Walked around for 15 minutes while like 6 sales guys stood around and talked and not one person came up and asked if we needed help. We literally had to call on the cell phone and have the person who answered get sales guy out to help us. The guy (forgot his name) was nice enough. Got my info and they did what they do. Couldn t get to the banks because it was close to closing and said they d contact me Monday. Honestly I thought I wouldn t hear from them again but surprisingly he called back like he said. I didn t get a car but that s just cuz my credit sucks, they tried though. I don t have any reason to not recommend them really so check em out if you like Honda s

Just like all the other Honda dealers in South Jer...

Just like all the other Honda dealers in South Jersey the incompetence at this dealer is very high. A pre inspected lease turn-in at any other brands dealer takes less than 10 minutes. At Burns Honda its over an hour. Why an hour later does a service advisor hand me pamphlet on maintenance and ask me if I'm going to wait for my oil change. Both service and sales were told multiple times it was a lease turn-in. Hopefully management does something about this but I doubt it as it's been the same way for years.

I d rate the buying experience as a 5/5 however after I bought the car I would rate my experience a 2/5.

During the negotiations and the actual purchasing, James, was very polite to me and we came to a fair price.

After the purchase, I expressed my concerns about a few things and didn t get a response until nearly a week later. I even tried contacting the manager. I had to call to get my registration mailed to me. It took nearly a month before I received it.

My husband and I went to Burns Honda to road test a CR-V, after a brief conversation we were behind the wheel. Ed Altman, our salesman was very professional, he was respectful of our limited time and helped us work through the details of the purchase. He was patient and addresses all our questions and made our decision easy. We used the internet sales option offered by Burns. It was quick and to the point. We walked out of the dealership with our new car that same evening.

Always a pleasure doing business with Burns Honda. Ed Altman is knowledgeable , professional and caring. I believe this is my 6th or 7th Honda we have purchased and would not go anywhere else. Management, Sales and Service all work seamlessly so your buying experience is all managed well.

Horrible service. I drove 47 miles ONE way only to be told the CRV was sold. Craig (used car) didn't provide me the courtesy of being honest. He could've called and said there is someone already in negotiations for this car, so if you come it may be sold by the time you get here. And let me make the choice. I wasted my time, gas, mileage on my car and trust for this place. Then he tried to pitch me something that had double the mileage of the one I was interested in. So add insult to injury...It's rude. Bravo thanks for being a typical dealership.

If you re in the market for a vehicle, look elsewhere. On June 13th I put a $500 refundable deposit down with Joey Nahama to order a white 2015 Fit EX-L. Going into this I knew there would be some wait and with the demand on this new model I would be paying MSRP.

Over the next several months I received little to no communication and was strung along until September. I called Joey 1-2 times per month and not a single phone call was returned without a followup call. He said he would call me every 2 weeks with updates, never happened. I thought I found the car I was looking for in central jersey and wanted to see if he could do a dealer trade to get that car, he never called back. It wasn t until September that Joey said it definitely wasn t arriving in the next 30 days and if I wanted to purchase elsewhere he would refund my deposit. That means the earliest I would get the car would be 4 months from when I ordered it. Maybe I was crazy and was asking for a car Honda wasn t making, no, in just a few days I had found a dealer who had the car and purchased from them. I called Joey to let him know and get my deposit back, in the end that took over 15 days and 3 phone calls to finally happen.

Also as a warning if you re looking to buy an in stock car, this dealer is a fan of protection packages. That s a few hundred dollars in what I was told were negotiable, but non-removable add-ons like security window etching, mud guards, cargo tray, wheel locks, etc. Since I was ordering the car I was told I was getting a deal at full MSRP because Burns wouldn t have a chance to shove the protection package on like they do with cars sitting on the lot.

Just purchased a 2015 Odyssey. I went through the internet sales department and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson, Mike Covello, was a genuinely nice guy. He was easy to deal with and I walked away feeling like I got a good deal on both the price and trade. I would definitely buy from Burns in the future and would encourage my friends and family to head here if they are car shopping.

My husband and I purchased a new Accord from Burns Honda last summer and the experience was so positive that we returned this week for a new Civic. I've been a Burns Honda customer for years both buying cars and for service. My experience every time I'm there is top notch. Everyone in the service department is excellent and I am greeted quickly and with a smile every time I'm there. I had a recent issue with a crack in my windshield and the team at Burns went well beyond expectations to make sure the issue was fixed and I was happy. They could not have been better and I will be a customer for life. Best dealership in the area.

"Laura, I sincerely apologize for your recent service experience here at Burns Honda. I am working with my Service Team to look into your visit and see what we could have done differently. Would it be OK for one of our Service Managers to reach out to you via phone and is there a best time to reach you? We would appreciate the chance to see what we could do to make this right. Sincerely, Jim McCormick, General Manager/Vice President."

It's now 2/15/2021, over a week later and nobody has contacted me. So, this reply from Mr. McCormick seems insincere. To the public or anyone reading this review, it "appears" you care about my experience but the lack of follow-up only confirms my disappointment with Burns Honda.

