I took my boyfriend to the resort for birthday and we both loved it. We will definitely be back. The experience was perfect. Romance at its best!!!!

The rooms and night club was amazing definitely coming back

I enjoyed the stay with my partner. The dining room was nice and we spent a couple nights exploring the hot tub. The resort is a little run down but ok for the price we paid. The jacuzzi suite was amazing and offered several romantic options. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It was my first trip with my girlfriend and it gave us a quiet, romantic atmosphere to grow closer together.

Went in not knowing to expect and had a great time.

Time for updates and food was old and cold. Found garbage in my private pool.

Needs updating and when I turned the heart shape hot tub on it made the whole room smell like eggs. So I never got to use it. But they have a 5 years plan to up date everything. Food was good, service is excellent and Entertainment was great. Just the rooms need up dating

It was more than a hotel stay; it was a True experience. My Wife and I were accommodated to and fell in love with the room. A true ten out of ten for a Great price.

When we arrived the service was good...We arrived early and they were able to get us into our room quickly which was nice. When we got to our room though we were a bit disappointed...The room, the Champagne Towers, was very outdated and worn out looking...the Sauna had a TON of cobwebs....so we needed to clean it before we used it....The air conditioner in the bedroom said 60...but it for sure was not 60...very warm..The shower temperature could not stay at a comfortable temp for long....kept going from warm to cold without touching anything...and when my husband tried to open the glass door it fell right off the hinges...He put it back on but we continued to have problems with it the whole time we were there. We did enjoy the games and entertainment...and the food was OK...the staff seemed not to know a lot about what was happening when we had questions...there was a lot of answers with "I think"...The grounds were very unkept...I was constantly seeing garbage all over the place...There was an ice bucket tipped over with glasses spilled out and broken glass on the ground a few doors down from where we were staying...it was never cleaned up the 3 days we were there. On the last day we went to another one of your sites to check it out...There was a lot more to do at the Palace and the grounds looked much better then at the Paradise Stream...The only complaint I had there was when I asked to see one of the rooms to check it out in case we wanted to come back I was told they only do tours on Sundays...And asked if I could come back...I told her I did not live anywhere close and she just said sorry....At this point I don't know if we would return to your facility

Definitely what I had expected. Very far from the captions shown on the Web. The place need some serious upkeep, in every kind of way - the interior (electric fire-place for starters, working refrigerators, and a microwave would be nice...and get 2 decent flat screens, you could also save a lot of money by getting water efficient toilets), remove the carpet from the game room - it is musky (moldy) smelling, especially, since it's adjacent to a wet area. Use wood grain laminates instead, and the exterior ...if you are not careful you could break an ankle in one of the many pot-holes to and from your rooms. Needs more blankets and pillows availability as well.

On the positive side; the service, staff (all around) and the entertainment are wonderful, absolutely excellent.

They've remodeled many of the rooms. They all look nice. I come here once a month. This last visit I stayed at the champagne suite. This suite is too big for an overnight stay. Plan to stay in that suite for at least 2 days to enjoy everything the room has to offer. The Diana Oasis is still my favourite.

We stayed in Diana's Oasis Suite and it was lovely. Pool is very small but that was OK as my wife, 7 months pregz, just wanted to float. We enjoyed our food and entertainment. We even won at Bingo and their game of "find the marbles." We were here during late winter months so didn't get to enjoy walking the grounds so much but I did get to use their gym and hot tub in the game area - both of which got my thumbs up.

