Our experience with Mr. Eduard Hanekom was nothing short of miraculous. I've not had a car-buying experience as pleasant as this one with Mr. Hanekom, and I must admit to having bought at least six cars previously. Mr. Hanekom was cordial, informative and friendly from the start. He was patient and when the question wasn't obvious, he asked for clarification. He had all the answers we needed but one, which he promised to look up. I had full confidence in his responses and had no doubt that he was being honest with us. We came to Burns Honda to research and test drive, and walked out with a new car! More importantly, we had no misgivings nor regrets having bought the car. Mr. Hanekom got us exactly what we wanted, in very short order, and was extremely good at delivering to us as promised. We would strongly recommend Mr. Hanekom to our friends and colleagues looking to buy a Honda, or any car for that matter!
