thorough job. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the bedhead was dusty. Last when we did ask for the room to be cleaned, the rose pedals were left on the floor. The young lady did however say if we wanted them removed we could find her to have this done. Still it was a nice experience for a weekend.

This experience was extremely disappointing. My husband and I just started a new business and have been very stressed out. We decided to take a day for ourselves and go to Paradise Stream. We made the reservation for a Sunday. On Saturday we were like hey lets drive up today and see if they have a room available tonight so we can stay 2 nights instead of one. We thought if they didn't have a room we would just stay at the Casino Hotel that is up the street. We drove up and stopped at Paradise Stream and they did have a room available. We were told our suite the champagne tower was not available but they had a room one level below. We were ok with that and the front desk was very accommodating. So we went to check in our room and we saw cigarette burns all over the coffee table and end tables. The we looked at the table with the coffee pot and it had a tea bag on it with tea leafs everywhere and mouse turds all around it. A mouse had come in and got into the tea. Ok. So we take all of our stuff back to the car drive to front desk and ask for another room. The front desk person didn't say sorry for tge inconvenience or anything. We took the new set of keys and went to the new room. We walked to the room opened the door and the first thing my husband did was check out the hot tub. I just hear eww omg so I turn around and he shows me an intake jet in the hot tub that is full of hair!! There is no way that any cleaning person could miss that if they actually cleaned the tub. He said I just won't use the hot tub and that he didn't want to complain anymore and just wanted to have a good night. I said ok. So he walks in the bathroom picks up the toliet seat lid and again says OMG! On the seat was old dried pee! He said no way this is crazy we are out of here. We had not even been in the room 5 minutes and saw all of this. I immediately picked up the phone and asked for a manager to come to the room and they said ok. Someone did show up but it was not a manager. We were informed that the manager was busy. So we showed the employee everything. She was nice and did apologize but at this point we had had more than enough. We said we just wanted our money back and wanted to leave. She asked us to please stay and they would comp the room. I didn't want to stay in a dirty hotel even for free but my husband said since they will check another room and then give it to us I agreed. We left the next day. Terrible experience and they have lost a good customer.

Don't waste your time and money!!! The people there where great very nice, great Service. The Champagne town is terrible not clean very old looking, smelled bad, bed was very uncomfortable, pool had tiles missing and falling off . The Sona didn't not work right. And the food was not very good.

Our room was amazing & the activities were so much fun. So worth the money

So this was my hubby's and I 10th anniversary, and we wanted to get away. Since he always wanted to go to the poconos, I decided to surprised him with a two night stay here. As first, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. But it was something that had to do with the fire place. Staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Place was very nice, but we had to wipe everything down because of covid 19 and just for our own comfort. Pillow cases was dirty, and food was not great....dinner was decent but breakfast was terrible. After we left, We realized that there was a few restaurants like Denny's and Perkins we could gone to which was pretty close....had a great time, for what we were looking for during these times. But it was a nice getaway other than that!!!

So Ive been to two of three paradise stream locations... Cove Haven and paradise stream... Cove Haven has lots to do, was very busy and rooms were a little outdated, while PS was smaller in terms of location, not as busy and didn't have much to do.

My point is this: if you're trying to get some romantic time with your spouse and you want an intimate spot to go, choose PS. If you want more to do and don't mind crowds and rooms that remind you of Austin powers then CH is your spot.

Jacuzzi & Pool were dirty pool look like it had clear floating oil on the top almost like cooking oil jacuzzi when we let the water fill we turn on the jet stream & floating yellow foam was on top disgusting...

We stayed for our seven year anniversary for three days and two nights we had a small problem the last night because next to the bed got covered with ants but we will quickly moved to another room . Breakfast was wonderful but dinner wasn't so great so we opted not to eat there and eat outside everything else in the resort was fantastic my husband and I had an amazing time together there and definitely will be coming back

Nice outdoor swimming pool, 6ft deep
Centrally located to stores if you need an item you forgot
Comfortable clean beds and sheets
Lovely singer at the Dinner hour, he was a great singer and very pleasant to hear

Cons:
I wish their site would have told us no racquetball or indoor pool, was disappointing to get there and learn that we couldn't do that. Word to the wise, no indoor games at all.

Champagne suites smelled like a campfire and filled with smoke after burning the duralog, I advise you not to buy them or use them. My clothing coming home smelled like a campfire. We had to open the suite door and let it air out.

