I just purchased a new vehicle at Niles and I wanted to share my experience.

Fernando was my Salesman. He was informative, very thorough, pleasant and answered all my questions.
I never felt pressured and the whole process went quite smoothly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend niles sales and service to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I took in my daughter's 2007 Malibu to get the rad...

I took in my daughter's 2007 Malibu to get the radio and the passenger windshield wiper fixed. Gabby called to tell me that both parts were discountinued. Since they were not able to provide a service I was not charged for the diagnostics and gave me other recommendations. I will say when I picked the car up the radio worked for a second and went back out. I appreciate the honest assessment and I think it was fair.

I gives my car for oil change and they killed my car ! All the lights on the dash is on , was not before! The want me to pay 900$ to fix it now and they did that !!!!! Be careful very much from niles! Not professional at all

We took my wife's Subaru XV Crosstrek here last week for the second time since we moved here to Key West with the Coast Guard in 2016. During our last visit we were told the brakes needed changing and the car was now unsafe to drive with no Subaru dealership close, so we brought the car to them seeing as they treated us fairly last time. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for the brakes and they charged us over $700 dollars total with a little more than $500 charged for labor. When my wife asked for a military discount, the manager reacted rudely and stated there was already a discount on the brakes at 250 per brake. I'm extremely disappointed with Niles Auto and we won't be returning. I'll be sending all business that I can elsewhere.

Would not accept a lease return because of limited space it would not be fair to them to take my car for a few days until a car hauler could bring it up to the mainland. Manager suggested that perhaps if I had purchased or leased a new car with them then they would have taken it.

Edit: response: I understand your position but that does not excuse bad manners. The proper response would have been to assist in finding a location on the mainland or to have been helpful in any manner whatsoever. Not to sit there in silence until I left or to suggest that I talk to the ford dealership to return a chevy lease which your employees knew was not a possibility. I understand irma damaged your garage about 10months ago, but that does not make it a shield to poor management and customer service. Just thank your lucky stars theres no other gmc dealership in the keys. Good luck with the hurricane recovery.

I would never buy or consider buying a vehicle fro...

I would never buy or consider buying a vehicle from this dealer. They do not stand behind what they say and I was so mistreated by the sales manager. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my lifetime!! Not only did the sales manager yell at me when I did not agree with him and when I asked where my car was that I special ordered. He also forgot that I was they paying customer.
UPDATE/CONTINUED...They misled me on the vehicle I special ordered. It did not have the options that I specifically asked for. I specifically requested ambient lighting/heads up display/I paid $900 for navigation and it was not even navigation. When we built the vehicle, they said it was on the 2LT model and they said they ordered those for me when we built it together online. None of those options even come on the 2LT model. They are on the 3LT model! The salesman had no idea what he was even ordering! I went to another dealer to get the exact and right vehicle! AMAZING HOW ANOTHER DEALER CAN GET IT EXACTLY RIGHT!! By the way, owners response is inaccurate...the GM family discount was approximately $3200 savings for me. They were trying to pad my discount for almost $1000. It's my discount and I was not even getting the full benefit. Talk about trying to sham a customer! The most horrible customer service and buying experience I have ever had!

I went to the dealership today to get a couple of recalls performed on my 2015 Sierra that I had previously purchased through Dylan Pinder (who has texted me every year on my birth since that purchase). While waiting for my service I bumped into Dylan again and started talking. I started going on about the new AT4 out front and also told Jack about how much I loved the new AT4. They said let s make it happen...a little while later bam...Dylan worked his tail off for me and somehow the team at Niles made it happen!!! I can now say I m the surprised but happy new owner of a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4!

I was so grateful to the service team for getting me in same day I called as my service light came on unexpectedly. Our baby daughter is having major surgery in Miami in a few days and we will be up there for awhile. Thank you to Gaby, Marvin, Kelly, Lee and everyone for being extra kind and helpful. It really meant a lot to me.

this has been one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to dealing with a car dealer. I have bought 3 cars from these people. watch out when you sign there paper work. they have a built in service fee of 489.00 dollars. when asked what it was for they just it was a service fee. I bought a used car for 13,000 dollars. what could they have done on this price car that was worth 489.00 dollars. wash and clean it. they said it was also charged on new cars. again I ask what could they do to new car worth that money. you are already being charged a destination charge on a new car. in my opinion this is a bogus charge that just puts more money in there pocket. it is now 10 days later and my loan on my trade has not been paid off.
shame on you! never again!

