I've been taking my cars here for service since 2003 - I've never had bad service, never felt ripped off, never felt pressured if I decided to wait on a recommended maintenance. I know they say going to the dealer for service is more expensive, but I don't mind paying a bit more to know the job is going to be done right the first time. Buying both my Hondas here and my Mom's was a pleasant experience as well.
