My husband and I stayed here for a weekend when I was just over 36 weeks pregnant. We were looking for somewhere relaxing and we found it! We had a great weekend just the two of us before the baby arrives. Although there were many activities offered each day, we kept to ourselves.
We just got back from paradise stream today. Our stay was really nice but one night wasn't long enough. Dinner had a small selection of 4 or 5 items. The room was nice, the shower head was hanging down so a 4ft tall person could shower and one of the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work. With that being said, the front desk completely took care of it by comping the passion package and giving us a free upgrade next time we stay to the champagne tower. All in all I would reccomend paradise stream.
Room was dated but nothing wrong. We stayed here 20 years ago and it is the same for the champagne tower room. The indoor pool and tub can use the occasional cleaning but it is what it is. It is.very nice for couples and we went out to eat once and enjoyed the room. I did not feel the need to purchase the all inclusive.

We had the Champagne Tower Suite which was very cozy and fun! You walk right into the living area with the Champagne Glass Tub staring at you with the fireplace next to it and tv with sofas. The other side you have full glass to see the indoor pool. Then a few steps up is how you enter pool area.That was my husband and my favorite! The water temperature was very warm the whole time. Few steps down from pool is a massage table and a sauna room. Going back out and up some steps is bedroom with super comfy round bed and lamps with USB ports to charge our phones which we were thrilled with. Glass window from bedroom looking over pool was cool! We kept pool light on and the starlight ambient lighting above bed and champagne tub. Along with the red spotlights that added flare for the mood! Unfortunately the starlights above the bed we had to shut off when we finally stopped playing to go to sleep because the reel that turns it was squeaking. Bedroom had a big tv also and a decent size closet leading to the large bathroom which is where you enter to sit in Champagne tub. It also has private toilet room. Shower for 2 . Large double sink vanity area and a mini fridge with complimentary coffee. Also had a hair dryer if you don t want to pack one. Towels were soft and good size. They had 2 towels on the railing in pool area as well. The place had many wall switches all over for great lighting which they had each switch labeled which was a big help. The restaurant was a cozy atmosphere with a band playing which was nice. Be opted for the burger and fries which was so delicious! Desert was tasty too! Breakfast buffet was delicious!! A lot of times buffets can be a let down but this place had great variety and everything was good! The young servers we cannot say enough about. Super friendly and attentive to us for our dinner and breakfast! They worked hard to make you smile and you can tell that s what they wanted to do! Honestly that also made our stay all the more feel ahmazing! This place is worth going to celebrate a good time in Pa!!
My wife had a wonderful time we went here for our two year wedding anniversary!! We had a great experience! delicious food, the steak with the bearnaise sauce to die for, and the steak with the demi-glace magnificent!! both delicious room was on point I give it

Pool indoor pool could have been cleaned much better and shower heads need to be replaced also jacuzzi filter need to be replaced.. other then that everything was great

A very nice place. I had a great time. The campus is small, but most newlyweds aren't worried about the property size.
Private pool room had a really bad smell., black mildew in the shower, house keeping took all towels and didnt replace them. Had to call in to get them. Steak and lobster dinner was dry. Lobster was over cooked. All inclusive, wasnt worth the price i paid. Will not be going back.
I really enjoyed this place. We were wowed by the personal pool and sauna in the room. We did not eat here so I can't say if the food was great but we did do the activities and that was easy to get going. I will know what I need to be prepared for the next visit!

I would give this place 5 stars but the all inclusive package I wouldn't recommend because the food is very bland, breakfast was ok but dinner the steak was not seasoned and the lobster was over cooked. Our room though absolutely beautiful we definitely enjoyed ourselves I would recommend this place to any couples who need that romantic one on one get away!