Everyone was courteous and my oil change was done so fast, I was shocked to get a call in less than an hour that it was done and my car was ready to be picked up. People that were there when I took my car was also being checked out.

So I m on vacation and a 14 hour drive from home.....

So I m on vacation and a 14 hour drive from home...and my AC goes out...on a Sunday in July...in my 2014 Silverado. HOT doesn t even describe the climate here!! Anyway, I took it to the dealership first thing Monday morning and it was fixed by the end of the day. Gabby in the service dept was kind and very helpful! They even have a courtesy shuttle!! If I m ever in Key West again, I wouldn t hesitate to take my truck here for service.

Service staff are just sales people. My car was literally dying constantly in the road, they tell me it just needs an oil change, they charge me a fee to "look" at my vehicle and then charge me for an oil change. Their recommendation? "We'll see if changing the oil fixes the problem. Comeback if you still have problems." . I still have the same problem and I'm not going back.

Found a great car while on vacation. Niles offered it at 2,000 below the trade in value...not the retail price but its trade in value! When getting it home became the issue, they offered to have it shipped at their cost. In the end we didn t buy it because it was a Florida convertible without heated seats... going to the cold Northeast, but Greg and Dave worked all week to make it happen for us. Really helpful, nice people to work with. Wish I could ve convinced my wife to get it, but Niles went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys!

I was greeted nicely and I didn't have to wait to be waited on.
I explained what needed to be complete on my car and Gabby understood everything I mentioned. I did ask for a ride back home however that day they didn't have one. I was able to get a hold of my friend and he was able to pick me up and bring me back. Normally this never happened but this happen.
Overall great care was given to my car and the service was great!!

This dealership takes on way more work than they c...

This dealership takes on way more work than they can handle. Had some abs brake work done and imediatley there was a pop, grinding squeaking noise in the wheel somewhere. Brought it back and they could not "locate" it. Odd that all of the sudden I have this where before, no noise. So now I'm driving around with an annoying sound. Communication was poor as I had to keep calling to get answers. No calls back for voicemails or email returns.

Picked up our new Nissan pick up this morning. Pick up is great, for a fairly basic model it has lots of stuff. Niles Sales and Service themselves, great doesn t say enough. These folks were willing to do business over the phone and just made it so simple and nice. This is my 3rd vehicle from Niles and my fourth out of that building. Wonderful people. BUY LOCAL

Gabby did a great job! My corvette is always well taken care of at Niles!
I just had my son's Camaro SS add a new FOB. Gabby took care of it with no hitch. Gabby always remembers my name and welcomes me when I walk in. It's nice to be treated personally.
3/2/21 Gabby just did a repair on my son's 2017 Camaro SS, 2 failed electronic modules! Great job! Gabby keeps me posted on the progress always!

I stopped here while on vacation with a camaro rental car that the top was jammed and the trunk wouldn't open and my bag was stuck inside. Gabby the service advisor said there was no way he could get a look at it any time soon. After several suggestions where I could get some tools, he offered to assist me with a couple tools and we retrieved my bag. Thanks Gabby for saving my wedding anniversary!

We had our first service call and COVID is still going on so I was a bit nervous. Wayne was my service rep and was genuine and caring for everyone's health. The car seat was covered and all was sanitized and clean when I picked it up. Wayne reviewed what occurred on this visit and all of this was outside in fresh air and tropical breezes. Highly recommend Niles.

Niles service director is one of the most loyal me...

Niles service director is one of the most loyal men I have met in the Florida Keys. I took my car in for a recall, than I found out my brakes were about to go out. I was so worried, but luckily I found a coupon online that saved me money. The staff was extremely professional and took their time on my vehicle. I highly recommend to take your vehicles to Niles services, but remember to book your appointment. Thank you to all Niles staff in Service area and sales. You guys are amazing!

The car keys remote control is losing signal and the car can't recognize the key control, the mechanic didn't fix it I received the car back with the same problem nothing was done, I had to watch YouTube videos about how to fix Nissan remote control and did by my self.
The employees are friendly and attention but the mechanic service definitely need to be better trained.

Best Service Team!!! is what I originally wrote...

UPDATE! ten days after my family van (that we purchased from Niles) was "repaired" the car broke down in a way that put my entire family in danger!!!