The breakfast was OK but I don't plan on buying it next time as the food was mostly cold. I was not aware that you could get French toast, nobody told us that. I am vegetarian, but they do have bacon, sausage and more which my partner loved. The server was kind and gave him a good serving of bacon.

Wi Fi service not very strong.

Overall? Pretty nice place. I liked Cove Haven more, so I will go back there next time, but this is a nice place to hang and reconnect with your partner.

Nice getaway close to home. Staff is wonderful. Because we came during off-season we were able to upgrade our room for no extra charge!

I was so excited and anxious to get away, with my love and was promised a room upgrade (due to overbooking on phone). I did not get that. I felt the room actually smelled funny, the Jacuzzi smelled like rotten eggs and the lobster tail were so disgusting that I couldn't even eat it. I felt it was just a ridiculously overpriced weekend with little "resort" satisfaction. I'm truly disappointed.

Overall nice and clean ,we had a pool in our room and jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot ,it was really fun ,the pool we enjoyed the most

My husband and I stayed at the Dianna suite with the pool in the room at paradise stream. It was everything we expected it to be. Although we only spent one day and night there it was great. We celebrated my 49th birthday and our 29th anniversary. The grounds were well groomed and clean and the room was awesome. Will be going back one year and staying in on of the other rooms. Loved this place, and the staff was extremely pleasant. Very quite and relaxing just sitting on the dock and watching the ducks swim on the pond!!

We had a great weekend for our 25th wedding anniversary. All the rooms in our suite were clean and in order. Our private pool area could have used a better cleaning in hard to reach areas. But the pool itself was clean and fun. The hot tub was spotless. The buffets were fine but the sit down dinner wasn t real good. Would have dinner at the on grounds burger shop the next time. The staff was great.<br/>Keeping things in context, go for romance, don t expect outdoor fun. :-)

The staff was all very nice. The indoor pools were great. Room was made up perfectly in between nights. Loved the pool in our room. Lighting was a little poor at night. But otherwise, everything was great.

Hubby and I had a great time over all. Some updates could be done to the resort so it's more modern. I also think the all inclusive package should be just that (liquor included)...and room service would have been nice. No complaint though.

Everything was awesome we had a great honeymoon. Would definitely recommend only thing is a few flies in the pool but it didn't dampen our stay at all.

Was a great time! Lots of couples things to do! And the lakeside villas at the paradise stream, def the way to go! Nice little view of the lake and almost feels like luxury camping!

Romantic getaway, rooms are amazing but cleaning of rooms could be improved. Dusty furniture and light fixtures and hot tubs could be cleaned better. Pools are well maintained and staff is very helpful. Services around resort are dated but fun. Lounge is dated feeling but the bartenders make delicious drinks.

Take your other half and have a blast, had lots of fun here.

We stayed in the Diana Oasis Suite. It was very clean, updated and comfy. Our only issue was the pool room was a bit too warm for a 90 degree day and the bed was a bit off kilter and soft in a weird way.

The room was much bigger that expected. Service from the hotel staff was very polite and friendly and the experience was awesome!!! My boyfriend and I so much fun participating in the couples games every night in the nightclub and enjoying there company of the other couples. We will definitely be returning!

We unfortunately had a bad heater that kept us up the entire first night which ruined the second nights stay as we just wanted to get some sleep. Good news is they replaced the heater and we could sleep. :-)

Very memorable experience for our anniversary. We enjoyed every moment from the private sauna and pool to fishing at the lake and playing pool in the game room. Definitely recommending to our family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful place for couples to reconnect!! The place is entirely designed with that in mind.
We visited the first week of June when it was very quiet and empty. The hosted games and DJ events had barely any attendance. But as far as things for couples to do on their own - it's wonderful!
My biggest concern when booking was the fact that the resort dates 40 years back, and people's reviews mentioned mold and even dirt and stains. I did not find the Lakeside Villa unclean, nor the premises themselves! Everything was well-kept, including all the jaccuzzis, bathrooms, pools, restaurant, bar and lounge.
I would absolutely recommend and urge every couple to visit here, regardless of age. Something about the notion of so many people dedicated to helping couples draw closer is disarming, stress-relieving, and sensual all at the same time!