We had a great stay at paradise stream. The staff was pleasant, food was delicious, room was romantic, but could have been a bit cleaner. The facilities were fun and we enjoyed the availability and use of the other resorts. We will be back soon!
Rooms looks nothing like pictures. Cleaning people do a bad job. So starting from begining doors look like they havent been cleaned in a while. Bathroom door dont close,sauna does not work, lights flicker,ceiling tile hanging off pool area vents are really dirty, list goes on dinner was good wish i could get a refund tho!!took pictures of everything if anyone is interested.
Paradise Stream has some much potential that could make it at least a four star resort.. The layout of the room is quite inviting and make the stay very comfortable. The amenities, landscaping, and dinning services is in desperate needs of upgrading and repair. Being marketed as an All - Inclusive there is only one dinning facility for both breakfast and dinner. The amenities are rusted, needs painting, or requires repair. There are many natural features that could be utilized such as the stream which can be quite relax if you have provision made on the banks. If I were to judge the rooms by the exterior I would not enter. The buildings looks old and the landscaping was totally absent.
I love this place. Friendly stuff, great cxo's, wonderful rooms, fun activities, great food, reasonable price drinks, i can go on. Lol. I love the atmosphere and never want to leave when staying here. Nightly entertainment has always been our favorite part. Been here 3 times, stayed at lakeside villa, champagne towers, and diana oasis. Beautiful rooms. Going back this weekend. If you looking for a romantic fun getaway this is the place.

I was very hesitant on staying at the Paradise stream after reading several reviews and I have to say that all of the reviews I read were correct. I am very unsatisfied with our stay the room wasn't clean and I was glad I brought cleaning product along with me I pre-sanitized the Jacuzzi and after all the water was let out there with scum left in the Jacuzzi it was absolutely disgusting customer service was terrible very unfriendly and unprofessional as this was our first time staying at the resort we were handed a packet of information and a room key and left with many questions after reading the packet we both enjoy having an alcoholic beverage at dinner and after spending $725 on a two night stay I would've never expected 2 double captain and cokes to cost $26 we both felt very taken advantage of.The food the first night for dinner was absolutely disgusting and we both went to bed hungry we waited a very long time to be greeted at the table and for the food to be served only to be very disappointed.I really had Highhope's that The reviews I read before booking my stay or just people that couldn't be satisfied but I can tell you I am not a complainer and really hesitated leaving this kind of review but our experience was absolutely terrible
Everything was perfect from the room to the service to the food. I definitely got my money's worth. Staff was very friendly customer service was very informative. I loved the location of my room and the surrounding amenities I love the gift shop I was in there every night and the spa was excellent. My room was perfectly heated all around and the shower was perfect loved the jacuzzi champagne tower will forever be my favorite :-)
Being new parents we wanted to get a night away. The room was not clean there was mold and the tub was broken it would not fill up. We went to the game room and the token machine was broken so we really didn't get to enjoy anything that we paid for besides the bed. We could go anywhere for a bed. I was very disappointed in this stay. We have been there before and had a great time. Terrible experience this time.
This was a getaway weekend I had booked for my husband and I. We are from Boston and never had been up to Pennsylvania. The roads riding up were very icy and dangerous. I recommend not visiting in the winter. We arrived to the place and it was just a very warm welcome and they had so much to offer. They had a restaurant, club, bar, pool, etc. The rooms were separate from the main lobby. We actually had to drive up to our room. The room was just perfect. I stayed in the Diana suite. It had a pool, Jacuzzi, and fire place. The only thing about the room was that my shower did not work but they gladly can in and fixed it in no time while I was out. That's the only complaint I really have. There are alot outdoors things you can do in this area although I was there in the winter time so there was less to do but a whole lot to do. There was still skiing, snowmobiling, and more. I would highly recommend for couples to leave the kids at home and stay at this excellent place !
Room was cozy and clean, but overpriced with outdated decor. The rooms also have no ice makers installed and connecting to the internet is difficult.

This place is an absolute joke...I hate to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. Front desk greeter was very pleasant and I m sorry but the champagne room was disgusting. We drove 4 hours for nothing for our 12 year anniversary.

- so much dust in heater I was afraid to turn it on( I believe it was dead skin as opposed to dust because dust has no way of getting in)

My husband and I loved our stay at Paradise Stream! We stayed in a Champagne Tower Suite, the room itself was very dated, however that is our only complaint. The staff at Paradise Stream was so so kind and friendly. They had tons of activities and amenities at this location. The food was great, and they had a good variety of things to select from. I was honestly surprised at the quality of the food. We went in October, and the fall foliage made the resort that much more beautiful. We would love to go back!!!
It was nice other than dust on appliances and a condom wrapper under the bed. Wish we had more time to stay tho.
I enjoyed my champagne suite the best I could given The circumstances. I wasn't a bit sad and disappointed. Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies because it was grime around the tub. The wall paper was peeling. The carpet was dingy and wet. Chipped paint on the door s and wall. Some of the drop ceiling was pushed up in the ceiling right over the bed. There was hair around our pool. Peeling paint was at the bottom of the pool so we didnt use it. After spending an hour scrubbing, the tub was nice. The beds were clean. Overall it's very outdated and is in bad need of upgrades. Best thing a about the place was the tub. I feel it isn't worth almost 500 per night.

