I've been with BurnsHonda for about two weeks now. I brought a car from there. If your looking for a great salesman call mark foley. He's very knowledgeable and looks out for you. I loved my experience and hope it continues!

Went in for a recall free software update.

Went in for a recall free software update.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, I had a warning sign, showing the ACC was off.. (mind you I never had this warning sign before I dropped it off to Burns honda) they kept my vehicle for 4 days, trying to figure out what was wrong with it.
They came back to say it was a radar issue and charged me $100.
Think before you go in for service at this specific location, they will mess up your car and blame it on you and make you pay for something they did.

Parts Department: Polite I guess, while you're being charged more and both denied and given incorrect information. For example when your honda reaches 100K miles you're suggested to change your O2 sensors. The pre cat one is the one that controls A/F ratio (so if it's running rough at idle, typically this is the one that will rectify that issue, even without a code). Not only was I told that you don't know which one would cause your rough idle, but I was also told they don't give part numbers, and given a price for both sensors a total of ($366.xx). After a 2 minute search at majestic honda (OEM honda parts from a honda dealer that ships cross country) I was given the part numbers, a cost of ($222.83 for both), and the designation of which was in control of A/F ratios (even though I didn't need to be told that). Congratulations burns, your shady practices, over charging, and lack of information has made even calling you pointless. 2 Stars because, not the workers fault for the company bad policies and pricing.

It was a very pleasant and exciting experience for my son as a first time buyer/first car. As new grad, he makes sure that he is buying within his budget and what he really likes. He did his researched online and compared it with other dealer offering the same car. They cannot beat the price and the services Burns Honda offered. My son is very happy and contended. He made sure to go through all aspects before he could say no. This was hands down the best experience I had purchasing a car. I've been taking my cars here for service since 2003 - I've never had bad service, never felt ripped off, never felt pressured if I decided to wait on a recommended maintenance. I know they say going to the dealer for service is more expensive, but I don't mind paying a bit more to know the job is going to be done right the first time. Buying both my Hondas here and my Mom's was a pleasant experience as well.

Ray Kollman is awesome. I ve dealt with Ray for my past 4 vehicles. I also believe my 2015 Honda Civic saved my life and secured that justice will be served. I ll be a Honda guy forever and a customer of Burns Honda as long as Ray is doing my deals.



Life has certainly been turned upside down since then however, I am grateful to be alive, I m bent but not broken, and I know Ray is going to do everything that he can to get me in the best vehicle possible for my situation. Loyalty to a man who does right by you is one thing, Loyalty to a brand because of that man and the superior features in a Honda, that s a lifestyle. The finance person provided a great service too. Sorry that I forgot his name. Together, they made the transaction easy. My experience in buying a new, Honda Accord from Burns Honda was fair, painless, quick, and well-done through the efforts of Mark Foley. I had a less-than-specific sense of the exact features I wanted. Mark rapidly got to know me and my needs. We arrived at a model that had all that I required, a number of things I'm pleased to have included, and no items that weren't good fits for my driving life. I'm very pleased to have purchased through Burns (again), and exceptionally happy to have had Mark in the mix. Nice job, Mark and team.

I worked with a guy named Dave Robinson. I came in with the expectation of getting slick-talked into a car. However, Dave got me to a comfortable price, with very very very little compromise. The only reason I didn t purchase was because I had an insurance issue, which should be sorted out by the end of the weekend. But all in all, very effective and helpful experience for my first time buying.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got email quotes from 3 local dealerships. Davis had the best quote but I wanted to buy from Burns Honda in Marlton because that was closer to my home and they say they have a "low price guarantee". When I gave the Davis quote to Burns Doug Begbie told me it was a lie, that Davis would never sell it to me at that price and that Burns would NOT honor the illusive "low price guarantee" even though I bought my last 2 cars from Burns. I will NEVER buy another car from them!

I went to Davis Honda this morning and BOUGHT a 2018 CRV Exl for EXACTLY the price they quoted. Curtis was my salesman and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Even when I told him about how arrogant and and horrible Burns Honda was he didn't say anything negative about them, he just made sure that my experience at Davis was as smooth as possible.

I will make the trip to Davis Honda from now on and would NOT buy from Burns Honda even if the price was less. When I called my insurance agent to change my insurance I told her how arrogant and rude Burns Honda was and she said she hears that all the time especially recently.

I went for an oil change and typically never set an appointment. I didn t feel like waiting 90 minutes like I usually do so this time figured why not? My appointment was 11:30 (I showed up at 11:10) was assured that the service would be 90 minutes or less. The service wasn t done until 2:30! When you set an appointment for anything you expect to be dealt with in a more prompt manner. I won t be returning to this location for my future services.