All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and it provided a brief respite from the worries of city life :)

We arrived and we're met at front desk got our room number and had dinner. Went to our room was going to use the pool but noticked all the mold on pool ceiling. Went to use sauna and found names of previous guests carved into walls, nasty and dirty looking. Went to bed and woke with sore throat. Went to use shower and found mold throughout shower. Started checking around from the entrance foyer, door walls ceilng, to the bathroom to the pool there was black mold

My husband + I stayed overnight on 10/7/20 in 1 of the Lakeside Villa's for our anniversary. Our check in process was terrible, took about half hour! It's set up for 3 staff, but only 1 person was working behind the counter w/a line of people waiting! Other employees walked around aimlessly! Upon entering our room, we found a Cobweb in corner by outlet to air conditioner (1st pic shown below)! So much for the rooms being thoroughly cleaned before each use! We went to Cupid's Corner 1 time during our stay + even that area only had 1 staff waiting on tables for food/drinks! The activities started late, like 15-20 mins. after the time listed on brochure! Why have times posted + not abide by them?? You pay enough to stay @ these places + activities are supposed to be included, but yet you charge an extra fee to play bingo that isn't noted anywhere!?! Miniature golf is lame, why even bother to have one! The food was ok, dinner was better then breakfast. Staff wore gloves to serve dinner, but no gloves were worn by the waitress during breakfast, that makes no sense! They "wave" a $27 resort fee cuz of Covid, but should charge less for the rooms with all the limitations they have in place! In men's bathroom located in Dining area, my husband noticed a Sharps Container not secured to anything, it was just sitting on sink!! (2nd Pic shown below) Don't plan on ever staying @ any of your resorts again unless it's free!!

This was a trip for my husband's birthday and it was the wow I was looking for he enjoyed the room set up being private with everything to keep you happy right in the room yes the fire place with drinks and all lots of on site entertainment night club and golf course kept use busy together

Me and my boyfriends booked a trip here just to get away for the weekend. We have a very relaxing time here. I had always wanted to go and heard a lot of good things about this place just never had the opportunity to get away until now.

The room was fabulous. The staff was very friendly.
I WILL RETURN!!! Breakfast was just ok.

We had a wonderful time the only thing I would recommend in the shower needs to be worked on it kept going from hot to cold back to hot when we were showering that's it everything else was amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room is very nice. Loved it!! I just think they should do a better job at cleaning the place. I see the cleaning people walking around with clean sheets and a vacuum but no cleaning products. The drain in the tub is clogged which makes the the tub water build up on your feet. When you put the bubble bath in the jacuzzi then you can see the dirt in the bubbles after it fills up. I think cleaning should be a big priority in these rooms especially since people go there to do romantic things.... wink wink lol. This is my second time going there. The 1st time I went there I had the champagne room and I felt like the room needed to be updated and cleaned better. The room I had this time which was the Diana room was much better regards to decoration but still needs to be cleaned better. I hope this review helps!!

Stayed in room 213 on 02/15/20 and 02/16/20. Upon arriving we took notice to some of the maintenance trucks. They looked like those old trucks from the movie Jeepers Creepers. Broken down looking and one had a door held together with rope. Upon walking into the room we smelled extreme mold, dust and some type of old dingy odor. To be honest after I found the black mold around the heart shaped Jacuzzi I stopped looking. The heat in our room would not adjust so we had to unplug it to prevent it from getting 90 degrees in the room. The food is in my opinion decent but hey it could of been a good nite. The nightclub/ bar area was so so. The comedians were decent. The first nite we couldn't find our drink server. She disappeared and I had to hunt someone down to pay our bill. The 2nd nite we had a guy named Colby and to be honest he was outstanding. The game room/ fitness center was ragged and overall the whole property just seemed in disarray and unkempt. We had a 30% off coupon from a previous stay so why not use it. Needless to say we wont come back here to this location. We went to Mount Airy and the rooms are much cheaper and updated to reflect the 2000's. The whole place just looked very sketchy and looked like it was hiding something. Maybe it was just me. Who knows. My best take on it is this. If you are coming here for a honeymoon, special get away, or romantic outing then you will be disappointed. If you are coming for a plain get away then youll be ok. We kept ourselves busy by doing outside activities like Mount Airy and the Outlets.

