I am very upset because for reasons I had to cancel the trip to this place, and from March 23rd I can t wait for my return in the amount of 682 dollars. Moreover, I explained to them that I need to close a bank account, which means they can t automatically send a refund after .It was a unusual request. I sent them 5-6 messages, explained the situation, they promised refund in 7-10 days, now they wrote that maybe(!) they will send the refund on April 30 and another 10-15 busness days i have to wait. That is, I made the cancellation on March 23rd but I will get the refund in the middle of May .Gorgeous.Never heard such a thing. When their hotel will re-open, I need to call them directly and complain to the owner !Unprofessional .I cannot close the bank account just because of them! I understand that everyone has a difficult situation because of the pandemic, but I don t ask them for money, I want to take my own. Moreover, I made a refund request a week before the closing of the hotel. And for this I have to keep the bank account open because they don t care.
