My husband and I just bought a new CRV. Our experience at Burns with salesman Adam was exceptional. Adam made the process easy from start to finish. He listened to our concerns and was not pushy. Adam did his best to secure the exact car we wanted and took the time to explain the car's features with patience, even though it was getting close to closing time. This is the second car we have bought at Burns and we would highly recommend this dealership to others.