Thank you for your response! I'm sure you do clean the rooms daily! Not everyone does their whole job! There WaS more than enough numerous dead bugs all over my room! I surely did not go out side and collect numerous dead bugs! Since your talking to management! I did leave a nice note along with ALL the dead bugs that I had cleaned from my room!!!! I would gladly show you all the pictures!!!!

Dead bugs in bed and ALL over room floor! Had one night to enjoy room! Spent most of it cleaning up dead bugs and ripping apart sheets! I know we were in woods! And with that comes critters! Had the room been vacuumed or cleaned! There would have nOT been SoOooo many dead bugs! Really feel this experience was taken away from me and my husband! Not to mention we did NOt have a honey moon! Living pay check to pay check this was a big expense for us! Wanting to go here for years!!! We had ONe night! And it was NoT spent enjoying each other or amenities in room! . Was also not told about unlimited lobster! We had ordered something that wasn't included in the Package dinner meal! It was brought to use and 1 minute later server was asking us to pay for it so the register could be closed! What if we wanted something else? Time was 7:50! Dinner served til 8 Activities were so much fun though! Grounds were very nice and many amenities to choose from!

We stayed in the suite overlooking the lake. The view was beautiful. Rooms were outdated and cheesey. As soon as we walked in there was a bloodstain in the bed top sheet. Drinks were expensive . Nice romantic vibe throughout the place but a lot needs to be updated. restraunt has nice view too. The room was our most complaint. We paid a lot to stay there and wasn t happy with the room.

Really cool old school lover's getaway. Activities, great dining and entertainment all on site. If you want a romantic weekend, it's the spot!

The "inclusive" package really only means you get a mediocre dinner and breakfast buffet.The activities left much to be desired. There's no paintball or laser tag available at either Stream or Palace despite all the advertisements. Everything else pretty much had broken equipment and very underwhelming.

Such a romantic place to visit with your partner. Everyone was friendly, room was clean and beautiful. Love the environment.

First time here, stayed in a champagne tower suite #430 for the weekend of 10/13 + 10/14. The resort advertises free WiFi which is horrible and stopped working for all of our devices after only a few hours.

Who wants to spend time on the phone with technical support when on a romantic weekend getaway...

Additionally the shower barely put out any water, what did they do buy plumbing fixtures from a second hand shop?

For $320 per night plus $150 in misc fees, I think you can find much better options than this place.

Just returned from Paradise Stream today, and I must say it was absolutely marvelous. Great / attentive staff, very clean environment and very covid19 conscious. The outdoor DJ was awesome. Our suite was also great, equipped with everything we needed, and so exclusive. We're definitely going again soon. Beautiful is the only thing left to say.

We are staying a t one of the champagne rooms. Love the room amd the setup. Unfortunately due to covid wasn't alot to do like the first time we were here. The food wasn't very good but the service was excellent. We will definitely stay here a 3rd time. Hopefully it will be post covid. Definitely recommend staying here.

I was so disappointed me and my husband stayed at paradise stream for the frist time 2015 on are honeymoon each year we have gone to a cove haven resort this year we celebrated 2 years and I wanted it to be special stuff I had order was not on the order the room was not clean the jacuzzi tub barley worked I was lights were dangling from the ceiling it was the worst stay and it made are anniversary not the weekend I thought it would be

We had our honeymoon and our 5th anniversary here and had so much fun we both time never made it to the other resort due to so much fun and we plan to return every 5yrs

BEING WITH MY BABY IS ALWAYS A JOY, HOWEVER THE ROOM WAS NICE BE FOR THE PRICE IT COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER. NEEDS NEW CURTAINS, NEW CARPET, NEW DESK CHAIRS.. THE GAME ROOM SMELLS REALLY BAD. THE ENTERTAINMENT WASNT THAT GOOD EITHER.