"This was my first couples resort. My boyfriend surprised me and took me on a blind drive from our home in NYC to this resort in the Poconos, NJ. When I arrived to the resort I was quite surprised and excited.... The place was great. And my Bf was happy to find out that parking was free (right outside of our room), and that there is a gas station across the street and their are restaurants in the area. And the rooms, lovely: huge bed, Jacuzzi, pool and great classy interior design. All this sounds good right? I thought so too until I found the pool and Jacuzzi was dirty, the game room was outdated with racquet ball room had no racquets, the basketballs were flat and the outdoor pools/pool rooms were so dirty no one cared to get in. The only customer service is the desk receptionist. My bf worked hard to surprise me and I was very dissatisfied with what I experienced. Good luck, maybe you'll have a different experience.
Excellent!! We stayed for 5 nights at Paradise Stream in the Diana s Oasis room . Room was very clean , romantic and peaceful . We loved the heart shaped tub with stars above! Food was good, staff was extremely friendly and the property itself was simply paradise. I highly recommend this resort ! We are already planning our next stay .

My husband and I love it there! We are gold forever lover members. With that being said, it is in need of some major upgrades and maintenance. Lots to do there, casino across the street. Very romantic getaway. Great food!
Dirty, outdated, and abused with a mixture of cigarettes and mold smell.
My wife and I just got back from our visit there. We loved it! A great place to bond with your mate minus the distractions (smartphone world we now live in). Everyone was pleasant, from all that worked there to couples that visited the way we did. Since it was our 1st experience I don't think we were completely prepared for the experience. Next time go, we will definitely take a bike ride, a boat ride as well as go fishing in the pond.
IF there's one thing I think they can adjust a bit is have the DJ provide a little more diverse music selection. The guy last night was good, but he's gotta include more genre of music. He provided plenty of classic old school rock & pop & disco as well as a little Michael Jackson tribute, but including a little more trendy music will definitely involve ALL guests more so. For example, a little Latin music, line dance music, and 2 or 3 classic R&B songs (I Found Lovin by The Fatback Band, Before I Let Go by Maze ft Frankie Beverly, & last but not least Ain't No Stoppin Us Now by McFadden & Whitehead). You add that little flare to the evening it would liven up the evening events that much more.
The room was a bit outdated, bar was overwhelmed with only one bartender, it was the only way to get food because the restaurant wasn't opene, and the food took about an hour and the $13 drink we ordered was horrible so we just left it there and ordered soda, at $3.50 ea, then when we went back to sleep the room smelled like cigarettes, I guess it prentrated thru the walls, pool was clean, the jacuzzi we didn't use because it didn't seem like it had been clean in a while, fridge was strangely located in the bathroom? With no microwave in site.
All your staff was amazing from Donna in Reservation, Sarah in F/D, Sade in your Restaurant Katie in the bar. Basically each of your staff make our stay very memorable.

Moreover, I explained to them that I need to close a bank account, which means they can t automatically send a refund after .It was a unusual request. I sent them 5-6 messages, explained the situation, they promised refund in 7-10 days, now they wrote that maybe(!) they will send the refund on April 30 and another 10-15 busness days i have to wait. That is, I made the cancellation on March 23rd but I will get the refund in the middle of May .Gorgeous.Never heard such a thing. When their hotel will re-open, I need to call them directly and complain to the owner !Unprofessional .I cannot close the bank account just because of them! I understand that everyone has a difficult situation because of the pandemic, but I don t ask them for money, I want to take my own. Moreover, I made a refund request a week before the closing of the hotel. And for this I have to keep the bank account open because they don t care.
Old overpriced room smelled heat didn't work . This is a place that looks good in pics but in reality is old and unrenovated regretted wasring money so many better modern places that are cheaper