Spent a couple of nights but needed maybe two more nights to do everything they provide. Get the all inclusive package. I think they are going to be updating there rooms also.. Great place for couples to enjoy...

Book a trip here for my husband and I mini honeymoon . There s nothing romantic about this resort. The rooms are dirty and need to be upgraded . My husband and I went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies so we can clean before touching anything. The carpet is old- room service sucked. This place is not as advertised. Don t wast your money. I should also mention my husband ordered their champagne bottle service, and we received two little cheap bottles of champagne with plastic cups. I will never go back there.

Hopefully they update the rooms soon, get some equipment for their sporting area... i.e. a full set of horseshoes, basketball hoops that aren't deformed, paddle boats that don't fall apart in the water, mimi golf that doesn't have nails sticking out, but they were nice enough to refund our honeymoon money so we could make the best of it.

Perfect couples getaway. The rooms were very clean. The activities were fun. Loved having a pool in the room.The food was good.
I liked that everything we needed was on site. We will return.

We were informed through email and a phone call on Friday, July 29, that we had received the upgrade from Diana' Oasis to the Champagne Tower. Upon arrival at Paradise Stream, we were informed that the Champagne Tower was not available. Even showing the confirmation letter, we were still denied. The girls at check-in did not even get us a supervisor to speak to. We had spoken to Pattie (ext. 1761) on Friday who told us we had the upgrade and sent the confirmation. After a brief walk around the facility, we were not happy with the situation, we went back in and had the staff rebook us in Pocono Palace. Upgrades should not be given and then taken away at the last minute. We are trying to straighten out the Visa charges to avoid double billing. No one could explain to us how this happened.

Nice rooms but could be more clean. Hotel seemed a little disorganized with opening time for some of the amenities.

Went to the Poconos with my boyfriend so we can celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and we could have picked a better place!!! We really enjoyed ourselves, and was so amazed. We will def. be back soon! Great place to getaway and relax.

So memorable, trip of a lifetime. We stayed at a sister resort for our honeymoon.. In April 2004! Not only the room but the customer service were so spectacular and memorable. We have not yet been able to make our way back, but that has not stopped us from recommending this stay to everybody we can. The shear logistics of traveling to and from areas with less that optimal airports make it so hard to get back; but our goal is to return one day. Hopefully for an anniversary.

I truely did enjoy my stay both me and my husband and can't wait to get back... The people were so nice and the food!!! The food was Excellent... My only suggestion for an opportunity to improve would b to have the whirlppols cleaned better... Otherwise Id like to thank u for the wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful experience...

This is the perfect couples getaway!! Lots of great activities to do inside and outside... shuffleboard, archery, bocce balls, miniature golf, billiards, ping pong! Weather was not permitting for pedal and row boats but look forward to our next trip. Evening activities rocked... haunted hay ride on point and Diva Wars was awesome. The Diva Wars was so good I couldn't stop laughing and enjoy myself!! Okay some parts of rooms need maintenance but we loved the champagne tower suite!! Food....ehh made for mass quantity much like Disney World but servers are awesome. Cannot wait to go back!!

The room was very clean and easy to get to. The staff was amazingly pleasant and catered to our needs. Lot's of activities to do all weekend. The nature trail is beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Thank you for being YOU

I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely return again. Food was great and areas were clean and the staff was always friendly.

I came here last year with the wife and It was a great. I stayed in the champagne tower as well, which does need an upgrade and more of a deep cleaning. The concept was great. The food was amazing. Entertainment was excellent. Service was outstanding.Overall a beautiful and warm welcoming environment to spend quality time with your loved one. I did make reservations for the 13th of march to the 16, and hopefully have another amazing stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay.. The check-in process was a breeze. The room with indoor pool and Jacuzzi was great. Really need the time away with him.

This place is so outdated it is unreal. It's stuck in the 80's. Then you got the horrible musty smell through out the entire place! We had to go to the extremely over priced gift shop just to get incense to try and make it smell better. The in room pool is falling apart, and it takes about 10 minutes for your shower water to get warm. We have only been here for a few hours so far so we haven't checked out the food or anything else. What I do know is I'm thankful we will only be staying 1 night. I expected much more for the $400 we spent for 1 night. We paid an extra amount for an "all inclusive package" and all that includes is breakfast and dinner...no lunch, no drinks. I would recommend you spending your money else where.