I surprised my boyfriend with an overnight stay here. When I pulled into the parking lot I expected more of a happy sign saying the name of the place and hearts or something. Very plain looking.
The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly!
It can definitley be updated as the wall paper and decor were on the older side.
The room was great! We enjoyed the pool and the heart shaped tub as my boyfriend was amazed to see all this in the room.
It was clean and fresh.
Outside the room there was bird poop that stayed there until we left the next day.
The geese were all around so was there poop!
The small lake they had was a bit yucky looking and one of the buildings on the lake were falling apart on the roof. We didn't rent boats but were told there were trout in there.
The food and entertainment were great!!
Always something going on for you to enjoy if you wanted too.
My review is a bit mixed although I have to say we both did enjoy our stay!

Good things about the stay was the entertainment, breakfast and dinner was average.
Room needed cleaning, carpets were dirty, exhaust fans and heating vents were dirty. The jacuzzi jets shot out dirt and grime when turned on. Room needed painting and wallpaper needed upgrading. Parking for Garden of Eden Apple rooms need more convenient parking for guest.

The place was probably great in the 70's but it hasn't been updated at all very little done at it shows . If you look into the history of owner the new owner just bought (stole) all three resort for something 14 million . There is about 650+ total rooms at probably an avg of 300 a night let's say they rent each room 200 nights a yr 650total room x 300 avg night stay x 200 days rented = 39 million in total gross revenue per year . Let's go back and see he paid 14 million and grossed 30 million so the property is paid for now it's time to give back to your loyal customer base and spend some money on upgrades .

Over all it was fun . My wife and stayed at paradise stream champagne tower suite . We utilized everything the room had to offer . The champagne glass style jet tub which has a horrible gruggling noise when you use it CANT NOT RELAX IN THERE . The steam shower was good , the heart shape pool was the best part of the room perfect temp. The sauna takes forever to get hot . The lighting and electric work needs updating lights flicker . Just looks old and dirty

The majority of the staff seemed to be angry that the guest wore there . I reicived serval attitudes from emeployees. We ordered from the room service at around 10:30 and when the pick up the phone the lady said don't you know we close in 30 mins and there is only two of use here .
The arcade if you call it that was a joke . 1/2 of the games didn't work properly and didn't have out of order signs on them so I wasted about $5 on broken games . The games are about $1 to play and are from the early 90s . Also the food overall is very low grade cheap tasting . We had several bugs on our plates or cups at different meals .

It cost us 1450 dollars for thurs - Sunday I could have gone to Cancun in a way roomupdated place for less . I'm convinced this place knows that have the market concerned and will not do any updating until they feel the pain of loss of revenue

Everything was great accept they forgot to bring the birthday cake to the table after dinner. It was a little disappointing. After looking into it they turned one around quickly. My finance loved the place. Private pool, private sauna, champagne tub were definitely the highlights and well worth the money.

Always a good time when we visit. Only problem is that the game room token machines at times don't work.

This place could be beautiful, but it's run down and over priced. The rooms are stuck in 1985, and have not been maintained well. The carpet was worn out, the shower door didn't work properly, the pool cover was nasty looking and the tile stained. I will not return.

International buffet and breakfast were amazing!!! The steak was delicious for lobster and steak night but the lobster fell completely short, it was too tough to enjoy and bland. Deserts were good. Drinks at the bar were some of the best cocktails I had ever had. We tipped everyone we came in contact with very well because the food was that great.

Parking was plentiful and while there was quite a bit of goose dropping it was clean. We are just outside of winter so the grass not being kept is understandable

The room was very clean. There were no rodents or bugs that I came in contact with. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi as well. The whole resort could benefit from getting rid of the carpets but for what it is the carpets were ok. There were some burns almost on every surface which is weird because smoking is supposed to be restricted. ( Garden Eden Apple)

Activities:

The daily group activities with the CXO such as BINGO were great. He is absolutely awesome and keeps the fun coming.