Slightly dated, few minor repairs needed in room (hole in wall/door, towel rack needed to re anchored to wall, hair in pool water and around the coping, wall paper peeling) other than that, no complaints. Friendly staff
Do NOT waste your time nor money ! I reserved the Garden or Eden Apple Suite, walking in was a jaw dropping moment, not in a good way ! The room was so outdated ! The bed, tub and shower was dirty! I really felt like I had walked into a dirty motel. The room did not live up to the pictures. However, the staff was nice enough to give me a full refund.
It's been pretty sweet so far. They treat you well, we came to sorta of just be by ourselves for s few days and do our own thing and not be bothered. And they supplied that pretty well. You have the option to do things around the resort, but for the most part your here to be alone with your spouse.
I don't know why people are complaining about this place. We unfortunately stayed there for one night but it has beautiful surroundings and no kids. What can you complain about? I will definitely come back.
Our recent stay @ Paradise Stream Resort was everything we hoped for. I had read reviews that had me concerned about the possibility of mold and bed bugs. I am happy to say that we found NO evidence of either! We stayed in the Apple Garden with a Jacuzzi and pool in room. Given that the pool is heated, the humidity in the room was obviously a bit high. When we first arrived we left the door open for 1/2 hr and turned on the fan to air out the room . After that the a/c was enough to control any humidity. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable! While the room could use some minor repairs such as fixing a few cracked tiles around the pool, everything worked and we had no problems. The staff was always friendly and very attentive Whenever we asked for anything it was dealt with quickly. The only downside for us was the food. Not to alarm anyone, the food was good. We just felt that the meals were a little pricey especially for the quality. We certainly didn't have a BAD meal, we did eat it all and it is all you can eat. The quality could use a little attention for te price though.
We thought the entertainment was good and our cxo was very engaging and entertaining. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return to stay again in the future.
The most important thing I would suggest is to book your reservation DIRECTLY! Not to go through a 3rd party! You can get more for money booking directly. We found that out the hard way, but lesson learned.
Don't let the bad reviews scare you away, we had a great overall experience and would recommend Paradise Stream Resort to anyone.
The check-in process was horrible. They were super backed up, and they had even given a guy in front of us a key for a room that was already occupied. Yikes! However, once we got checked in the room was amazing. Another thing to note is that the activities close early. On Sunday they closed at 6 even though the gift shop was open until 8. The one arrow from our bow and arrow set was broken when I got it. I tried to tell the woman at the counter so it wouldn't happen to anyone else, but she just said "we check them all thoroughly each time." I guess she didn't believe me? She didn't charge me though. The room was beautiful and much more updated than I thought it would be.
THIS PLACE WAS SO BAD. WE HAD TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AND LEFT AFTER DRIVING 4 HRS TO GET THERE. THE ROOM (CHAMPAGNE TOWER ROOM) WAS DISGUSTING. THE CHAMPAGNE JACUZZI HAD MOLD AND THE CARPET WAS STAINED. THE WALLS AND DOORS WERE DIRTY. WE ENDED UP AT THE CASINO RESORT A COUPLE MILES AWAY. VERY NICE AND CLEAN. OUR ANNIVERSARY WILL BE GREAT AFTER ALL.

We chose Paradise Stream for our anniversary trip. First time in Diana's Oasis Room. Smaller than appears on website but love having fireplace next to in-room pool. Would use that room again.
The bed was worn and had a dip in the middle that you would roll into. There were no hooks in the bathroom. Some of the light bulbs were replaced with florescent bulbs and they could not be dimmed with the dimmer. The room was clean and had all the amenities to have an enjoyable stay with the one you love and plenty to do on the grounds.
Me and my husband drove 8 hours from Michigan to stay at the resort. The lobby was beautiful and fairly updated. The service was excellent. But when we drove around to our Champaign Tower room, the outside looked similar to abandoned buildings or a raggedy apartment complex. Inside the room was spacious and the "layout" was lovely and unique BUT AGAIN, the carpet was stained and dusty looking, the couches looked very old and dirty, the walls looked stained, the concrete in the heart shaped pool was cracked everywhere and chiped up so of course there were floaties in the water, the sauna was turned off but it still seemed like the heat was coming out the room. And for some odd reason I woke up with a sore throat and feeling sick for the first time all year.. For what we payed ($514/night) the room should have been in AT LEAST decent condition. The website catfished me totally!! The resort needs to close down temporarily so it can be renovated. (Or some new carpet, fresh paint, and cleaner pools would be nice)
No kids in sight. Lots of adult activities. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds in peace and quiet. The only drawback was that our suite had no windows.
My husband and I were celebrating our 43 anniversary, we spent our honeymoon in poconos. This was our first time back. We chose Paradise Stream and we would highly recommend it. Our room was amazing. The weather was very cold so we spent the evening using the in room pool with fireplace, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi. We ordered food from the on site grill and had it delivered to our room. We agree it could not have been any nicer.
Spent anniversary there, a great place to go for couples. Night club was great, and had a good vibe to it.