I strongly recommend Burns Honda to any one looking for a new or used automobile. I bought my first Honda from Burns in Feb. 2011 - a new 2011 CRV. After working with them in service for the first year, as well as purchasing accessories, I decided to buy my 2nd car from them - 2012 Honda Pilot in Feb. 2012. The Pilot wasn't planned, but a fortunate opportunity to replace an aging minivan. The team at Burns made the decision easier with the best pricing in the region, not to mention the finest service as well. Finding those two strengths at the same dealership is unique in this economy. From the professional sales and finance team of Michael Dibiaso and Brian K. (respectively), to the unparalleled service of Steve Jensen and Kirby Harms, I couldn't recommend Burns more to any used or new car buyer. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

It doesn't allow to give feedback without giving Stars, so i WILL HAVE TO give a star, But not having the good experience recently.

My car was making the humming noise at the front side. I thought its better to get it checked at the authorized dealer only. They checked and the person told me the estimate $1160 stating that it will need one axle change, 2 front tires (however those tyres were not bad) , brakes etc. However it was a lot for me, but As it is authorized Dealer i was having a satisfaction in my mind that everything will be genuine and they will resolve the issue permanently. they fixed and Charged $1160. Next day it was doing the same thing humming noise. I spoke to them and the Person advised me , it may be because of new Tyres etc. I drove for about 20 days, again called them. My account person, forwarded me to take appointment. I did because i was feeling ripped off. Then on the appointment day , they said it MAY BE "wheel bearing", so if you want to get it diagnosed, you will be charged $139 for diagnosis regardless of the issue in your car.

I am at the square one, after paying $1160 to them. My car is sill making the same noise. It feels like airplane landing.
Wasted my time, money for mental peace to get my car repaired by Authorized Service center. No, I will not recommend them.

VERY disappointed by my last visit.

VERY disappointed by my last visit.

I am (or was) a loyal customer: leasing, buying and regular service visits and used to ALWAYS refer friends and family. I won't do that anymore. Not after my last experience, earlier this week, when I took my 2016 HRV in for an oil change, tire repair, windsheild wiper replacement and inspection. I was told it would take two hours, I ended up waiting over 3 hours and the total cost... it was over $600! My mother just had an oil change, inspection and tire rotation at a neighboring dealer and they charged $55. Guess where I'm taking my business in the future? Oh, and to add insult to financial injury, as I was waiting for my vehicle a service advisor approached another customer and said, I waived the charge for the tire rotation. Hmmm... I had a $20 charge for that as well. And, I might add that I never authorized for all the fluids to be changed, ONLY an oil change.

Then, when waiting for my vehicle to be returned to me. A lady who worked in the cashier's office SHOUTED asking whose car is that waiting. I apologized assuming I was holding up a line. It turned out there was NO line of cars - not even a single car behind mine.

When I spend my money, I don't want to walk away feeling taken advantage of, humiliated or ripped off, but that's how I felt when I left.

I posted a 1 star review on 2/5/2021. I received this public reply, which I responded to via message giving details and a reference number.

"Laura, I sincerely apologize for your recent service experience here at Burns Honda. I am working with my Service Team to look into your visit and see what we could have done differently. Would it be OK for one of our Service Managers to reach out to you via phone and is there a best time to reach you? We would appreciate the chance to see what we could do to make this right. Sincerely, Jim McCormick, General Manager/Vice President."

It's now 2/15/2021, over a week later and nobody has contacted me. So, this reply from Mr. McCormick seems insincere. To the public or anyone reading this review, it "appears" you care about my experience but the lack of follow-up only confirms my disappointment with Burns Honda.

Good customer engagement and response times. My sales rep was professional and engaged. I did my research at home and called ahead to inquire about rates, etc, about a specific vehicle in stock. I did this with two Honda dealers in the local area and got the same info. Unfortunately the interest rate given to me over the phone by both dealers was not applicable to the vehicle I inquired about - I found this out while sitting at the sales desk finalizing the paperwork. My experience was pretty standard for buying a new car but I wish the dealership (s) would have been more upfront on their rates on new cars considering how specific my inquiry was. Overall, I would recommend this dealer. And, of course, do your research ahead of time.

Great experience buying at Burns. The internet sales team, Brian, and Ed helped make it easy. I got most of this deal done before stepping foot inside the Dealers store. I recommend this method. I knew what I wanted, what a good, and fair price was, and what I wanted to pay. I suppose that the fact that I didn't need their financing helped a lot. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda. Now I just hope that I'm as satisfied with my post sale maintenance experience.

Our experience with our sales person, Mike Covello, was a positive one. It was a very busy Saturday and he was juggling a few customers but managed to spend a sufficient amount of time with us on the road test, answering questions and helping us through the process of buying our CRV. Nicole, in your Finance Dept., was very helpful in keeping our monthly payment affordable.

So far we're loving our new CRV and are happy to be back in a Honda!!!