If I had anything negative to say about the resort it would be two things

1. Location
2. Not worth the price

I was expecting the resort to be nestled away and Cozy so much so I drove past it twice before realizing it was on the side of a main road

I choose the all inclusive package which was about $900 for three nights two days ( discounted AAA card would have been $1024)

I was told when booking that I would be " special" and get a bracelet that allowed me access to all amenities. Once I got familiar with the place it became evident that the only difference between inclusive and non inclusive was breakfast and dinner..... everyone there had access to the same activities. In fact while advertised most things aren't free or have to be leased out from the gift shop. The game room is dated and require tokens..... this is a resort for couples that seems like a stretch especially when you purchase all inclusive.

If you are just looking to do a couple things here and there but more so spend quality time with your partner in your room this is a great place to relax and catch up. If your looking for excitement in the sense of parties and crowds and options maybe not.

I do not regret coming I actually enjoyed my stay very much, give it a shot

The accommodations are great the pool in the room is a great addition. The staff here was super kind and upbeat. The thing that is really holding this place back is there needs to be some pretty big repairs and issues to address. Our room did have some what seemed to be mold growing which is understandable since there is both a pool and bathtubs for 2 in the room. This place is good it just needs some good TLC to be great. Ultimately we had a very good time and would love to come back again.

This was a nice little getaway for my husband and I. The room was amazing. We loved the jacuzzi tub and the mini swimming pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely like to come back in the future

Billy O is a great CXO. Makes all the activities a blast. Its all sparkles and glitter with Billy. We love Billy.

The rest of the resort is fun, many things to do. The food is great, fairly cheap prices on drinks at the bar.

Great time, amazing tasting food only problem is you can't burn natural wood, you need the duraflame logs, but them before cause they're about 8.00 each there.

Great place. They nickel-dime you a LOT but I had a lot of fun. Breakfast and dinner isn't exactly walking distance for some..but we brought ATVs. Depending on the type of suite, it's like renting a mini apartment. Yes it's dated, no the pictures here from paradise stream don't resemble the actual carpet in the rooms, yes there is a $20-21 fee per room per day, no the food is not gourmet and yes the owner needs to put some effort into the place (like unknown stains on the couches in more than one room). I suggest turning on the hot water and let it fill the champagne tower before going to dinner. Takes about 40-50 min. If you have a fireplace, do yourself a favor and take a 6 min ride to Walmart and get the DuraFlame 6 pack for $14. Its *$50* at the gift shop. Game room is 24hrs but bring dollar bills for the token machine. Pocono palace is a better resort but sometimes a 7ft tall champagne glass is fun to cuddle in

My husband and I have been coming to the Stream for twenty years. The staff treat us like honored guests. The meals are superb. Every one including the reservation staff is so helpful. Over the years the resort has shown consistent service.

As soon as I walked into the diana oasis I loved it. I didn't need a huge room and this room was just right. I enjoyed the heated pool, the fireplace, and the jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable and the atmospherest was relaxing. I am definitely planning another stay there.

I love the outdoors and the fact that this place is in the mountains was a plus. I can't wait to come back in the winter.

Took my wife for her birthday, we enjoyed are stay. The resort was under construction due to new ownership other than that the hospitality was nice , food was good and rooms where okay...We just love the laid back atmosphere about the place.

It is very creepy. Old furniture and sturucturr not at all worth the dollar they are asking for.

Room was clean and I absolutely loved the indoor pool and the heart shaped hot tub. on our way there we were second guessing if we would REALLY have our own pool in our room, but you do! and there's a fireplace in that same room with the pool. Beautiful and relaxing stay I really loved it. the pool could've been a little cleaner and I think because the bed is a circle the "fitted" sheets weren't staying on very well. overall though I will definitely return to this resort. my boyfriend loved it too.

Overall, a nice place...stayed in the villa next to lake. Was upgraded to this room, but, was expecting a microwave and there was none. Internet was terrible, had to use my mobile data.