I come in here to get my car serviced. There is a nice waiting area with vending machines, (free) coffee machines, TV, charging stations, and iPads. If the wait is too long, they also have a shuttle system to take you home and then pick you up when your car is ready.

Charlie Lim was the sales associate who took care of me for my new Honda Civic lease. Charlie was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond expectations. He was kind, patient, funny, and professional throughout our entire visit. Even when my husband and I were getting tired and cranky, he stayed positive to ensure a good experience. Charlie was absolutely the best salesman I've ever encountered. I left Honda truly feeling like I made a new friend and I know Charlie will continue to make sure I am satisfied with my vehicle throughout my lease term. Just to give an example of how awesome Charlie is...being an indecisive girl, I couldn't decide on a white or black car. Charlie walked across the entire Honda lot to show me both vehicles and take my picture in each to see which one I felt was the bets fit for me. He never showed that he was annoyed or bothered in the least, and honestly, we all know how annoying we girls can sometimes be with deciding on the smallest things. Thank you Charlie for an excellent experience! Remember, you are never allowed to leave Burns Honda:)

I haven't return for a few years after a very bad experience were a puddle of anti freeze ended up on the floor of the driver seat after a bad fix on my 2007 Civic. Once of my reasons I did not buy the 2016 Civic here. I will give them a second try and hope is a good one.

The people at Burns are exceptional and very friendly. They are not the typical pushy sales staff you see at a lot of places. They work with you as best they can. I was buying a truck and was dealing with a death in the family and Jeff was extremely accommodating and understanding. He worked with me while I was dealing with the affairs.
I highly recommend this dealership.

I am very impressed. I scheduled Burns Honda to pick up my 2015 crv for oil change and tire rotation they have free pickup and delivery and they sanitize it when they return at no extra charge. Burns Honda texted me and said Johnathan would be out in 15 minutes to pick up the car I could watch his route real-time on my phone. I put the key phob on the console. When he arrived I told him the keys were on the console so he walked over to the car . he had a face mask and gloves on. He used a sanitizing wipe and wiped the driver side interior down then covered the entire seat with plastic then drove off. they texted me when the car arrived at the dealership. When nick returned it he also wiped down the driver-side interior and removed the plastic covering on the seat. I am glad to see Burns Honda really care about the health and safety of their employees and customers. Thank You

Bought a Honda CRV and really lovin it. The buying experience was great. Mark Foley, sales professional and Nicole Mcnamee , business manager delivered a high level of customer service making sure all my questions were answered along with facilitating an efficient buying process. The entire transaction took a total of 5 hours from the moment I said hello. I was immediately impressed with the craftsmanship of the Honda product. Mark took the time to listen to my needs and desires and sealed the deal in delivering on my wish list. what I was most impressed with is that Mark & Nicole worked as a team and delivered a great value in closing the deal. My wife has been bugging me for years to switch to Burns Honda. I was a proud owner of a Cadillac SRX and was reluctant to let go. After a week of driving the CRV and comparing the MPG along with the amenities offered under the EXL model, I am truly feeling that I upgraded to a much greater value proposition. I guess the wife was right all along but that will stay our little secret. Thank you mark, Nicole and my new family at Burns Honda for a kick starting my holiday season with a great ride for years to come.

We communicated via email as well and much of the paperwork was completed before I even came to the show room. Chris, Doug and Bill were all excellent to work with. Burns Honda was initially great to purchase a used Odyssey. However, when the car did not pass inspection (we live in Pennsylvania) the sales manager and salesman have not returned 5 messages or taken my calls to help correct the matter. It is unacceptable that a business will not return calls. The part wasn t that expensive. However, the sales manager promised that anything that may not pass inspection would be covered. The customer service was terrible. We will not go back!

Run away as fast as you can from this dealer and find another. I was deceived, lied to and had a bait/switch situation. Everything they say about a single woman buying a car is true concerning Burns Honda. I was told in order to include a navigation system, which I insisted upon, I had to buy the upgraded model. So I did. After leaving the dealership with my new car, I got lost and went to use the navigation system; it was not there. When I called, they told me that model did not have it and couldn't get it. Therefore, I was unable to have what I was promised and paid for. After many conversations, I am still without a navigation system and SOL with no recourse. I am VERY unhappy with Burns Honda and will never deal with them ever again. Deceitful dealership.

I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Matt Rebstock. He was professional and was able to get me into the exact vehicle I needed. He took the time to show me the how/why/what of the interior of the vehicle - Honda Civic LX 101 class! I've never had that before. Usually, when you purchase a vehicle the salesman can't get you out of the door fast enough. Matt really cared that I knew how everything worked in my new Civic. I have already recommended him to two people!

Last year, I was advised to utilize this dealership for my Honda CRV. I would like to commend Ray Moffat for his customer service and doing his best to help me. Unfortunately, I can t say much for the other ones who replaced him.