We are on night one of 3....just had to come write a review because I was looking for weeks at the reviews and was a little concerned......let me start by saying this place is fantastic! From the staff at the front desk, to the bartender, to the servers.....some of the reviews talked about the food being bad....I honestly think they must have been staying somewhere else, I had salmon tonight that was delicious!! So much food I couldn t even make it to dessert!! As far as the room goes sure there is a little wear and tear here and there but who cares!!! It s beyond clean and comfortable! And honestly if your going to let those little paint chips or whatever else everyone was complaining about ruin your stay, your probably at the wrong place anyway! This place was made for one reason. So as I sit here next to my fireplace in my champagne tower suite, let me just say if your thinking about coming.....don t think about it just do it!!!

Great little spot! We just arrived to late to enjoy the amenities. They should adjust the hours of those amenities. The room was large and cozy! Front desk seemed under staffed

Great place to spend a weekend. Rooms are clean and well maintained and feature a variety of very interesting amenities. They have a wide variety of outdoor activities that will keep one busy and active all day long. The dining room hosts breakfast and dinner with above average food. The on-site club features live bands, djs, and live comedy acts nightly. All and all a great romantic get away.

Hotel: The area was nice quite with a lot of wild life which was expected since its in the mountains. We saw a lot of deer on the road so be aware if you're driving. The lobby was nice clean staff seemed friendly. we arrived to our room we thought it was nice looked clean but the carpet looked like it needed to be changed. We changed our minds about the cleanliness when we filled the hot tub and turned it on. There was dirt in the Jets so once we turned the jets off a ring of dirt formed around the tub. Major turn off we got grossed out. We then tried the pool the chlorine was too high. Eyes became really red and you can smell it, felt like a dip in bleach. I then thought of why it was that way and all the body fluids it was ment to kill so then we were grossed out by the pool and didn't go back in. Besides that I can say it was very private and the bed was pretty cool round and big enough for my tall hubby (6'2). The tv was pretty small hardly any channels.

Activities: We checked out the activities and decided to try the speed boating. It was at another resort so we drove 30 mins to get there. I would say it was worth the drive. It was nice at the other resort the man who drove the speed boat was pleasant. The ride itself was very nice, wish it was longer than 5 mins since it took us 30 mins to get there.

Meals: So we didn't pay for the all inclusive and had to pay separate. Breakfast was good regular service. However, the dinner was not a good experience. The hostess seated us and was very concerned with our method of payment asked us to pay upfront with out even letting us order. This made me confused since I hadn't decided if I was ordering drinks etc. Wasn't sure if she planned to have us pay additional amount after? she really should or charged us after the dinner. She left one menu on the table for both of us and didn't explain how it worked like what Was included in what we paid for or not included. Then we sat for about 5 mins finally our waiter came put bread on the table didn't even ask us if we wanted drinks. We were really upset and got up asked for a refund and left to have dinner somewhere else.

We got a one night's stay gifted and went in early Nov. The room (Garden of Eden) was great, similar to the pictures we'd seen. We got a fire burning in the fireplace and it was cozy. The nights entertainment in the club was also great!

Minus the stain on the sheets (glad I brought my own) the stay was great. We got an upgrade for free when we arrived which was not expected.. Staff was friendly..
See you next year.

Rooms are outdated and you can smell cigarettes as soon as you walk in. Even found a cigarette butt on the chimney. The carpets have at least a dozen stains, some very large. The Champagne room only had one bath towel. We called the desk at 930 pm and no one came that evening. We had to make another request the next day, we got a bunch of small towels but still no bath size towels. I probably would've rated this 5 stars if it was within a few years of their opening.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and had a great time. The food was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Aside from the maintenance workers, the staff were extremely rude. Horrible customer service and dirty rooms. Especially with a pandemic going on, I did not expect to see so much dirt and even bugs (under the table) in the rooms. Clearly they have not been cleaned well in a long time. One of the most expensive hotels I have stayed in, but with the quality of a motel 6. Very dangerous to offer such a disgusting room to guest during a pandemic. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner. With the amount of money this stay costs, we were also expecting at least a bottle opener and glasses in the rooms. However, we were told that they couldn t give us a bottle opener because they said we might steal them. I thought that was the point of having a credit card on file. I would honestly understand if it wasn t such an expensive place to stay. I ve stayed at way cheaper hotels that provided glasses and a bottle opener, along with nicer costumer service and a CLEAN room. Our room keys also did not work, even after going back up to the front office to get new ones. After maintenance fixed it and even checked with our keys, it still did not work. (The guy was very nice though) We called housekeeping about it and the woman had an attitude as if she didn t believe our room keys still didn t work. She said she was sending maintenance again but they never came. So, we ended up going back to the front office and switched rooms. This process took almost 2 hours of our day after check-in time. The rooms are very outdated and BEYOND dirty. Besides the experience of having a pool and sauna in our room, this place was gross. Truly unacceptable for the price. Of course we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay, but they need new management. If the staff was at least nicer I would had given more stars.