This was our 3rd time staying at Paradise Stream and liked this one the best !! We always stay in lakeside villas, the only thing is the goose droppings is everywhere, outside of buildings should be power washed, but overall had a good time. I like how they changed dinner and breakfast to private tables now instead of community tables. ( Did miss the breakfast in bed option though as they don't offer it anymore) The food was awesome and staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything !! We also had an awesome experience at the Spa, we did the couples massage and the girls were great !!! I have recommended this place to numerous people and still will !!!!

This place has a lot of potential but it needs help. The room wasn't very clean and smelled of chlorine and mildew.

Great service. Diane is the best Bartender on the planet. Overall the condition of the place is 3 star as it is super dated. Not much has been updated. Take the right person and you don't notice.

This place seemed really nice and neat in the start. Seems like there s plenty of activity to do, with game rooms and spas. The room wasn t very clean once checking in. The pools were trashed! Cigarette buds and tampons...used tampons in the pool room? Our room once entering had trashed! First thing I see is trash on the floor! Hotels are cleaner then this place!

Staff were very friendly, my wife and I got an all inclusive package and we ended up extending our days. The food believe it or not was amazing, the waiter in the dining room were exceptionally good. It was our first time going to the resort, but it won't be our last. The only thing if you go during the week make sure that you get food from sponners cafe by 1030 pm is not part of the all inclusive but the food is great.

We had a lovely two day stay at Paradise Stream. We stayed in the Lakeside Chalet, and enjoyed a beautiful room with Jacuzzi tub and fireplace, and a back deck overlooking the lake.
The beds are comfy, the pillows were great. Our room had all the amenities we needed to relax for a couple of days. We did not participate in the food or entertainment, but enjoyed lots of other amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi were excellent, there's plenty to enjoy outside.
It's well worth the price, for a great Pocono getaway.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary. We even asked for a particular room because we had stayed in it before. When we checked in we had to check out and into another room. It was dirty, smelled moldy as if the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The ceiling of the pool was moldy and the white drain in the pool was brown. A spider was living in the sink with a huge web.Our new room was better, still dusty, pool dirty, but the drain was white, but the moldy smell was gone. The place needs updating and regular cleaning. The furniture was falling apart in the living room. My husband almost cut himself walking past the table that hooked to his pants. The pool had dirty film on top, like white debris we thought it was a little dust, but realize it was dead skin from previous users. The refrigerator wasn't closing and they brought new one the next day.The place needs better lighting outside rooms. The only thing that was great was the food, service and activities outside. We will only be back if updated. We love the champagne towers but they need major upgrades.