I bought my 2015 Honda Accord Sport from Burns Honda several months ago and I absolutely love it! Not only was I satisfied with my purchase but the service was fantastic! The sales associate, Duy Truong was extremely helpful and patience in assisting me with my purchase. He is certainly by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. I also came back a week later to have the remote start control installed in my car. The service was efficient and I got my car back on the same day! Our experience with Mr. Eduard Hanekom was nothing short of miraculous. I've not had a car-buying experience as pleasant as this one with Mr. Hanekom, and I must admit to having bought at least six cars previously. Mr. Hanekom was cordial, informative and friendly from the start. He was patient and when the question wasn't obvious, he asked for clarification. He had all the answers we needed but one, which he promised to look up. I had full confidence in his responses and had no doubt that he was being honest with us. We came to Burns Honda to research and test drive, and walked out with a new car! More importantly, we had no misgivings nor regrets having bought the car. Mr. Hanekom got us exactly what we wanted, in very short order, and was extremely good at delivering to us as promised. My husband and I just bought a new CRV. Our experience at Burns with salesman Adam was exceptional. Adam made the process easy from start to finish. He listened to our concerns and was not pushy. Adam did his best to secure the exact car we wanted and took the time to explain the car's features with patience, even though it was getting close to closing time. Recently purchased 2nd Pre Owned Honda this year, 1st from Burns. Communication was not smooth, worked through 3-4 different people to get information on the vehicle and setup the test drive, appointments delayed and generally not as helpful as other dealers. Vehicle was presented with old tires, multiple paint scratches and gouges, and not vacuumed, these issues were taken care of by the dealership after our test drive. Building that host the used car staff is old, not well kept, staff was very casual about masks and sanitation. Finance was good. Overall, just OK, average overall experience.

Buying a car here was a pleasant experience. I went in only to do research but thanks to the people at Burns Honda, I was able to drive out of there with a new car less than a week later (they had to find it for me). The salesman, Pat Hee was in no way pushy or conniving. He was genuinely helpful and eager to make sure I had what I wanted, sale or no sale. One of their Finance Managers, Bill Bianco, was also very helpful, explaining all the financial details.

In short, if you're in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend going to Burns Honda for your purchase. Ask for Pat and he'll take care of you.

So many great things to say about Sarah and Jon!
1. They really care about costumers being happy and feeling confident in their purchase.
2. They exceed all communication standards and are very fast to respond to make sure questions are answered.
3. They are patient and dedicated to earning your trust and business.

I wasn't exactly the easiest costumer for them... changed my mind a few times on which trim/color I wanted and they were enthusiastic the entire time. Sarah even offered her personal number which made it easy to communicate with her. 5 stars for Burns and their employees :)

I test drove the Corolla and Mazda3 before making my mind up on getting the 2016 Civic. Out of the dealers I visited for test drives, Burns was the best overall experience. Matt was patient with me as I kicked the tires and pushed every button to get a feel for the car. He answered my questions, and was honest when he didn't have an answer on the spot.

When I came back to close the deal, I was in and out in just a couple hours. A very smooth process, and I didn't feel pressured to buy extras that I didn't need.

The next day, I accidentally killed the battery when I left the car's accessories running while at work. Stranded in the parking lot, I called Matt on his cell, and he responded to me right way ON HIS DAY OFF. He gave me the number for Honda roadside assistance and I was on the road an hour later.

That same day I noticed some scratches on the car that I didn't see when I took delivery because it was dark out. Matt and Frank are working to get that taken care of soon, no questions asked.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair due to a recall yesterday and from the moment I pulled into the bay I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. Each associate I interacted with was friendly, professional and efficient in their job duties. I was quickly set up with a loaner and on my way in under 10 minutes. I also had a oil change completed while my car was being serviced. I picked up my vehicle the following day and left pleased with another excellent customer service experience for the loaner return and pickup. Turns out after I left they noticed a puddle of leaked oil that was left behind from my vehicle. The service team went above and beyond to make sure this was resolved. They actually sent a team member out to my house to check on the car and confirm the leak! They then arranged for the car to be towed back to their service station where they repaired he defective filter gasket and towed my car right back to my driveway all within the span of a few hours. I never had to complain once, the service team took it upon themselves to make right on this issue before I even noticed it. I was so blown away by the awesome experience I had with Honda this weekend that I felt I needed to write up this review. I will be a Burns Honda Marlton customer for life and I will spread this great story with friends and family. Shoutout to Chris Bell and his exceptional team at Burns Honda in Marlton!

Showed up with two kids at our scheduled appointme...

Showed up with two kids at our scheduled appointment to check out a Civic hatchback, it was close to bedtime for the kids but we figured we would do a test drive and get the ball rolling at least if we liked it.

Salesguy never showed, were told several times he should be right out. 30-45 mins later (after scheduled appointment time) we get an email from him asking g to reschedule.
Our kids are climbing the walls and the cars at this point. We wanted back to the used selection to test drive one there, which I did while my wife Tamed the kids with crackers and juice, and there was barely any interest in the sales guy in selling my car.

No interest in seeing my current lease or seeing what the finance or payment options would be, just took down my info and said give him a call if I decided I wanted to buy.

I'm all for non-pushy salespeople, but this was ridiculous, we came with a great condition newer Altima to trade, and could barely even get anyone to acknowledge we were on the premises.