My beautiful wife and I stayed in the lake side villa and enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was really good. The entertainment was good, we got to participate in the newlywed not so newlywed game and won. We just booked a room at cove haven the garden of eden apple suite in April with some other couples who wanna go with us. Next Oct we will be back at paradise for our anniversary again.

From a 2 night stay:

Room was clean with a shower, jacuzzi hot tub, and a small heated indoor pool.

Most packages include buffet breakfast and select theme dinner. Food was slightly above average. Desserts were great. Nice salad bar. Salad bar and breakfast buffet do not change, but are adequate.

The outside structures and indoor facilities are showing some signs of age. Activities include indoor/outdoor pools, mini golf, bingo, nightly entertainment, a bar, game room, exercise room, archery, nature trail and lake with finishing/paddleboats/rowboats.

All staff were very nice and were tipped accordingly.

Although it is a fairly cozy couples retreat, there's not enough to do here to warrant more then a few nights stay. We found overselves sneaking out to a movie on our 2nd night.

Bottom Line: Nice for a short stay.

Where to start. We stayed at this place for our anniversary. I ve stayed in worse hotels to be fair, but this was definitely BAD. The steak and lobster dinner on the first night came out two minutes after we ordered it... a little concerning, but when we bit into it you could tell this stuff had obviously been sitting in the fridge for weeks and was being microwaved before coming out. The room was cool, we loved the private pool and jacuzzi, but the whole room smelled of mildew. Makes sense since the floors are carpeted and you re dripping water everywhere all the time. The toilet didn t quite work, you had to flush it a few times before everything really went away. We ordered room service ... it was $23 for a horrendous quesadilla that looked and tasted like it had come from Wawa. It arrived in a Chinese takeout box with utensils in a plastic sandwich bag. My husband got food poisoning after and was throwing up all night. Mini golf was fun, but it s very funky-dink, could have built the same thing with a few pieces of plywood and some fake grass. Overall a pretty terrible place for what you pay for. Reminds me of a rundown Motel 6. Still, like I said, we enjoyed the private pool and the jacuzzi!

My wife and I were very excited to finally have an evening to ourself so we thought we would try this couples resort, we should of just stayed home... Checking in went well but after that it went down hill. We got to our room changed into our bathing suit and went to take a swim but the pool was so small only a few couples could be in at the same time. So we thought we would grab a drink at the tekikie bar, we sat there for 5 min. before being helped(there was only one other couple at the bar) after ordering drinks he begin to make them but stopped and said, " you know I close in 35 min. so you'd have better luck at the indoor bar". It did not seem like he want help at all let alone make us a drink. after having a drink at the indoor bar we went back to our room to shower for dinner. As we went to turn on the shower we noticed black stops everywhere. I took another look and it was mold, there was mold everywhere. Tried to take a bath instead, again, mold all around the tub. Looking around a little more and there was mold all over the room. The shower, tub, around the toilet, on the curtains! It was by far the most disgusting room I had ever been in. We went to see if we could get another room and we did. They said it was their best room, so we thought it could be too bad. But it was. Again, mold and dirty. We did not feel as though any of the rooms would have been, from a health stand point, safe to stay in. So after 3 hours we checked out. The lady at the front desk said it would be no problem, I guess they have had this problem before. But to our surprise they did not refund us, they stay because we did not notice how dirty the rooms were right away there was nothing they could do. DO NOT STAY AT PARADISE STREAMS!!!!!