I booked a couples vacay at Paradise Stream Resort from 08/17/2020-08/21/2020 for my gf and I to stay in the Champagne Tower Suite. Booking our stay was easy. Her birthday was on the 19th so this was my gift to her. We stay in Atlanta, GA and drove 13 hours to have this getaway and avoid flying during the pandemic. Check in was easy when we arrived. All the staff we encountered at the resort was very friendly. When we got to the room, it was beautiful just like in the photos online. Now to share what I liked and didn't like about our stay...
Customer service was great. The all-inclusive package is worth it unless you are the type of person who wants to go out and eat amongst the locals all the time. The dining area is nice and they spaced the tables out over 6 feet from each other. I do think they should have an option for guests to eat in the suite/ or outside during the pandemic. Every time we were in the dining area someone was coughing. Some of the people there were cigarette smokers so they probably just coughed anyways, but it still made us uncomfortable. For the record, my gf loved breakfast there because she doesn't eat pork and they have an option to get turkey bacon or turkey sausage. The breakfast was ok to me but would have been better if the food that should be hot was hot. Dinnertime was always awesome. The food was delicious and gave many options to choose from for an entrees. The alcoholic beverages were not apart of the all-inclusive package but they were still worth buying. They were not skimpy on the liquor at all! On her birthday I ordered some Happy Birthday balloons and a red velvet cake they sold at the resort. The cake was delicious.
Ok so a few things that disappointed me...
I always bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub, wipe surfaces, etc. This time was no different. Upon inspecting our room, I noticed dry rose petals on the floor near the tv stand and under the bed. I assumed they were from the previous guest which let me know the cleaning people didn't vacuum the room well. We ended up bringing our own pillows thankfully because 2 of theirs didn't look so clean. One looked like make up was on it and the other just needed to be trashed because of a dirt stain on it. We found one of the towels the same way. I know that when you have something crisp and white, then it gets dirty once, even after you wash it may still have that dirt stain there. In that case, the staff just needs to trash that towel and replace it with a crisp white one. Our beautiful private heart-shaped pool had mold in the corner above the water that I wiped off with an antibacterial wipe. The cleaners should have spotted that. The massage table was nice and so was the sauna. I did my own personal cleaning to the jacuzzi (Champagne Tower) so I was fine getting in.
My gf is more of a romance person so it didn't take much to please her during our stay. I, on the other hand am an activities person. I play tennis 3 days a week regularly and was looking forward to playing tennis at the resort. Unfortunately, there was caution tape around the court entrance and when I asked about it they said it is closed because of some holes that need to be repaired. We found some courts about 18 min away but um, we weren't very welcome there. That's another story I wont get into but should've been avoided. Anyways, we opted into playing basketball. We could only play on one hoop because the other hoop looked like a 500 pound person slam dunked and hung on to the rim for 5 min after. At the time of our visit, they were waiving the resort fees which saved me money but in all honesty, I would have happily paid the resort fee if the activities were in pristine condition for use. Other than that, we hiked the nature trail 2x and I took my gf to some nearby thrift stores because that's what she likes. All in all, this experience was good but definitely could be better.

It's a 4 for the room it was amazing.....but don't pay for all inclusive every one gets all inclusive so pay as little as possible plus the food in there restaurant is horriable we got salmon..it was canned salmon cassarole. But there was free Billiards and ping pong.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday with my husband at this lovely resort, we have visited the sister resort in Cove Haven in the pass we stayed in the Champagne suite and I can honestly say both times have been amazing and memorable it's the perfect place for couples.

We were skeptical about booking this resort but are so glad we did! We were able to check in and go to our room at 11am, and then was able to use all of the activities that the resort had to offer. There were so many fun outdoor activities and games going on throughout the day. The rooms were dated but extremely clean and had so much to offer. Entertainment at night and drinks were great too! Would recommend this resort to couples of all ages.

My honey and I came here after not spending enough quality time together. We did reconnect, so this place did its job- ode to the Land of Love

Get the all inclusive packages or they nickel and dime you for everything, other than that my wife and I had a great time here

Transferred over from Pocono Palace. Was not happy there. Paradise Stream Much Better. Upon arrival the front desk clerk heard about our troubles and upgraded our room on the house! Ended up being a Great stay for my Wife and I celebrating our 30th Anniversary! I recommend this location Highly!!!

Dirty and old. You will regret booking here. Tons of hidden over priced costs they fail to tell you about until you arrive.
We did the groupon expecting to pay a little more then the posted price. In the end I found out, after all hidden fees, it was literally the same as paying retail. 1) when doing groupon you shouldn't pay retail. 2) the rooms smell, food is disgusting, there isnt much to do outdoors wise that you would rather stay at a regular hotel closer to the regions activities.
Skip this place in the summer. Do it in the winter only if it is half price (for real) and if you want to stay in the room the whole time bring your own food.

On the surface, it's a cute place. If you look closely, it's a little dirty (dust in corners, musty/stained carpets, etc.). This is not a place for night owls, as everything in the area shuts down around 10pm (the indoor pool and game room is open 24hrs). The staff is extremely pleasant! We got a free upgrade from the lakeside villa to the Diana's oasis room. Only difference is that Diana had a private swimming pool. I don't think it's worth it, however, as the pool is very small. I would have preferred to have the terrace that comes with the lake-view room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
