Recently purchased 2nd Pre Owned Honda this year, 1st from Burns. Communication was not smooth, worked through 3-4 different people to get information on the vehicle and setup the test drive, appointments delayed and generally not as helpful as other dealers. Vehicle was presented with old tires, multiple paint scratches and gouges, and not vacuumed, these issues were taken care of by the dealership after our test drive. Building that host the used car staff is old, not well kept, staff was very casual about masks and sanitation. Finance was good. Overall, just OK, average overall experience.