Cleaning has to improve, because the price is a lot !!! There are cleaner and cheaper hotels !! The pool and Jacuzzi
Put card in door requesting room to be made up at 9AM. Questioned why it wasn't done at 2PM and was told that "the guidelines" for housekeeping are between 10AM and 4PM. We told that housekeeping is accomplished depending on the checkouts and section that housekeeper is assigned. Apparently inserting the card in the door requesting housekeeping in futile. It's unrealistic to expect guests to not to access their rooms without interruption for this time period at a resort such as this. Housekeeping arrived after complaining to guest services.
Dining room staff appears very inexperienced. If spinach isn't available for an omelet; the guest should be informed instead of the omelet being prepared without it. When the minimal breakfast buffet runs out of an item, it should be replenished without having to request it. Guests should be told that there are self serve toppings available for ice cream before desert orders are taken.
Bed pillows are just terrible. Fitness center is a joke.
These forever lovers are disappointed with the Paradise Stream experience and do not plan to return.
I needed a little R&R and this was exactly the ticket!! I would certainly recommend it!
It was so great here, we had a fantastic surprise birthday getaway for my boyfriend. We stayed in the Garden of Eden suites. A beautiful heart shaped jacuzzi, our own private indoor pool and sauna. Absolutely amazing staff that catered to our every need. A ton of different activities, from riding bicycles to shooting bows and fishing. They have several other couples related activities going on throughout the day. A nightclub on premises with an awesome happy hour. A miniature golf course and beautiful nature trails! We will definitely be making this our go to resort for quick getaways, such a freaking blast!
This place is run down and needs a lot of work. When Caesars owned they keep it up nice no more it is now a DUMP
Rooms where great. Tons of activities and great ways to spend time with your partner. Only downside was the "lake" wasn't as scenic as other places and the hot tub took forever to fill. Everything else was great!

I assumed that at resort like that the coffee cups to be real, not a paper cups, there were no wine or champagne glasses in the room. Would be nice to have bathrobe and sleepers, taking in consideration that there were pool and sauna, but these are exstras would be nice to have.