We brought it in origionally because of a strange sound and shake on acceleration. We paid $1800 for the service. they replaced a hub, brakes and engine drive belt. they also preformed a "multipoint" inspection...

Now, just ten days later we are told by Niles our transmission has failed completely. The service manager says and I quote" your transmission failure had NOTHING to do with the sound and shake you brought the car in for. It is just a Coincidence that this happened now!"

The cost to repair the transmission is $6000...

I hope this serves as a warning to others about how this establishment stands behind the work they do!

Our car broke down right in front of this place. The serpentine belt on the engine shredded and let loose. Our car is a Honda, which is not a brand they sell here, but the service department said they could fix it. The part had to be ordered and it took a day to get it, but they got us fixed up. Everyone we dealt with in service were very nice

We bought a Cadillac with them and our sales treated us good except they won't offer you any discount. While we were doing the financial stuffs the guy mentioned about the upgrade warranty and he added it on our car without asking us first. Didnt even mentioned how much it would cost (it was $2800) but my husband said just let it go so I let it go (eye roll). A week later we brought another car in to be service (oil change, tire rotation). We made an appointment for 11:15am, 12:30pm and our car is still sitting at the same spot. Also, when we came in at the appointment time there was a lady that came in AFTER us and she got served first, she didnt even have an appointment. Why do I need to make an appointment if I'll have to wait for an hour+ to get served? Its ridiculous but hey what can you do, its the keys.

**Update** George and Greg have been really phenomenal!! We had that slight hiccup when we tried stopping by on the Saturday of the storm, but they WAY more than made up for it!! So glad we were able to work together and I'm much happier giving my business to a local company! I know I'm going to love my new car!!! Thank you!!

Had a vehicle that needed an alignment. Another place said I needed camber bolts; bill would have been $480. Niles checked it out; no extra parts need. It was a straight forward alignment.

Sandy is a always a pleasure and makes sure you get only what you need. She is one of the few people on the island that still understands "customer service."

I know sometimes the dealership is sometimes more expensive than other shops. But consider this; you get what you pay for. You are paying for expertise and trustworthiness. That is worth the money every time. You can feel comfortable knowing you are not being hustled. I will only have my vehicle serviced at Niles from now on.

Our salesman Randy was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very nice. He made our purchase very easy and pleasurable.We visited other dealers that day and Randy by far exceeded them in all facets of salesmanship. Thanks, Randy! As far as the Nissan Rogue we purchased, we test drove many other cars that day (Toyota's and KIA's) and the Rogue surpassed those vehicles in all aspects by miles. The Rogue has so many more features than the rest and for a very competitive and better price of the others. We definitely feel like we got the best bang for our buck! Appointments are suggested for service to your auto. We moved here from Tennessee and had one more Free oil change and service due to us from the Chevy Dealer back there . Since we were new customers, I didn't mention the Free Oil Change owed to us from the out-of-town Chevy Dealership. Well, low and behold, Niles Service Dept. saw on the computer that the other place had promised us a Free one, and he GAVE US THE OIL CHANGE, SERVICE AND ROTATED THE TIRES FOR NOTHING!!! Awesome So very kind of Niles!! They certainly didn't have to honor that out of state Dealer's promise. Thanks and you have our business from now on (if helpful, please "like") Thanks !

Niles was given an opportunity to lease me a vehicle in 2017. After a test drive, a follow up by me included defining a specific set of options so Niles could proceed to offer a price. When the dealership never returned my calls and emails, I took my business to the mainland where the employees took an interest in leasing me a car. Just because I'm a local and you are the local dealership, you do not automatically earn my business. You need to act like you care and respond when people are interested in doing business.

Seeing Niles Nissan, a Nissan dealership, refuse to accept the return of a Nissan at the end of the lease, forcing me to contact Nissan direct to intervene, does nothing but support my previous decision that you do not deserve my business.

Not only did they immediately get us in, check over our tires and refill them but they also indulged our kids by letting them sit in a corvette and rev the engine while we waited. Randy worked with us and had us out with the car in 4 hours
Usually buying a car sucks because the sales guy talks out of both sides of his mouth with small talk and you know it s not real just another sale
NOT with randy because he was a genuine kind person who wanted to know us.
He went above and beyond in every aspect of the process
He even smiled when we wanted to see 2 chevys and ended up with a gmc
I wouldn t hesitate to buy another car there
It was just pleasant and the entire staff was wonderful
This dealership is a step ahead of any other I have ever bought from before