Our room was great! Controlled the heating well, pool was a bit dirty but we mostly stayes in the whirlpool bath. Skylights were BEAUTIFUL, especially at night. Some of the activities were really cheesy or not worth going to, but the ice carving activity really made the stay for us! Truly a unique experience the live music was so refreshing and the bands/duets that played were amazing!! Food was okay, not the best but there's so many awesome local food places to go instead. We brought our own wine and chocolates, as the things they offer there are very overpriced. Wish they would have given us glasses at the very least, but overall an enjoyable experience. It's what you make it, it does take a little bit of effort, and if you're looking for everything to be taken care of you for you, you're not going to have a good time. Didn't have any problems with our room besides the dirty pool. Had to call and complain about the neighboring suite playing very loud music ALL day and night and they were very nice about taking care of it. We only ordered the breakfast package, and it was decent. Best French toast I've ever had! I'll most likely be staying again

Quiet, romantic, great room. Entertainment was lack luster.room service started late and ended early. Hotel food was OK. Staff was OK.

We love this place!! This was our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly. They plan activities that you can join in but also have plenty of things to do separately. The food is Delicious...... one of the best parts of the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We plan on making this a regular couples get-a-way.

We had a great time. Our room was great, with a tub for two, sauna, and our own mini pool (about 4 1/2 ft deep). The staff were very attentive and rhr couples activities were lots of fun. Will definitely be coming back

Really enjoyed our little 2 night escape. Plenty of activity and entertainment. Food was great. Hope to visit again!

Wonderful experience and beautiful place to visit for love!

The thing that keeps my husband and I coming back are the amazing rooms! The tubs, pools, and saunas included makes the room stay like staying at a spa! Its a wonderful get away for couples. The dinner options are great, and the events provided are entertaining. We attended during an off season (November) but there was still plenty to do. My only gripe would be with the staff. They all did their jobs well, but seemed unhappy to be there.

The room was ok but the food is horrible. I definitely suggest going to the local shop rite before you go. Most of the staff does not take Covid-19 seriously and either did not wear a mask or did not wear it properly (leaving nose exposed or taking it off to talk to people). Food and drink is very over priced and the bed is very uncomfortable. You also have horrible wifi in your room.

I now realize why I was able to find a good deal for my stay via Groupon. The best part about the resort was easily the rooms, but when we first got there ants were all over the garbage cans. Stayed in the Champagne Towers and bought the all-inclusive package. Don't be fooled like my girlfriend and I were by this "all-inclusive" lie. It was said that all amenities the hotel has to offer are free with that package. The only thing that was free was breakfast and dinner which had very average food. You don't have to pay extra for breakfast at a Best Western or Holiday inn.... Alcohol and the spa were not included, which we knew going into the stay, but we expected everything else to then be included. Food at the bar, photos taken by their staff, and any activities in the area were not included in the price paid. We are not from the area and read on the website there was snow tubing, skiing, snowboarding, etc. which was also not included. Had to travel yourself and pay an additional fee at the actual ski resort to do any of those things. When we asked the front desk about how that process works they had no idea and told us to call them ourselves but didn't even have the phone number handy to give to us. All staff there seemed to not know much about anything we had questions about. Very disappointed to say the least. In addition to all of this the entire resort needs renovated, even the rooms which we loved had bits of the ceiling chipping away, cracks in the pool and flooring, etc. Had a few snacks in the room which we finished completely and wrapped up and threw away, however the next morning we found ants all over the trash again. There were also inconsistencies throughout the place. Playing pool was $1 in the bar area, but free in the arcade area which doesn't make sense, trying to take advantage of those under the influence to make an extra buck? Also if we're paying almost $300/night for all-inclusive, all arcade games should be free not just pool and table tennis. It's not like we were winning tickets for prizes, they were literally racing and shooting games to play with your partner and just have fun. Finally, the workout facility there was below average but more importantly was hazardous to work out in. The A/C was on full blast and it was easily below 65 degrees in that room. Anyone who actually wanted to do cardio or workout a bit while there most likely would end up getting sick due to that (I study exercise science at school so now much about this). Don't think we will be returning unless they change the deal with the all-inclusive option to include more things and update their rooms and entire facilities.

The vibe, scenery and environment was positive and very relaxing. The pool party and night entertainment on Saturday was great! It was a quiet and relaxing area. However, the pool area was filthy and I had to call four times before it was cleaned correctly. There were a lot of dead insects all around the pool. Also, while the hotel room was relaxing, it needs an upgrade. The carpet was torn, had stains, the light switches did not dim and the bathtub tiles seemed old. The paddle boats were literally falling apart and rusty.