like me, everything gets old, the physical up keep of main building is dire need of repair , the ceiling in our bath room was peeling and landed in the carpet,which was not vacuumed up. We are still planning our next visit in July or August of this year, not in the same group of rooms.this was our 4th visit .And looking forward to our next visit.
My husband and I were very excited about our getaway in our lover's room, "Diana's Oasis." We had some issues with our room, which kind of ruined the experience for us. Overall it was a nice time, because we had planned day trips, but we are undecided if we would return. I will say the couples massage at The Spa was unbelievably wonderful!
Issues with the room:
Room not fully cleaned; mirrors behind bed dirty, someone's fake nail on bathroom floor. Rugs not vacuumed. Chairs were stained, felt gross sitting in them! Never saw cleaning lady with mop or vacuum! Room was so HOT, (even with AC on full blast) we hardly slept. Pillows were terrible! Ran out of hot water in shower within 10-14 mins. Barely enough time for a women to wash/condition hair n wash body. Thought it was because we used Jacuzzi prior, but happned again on the next ahower! Had to shut water off
to avoid rinsing in cold water!
All inclusive package wasn't worth the meals. My husband didn't want to go back after one meal; portions were
small, choices limited. Used Spooner Cafe for room service n paid for it, they were decent.
Spa/pool area was beautiful but we used one in our room. Game room
was fun, however we couldn't play
darts or racketball (needed equipment missing).
Service was spotty, even connected to WiFi.
With some overall general maintenance and cleaning the room could've been improved.
Grounds were quiet, decent looking. Not a lot of people so it was still kinda private. Happy we planned day trips or would have been looking for things to do.
Upon checkout we being charged taxes even though we paid for room in full and made no other charges to room. Luckily, we were told this happens frequently (!?!), Girl at front desk corrected it.
I was very excited for our honeymoon stay at Paradise Stream. Looking at the pictures online of the rooms we decided to go with the Diana's Oasis due to the number of options the room had. When we came to check in on Thursday July 14th at 3:30p we were in a huge line of couples waiting to check in. It took quite an amount of time for us to check in as there was only one person working the front desk and they had to answer phone calls while helping guests check in. This I believe led to confusion for the couple checking in after us as they thought they had the same room we had and had to go back to the front desk. When we got in our room we were excited by the options it had but found the room smaller than what the pictures led us to believe. When we looked at the pool the cover over it was dirty with mulch and bugs and taking it off we found this debris went into the pool. We called the front desk to have it cleaned. We then noticed ants in the corner of the pool area.Since we hadn't had anyone come yet to clean it when we went to dinner we asked the front desk again to have the pool area cleaned and did not find it cleaned at all throughout our stay. The first dinner on Thursday night we had a great new waiter that we could hear talking about learning how to manage more tables to a waitress and that waitress was correcting him in front of us which put a damper on the evenings dinner as we felt bad for him. All in all after the first night we had a good stay. We had a tough time sleeping on the mattress but it was just different in firmness from our own home mattress and we understood that. We liked the area and what the resort had to offer as there were so many things to do.
Great experience but the old lady in the gift store was not helpful at all.
When I arrived, I already knew I was in for a nightmare. We checked in and headed to our room. Before we could walk in the smell immediately hit our nose, DISGUSTED! The carpet was dirty with all types of stains. The pool had pieces coming off the walls, tile looked desiesed. Didnt even bother to look at the sauna, I was so disgusted. Went to the bedroom and there was dust all over the dressers and ceiling. Shower was old and outdated and the champagne tub had stains and streaks all in it. I felt like a germ walking out of that place. Only to sit in my car and find Mount Airy resort a little over a mile away. My husband and I stayed there and had a nice time. Everything we wanted from Cove Haven but didn't get.
Booked the ultimate sweet seduction package. Got to the room and was missing items that were included. Called front desk, got them 3 hrs later. Next day ice bucket (which was included in package) was removed from room while we were out. Let front desk know and they send another. At check out we were double charged for items in package. Got a refund but not after many questioning and them insinuating theft (not in their part) and no answers from their employees. Do u think ur ice bucket is that great to go through the hassle? I only wanted what I paid for and not be overcharged for things I didn't. And still no apologies even after realizing a mistake in their part for one of the charges. Worst customer service!

We came up here for valentines and had such a great time . The room was very spacious (we had the Garden of Eden apple ) has a private pool , sauna and a heart shaped jacuzzi in the room . We loved the "cheesiness " of it all (we're sweet romantics so we laughed about it the whole time ) the staff is really nice and hosted games for the couples to play and there was a comedy show that we attended while there . We booked a couples message which felt Awesome and was relaxing . All in all we had a great time . Our only issue was the fact that our room had no windows (don't know if that's all the rooms or just the type of room we booked )
Just lovely. Food was good, drinks were good. Room was amazing. I have nothing really bad to say about the resort in itself. But the front desk reception.... Ehhh. We were double charged for our room even though my husband prepaid online through their website. We even showed the receptionist the confirmation and we were still charged double. Not to mention on the website it says "with your stay everything is included activities, drinks and food" well.... Its not. Make sure you ask first about getting a inclusive stay otherwise you'll be paying for your food and drinks if you cant wait to eat before dinner or breakfast.

We had a fun time here. We played couple games and used all the outdoor amenities they had to offer. The rooms were a great size. Fun for a short trip.
The staff is courteous and genuinely friendly. Spooner's Cafe was our favorite as the food was delicious and delivered to our door! I can't wait to return to that little slice of paradise.
Front desk staff is great, the restaurant staff was Superior, and the nightclub persons were great also. We were able to see a funk band called Bosco, and they were rocking. ALOT of couples hot up and danced, a sure sign that something good was going on.
The food there was absolutely terrific. We ate all we could possibly eat and just loved it. Nice to be able to get lobster tail once in a while.
The only thing less than excellent was the condition of the physical plant - it's an older facility and could stand to use a bit of renovation. The rooms however, were huge, and obviously geared towards couples. Our pool was great, the sauna was great, the hot tub was great, and the bathroom was plenty big. Again, except for the fact that things are starting to show their age, it was a terrific experience. The people that work there more than made up for any small shortcomings on the physical plant side. It was also less than 10 minutes from the cadino- a BIG PLUS where we were concerned.
A little pricey, but what the heck- it's a special occasion and this is a special place. We'll give it a thumbs up and tell you it's worth the trip.