Last November, I brought the car part in for oil change, rotation, and wipers. It was part of the 3 in one deal the dealership had. Upon picking her up, Ray told me he had to order a part there was a check engine light that came on while my car was being worked on. I didn t mind since he said the dealership would pay. Ray called me in that mid week to tell me the part was ready and asked him about my red battery light that keep coming back. He said it might have to be replaced. I told him that it was replaced 2-3x by ACTION AUTO (very bad mechanic that basically never handled my issues and took my money). He told me he remembered and said he ll change the alternator for free. I brought the car back Friday and was told Ray was sick. I briefed the service manager what had happened. I don t even know how he heard me with all that noise. He told me Cory would take care of it. I didn t mind as long as the car was being serviced as promised. I tried to speak with Cory about some questions but he was rude and did not want to hear it. He told me he already heard it from the manager. Annoyed, I turned to the other guy who was giving lending me a loaner and then asked Cory about when it would be ready. He got annoyed and callous. It was then the rental came in and just walked quickly to the car as Cory called my name. I told the guy who helped me with rental thank you and turned to give a quick annoyed glance at Cory. I decided not to say a word since he is the one in charge of my car. He called to inform me about issues and that my alternator was being replaced but it would not be free as promised from Ray. I calmly explained that it was Ray who told me that it would that price. He said Ray did not work there anymore. He said he did not know what was promised but he could not honor the price. I just accepted it even though I knew it was wrong. I allowed him to order the price and he told me he would comp the price for the rental since it would take a week for my car to be ready.

When I finally picked up the car, I did my best to be cordial with Cory but I did not like his personality. I thanked him for the service and told paid for the work completed through the cashier. Two weeks later, I smelled a weird smell on my car. I took it back and was told it was leaking anti-freeze. It took another 1 week for my car to be service and when I did pick the car up, my family advised me to start looking into a new car. I took it to several dealerships who informed me that the car was still leaking antifreeze. Now, I was told my Cory and Jim that my car was okay and the issue was fixed. I called Cory about my issue and left a message. He never responded. I was appalled but I knew then I needed a car to get to and from work. I do not know if the issues were ever fixed my this dealership but thankfully I did end up obtaining a car. It was from Burn Hyundai (in late November) but the service area is just as a disarray as Burns Honda. Burns Honda definitely left a poor taste in my mouth with the way I was treated. I would not be coming back in the future despite how reliable Honda cars are.

I was originally going to write this review immediately after the purchase of my vehicle, however career and school related issues prevented me from writing it then. Better late than never I guess! I came to Burns Honda with a few personal issues that could potentially delay the successful purchase of a new vehicle. The salesman I was working with directly, as well as the other staff members I was involved with (about four or five others) all did anything and everything to assist me with my new car hunt. It took around six hours, but the staff at Burns Honda was not only able to get me into a car that I love, but was able to do it in a way that kept the monthly payment and interest rate in my comfort zone. If you have the desire to drive a Honda, the customer service at Burns is excellent and definitely worth spending your little free time dealing with.

I called Burns Honda in a panic due to a broken heat shield that I was dragging down the highway. I did not purchase my Honda from them however, from the first phone call through speaking with the mechanic, they were professional and had me in and out, not to mention calming me down. In the past two weeks, my husband and I leased both a Honda Accord and a Civic. We have never leased a car before. Joey Nahama provided us with exceptional service. We requested Joey again when we leased the Civic today. Joey is my all- time favorite sales person...ever. He is honest, straight forward, exacting, efficient, and personable. Joey made sure both cars were perfect prior to leasing. He spent hours with us. Joey is so detail oriented, that he made the service people rewash the side view mirrors, as they were smudged. I really like how Joey took the time to sit in the car with us and show us the dashboard. He set up my Bluetooth. We never had a sales person sit in the car with us and make sure we understood how everything works before we left. He is truly exemplary. Christopher Danze was our financial representative. We were fortunate to have Christopher both times. He is personable, and he took the time to explain each document. He does his job well. Burns Honda is the best! We purchased our minivan at Burns ten years ago and our Fit seven years ago. We still own both cars, and they are running great.The Odyssey has 148,000 miles.

I have been extremely pleased overall with the level of service received at Burns Honda on Route 73 in Marlton NJ. I would especially like to commend Steve Jensen, service department manager for taking an interest in resolving an unusual problem I had with my Honda. He took the the time to really listen to my concerns and address them. The problem has been resolved, thanks to Steve's involvement and I continue to recommend Burns Honda for their sales as well as service departments.

I can't say enough good things about Mike Jenkins!...

I can't say enough good things about Mike Jenkins! A few weeks ago I brought my car in and did not have an appointment. Mike took me right away. About a week after that I was able to replicate an intermittent issue with the infotainment system. Again, Mike took great care of everything. He worked with the warranty company to make sure the unit was replaced. They needed my car for a week and Mike arranged for me to have a loaner car. Mike is very professional (the guy wears a necktie), friendly and detail oriented.
