I went to every dealership in my area in PA. No one offered to find the car I wanted, except Prestige Subaru.
I went to Prestige Subaru in Turnersville, new jersey and the Sales manager said he could find the Outback I was looking for.
Antonio Guzman located the White Outback Limited I was searching for and had it at the dealership within a week.

Although it was crowd, but their staffs were very helpful and we got be arranged in short time. We got our dream car at the same day.

I bought an Outback from Prestige six years ago and was so happy with the experience that, when it was time for a new car, I went straight to Prestige. I got a great lease deal on a new 2018 Outback and couldn't be happier. The salesman, Antonio Guzman, was totally professional and very helpful...not pushy at all. Very happy overall with my experience at Prestige. I just leased a 2015 Subaru Forester, and Antonio Guzman and Ron Ward went above and beyond to get a fair price for me, even though my credit is less than perfect. They also gave me a good price for my trade-in. Subaru was not really on my radar for a new car but the Forester is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Prestige to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

A little over a year ago I crashed my car (Pine Barrens + deer + middle of the night + flipped vehicle = horror story setup) and my husband and I needed a new car STAT. I had loved my 2001 Subaru Outback so we went to prestige to look for a new Subaru for my husband (as i would be taking over our 2002 Durango.) Antonio Guzman took care of us that day and we drove away with a 2013 Subaru Impreza. Antonio was amazing! He took my crazy car crash story in stride and eased some of my driving jitters during a few test drives. He spent a lot of time making sure we were getting the right car for us at a price that fit our (surprise! you need a new car!) limited budget. Each time we have gone back to Prestige for basic maintenance, upkeep, or anything really, Antonio has recognized us and treated us like a friend.
Fast forward to November 2014. It was time to retire the Durango and I had my heart set on a new Outback. Antonio once again knew exactly what I wanted right as we walked in. I didn't even feel like I need the test drive, but he wanted to make sure we weren't jumping to any quick decisions. As per our first experience he worked with us to make sure we got an awesome car that wasn't out of our budget. This time we left with the 2015 Premium Outback and I couldn't be happier.
I would recommend Antonio and the entire team at Prestige. They really know their stuff and are ALWAYS personable. A car is a LOT of money to drop, and my husband and I always stress about big purchases, but our experiences at Prestige have made the whole situation a LOT easier!

My car has been back and forth here for the same problem since MAY 2014! They keep saying they fixed the problem but yet everytime it rains or i bring my car through a car wash, my rugs are soaked and water pours in. so incompetent.

I was initially interested in purchasing the 2.5i Subaru Premium Forrester. Antonio Guzman was my salesman. He reviewed the Premium package, answering my numerous questions. After a brief test drive, my lower back was in pain. Antonio had me adjust the lumbar settings, but it was to no avail. He showed me a 2.5i showroom model which was far more comfortable, stating that he d have that car ready to drive the next morning. We took another spin Saturday. Antonio was concerned about my back issue. I never felt pressured to buy. He made himself readily available for any additional questions I had. When I was given the trade-in value for my Honda Civic, Antonio acknowledged my need to contact a friend for advice. I would have to state, unequivocally, that my buying experience was most positive. I purchased the 2018 2.5i showroom model. I had complete trust that Antonio provided me all the necessary information, to be able to make a confident, educated decision in purchasing my car. It s comforting knowing that Antonio is a reliable, knowledgeable individual with whom I can direct future servicing questions.

While the staff was polite, no part of this warranty repair went well. The website never updated to show the status of the repair. My completion time came and went without them contacting me, though they swore up and down they tried to call. Perhaps so, but it wasn't my number. No responses to the text messages from the system they have set up asking about the status. It's a bit more than annoying, because they had my car, so I was dependent on others to get a ride there. When the serviceperson said it was a 2 hour job, I asked for a ride to the dealership ~2 hours after the appointment time. Except after 5 hours, they couldn't drive anymore, so I was stuck taking Uber. Calamity of issues, not the worst, but come on.
What is the most annoying, and the reason I won't be back, is that I was called by autodial for follow up and I thought I'd have a chance to ask why nothing in my car was put back properly, and why none of the electrical components worked, and why I needed to reset the clock, etc., but when I pressed the button to say that I had an issue, it said that nobody was available, and that I'd hear back from someone. That never occurred. It's all lip service, no actual concern about satisfaction. Don't bother yourselves with this unacceptable behavior.

Last week my husband and I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from Prestige Mitsubishi. This was hands-down our best customer service experience purchasing a car. I was considering 3 different SUVs (Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester). I did extensive online research, test drove all 3, and negotiated a price at all three dealerships. All 3 vehicles were very similar in style, features, and options. I ultimately bought the Forester because of the service I received at Prestige Subaru. Antonio Guzman was friendly, helpful, informative, and with applied no pressure. I wanted a specific vehicle, with specific features. Even though Prestige did not have that exact vehicle, Antonio did not try to talk me into a car already in inventory. Antonio went out of his way to find the car I wanted and get it to Prestige. Plus, the price was right. Antonio kept all of his promises and made my car shopping experience a very positive one.

I took advantage of Subaru's excellent vehicle exchange program. I traded up from my 2015 touring Forrester to a 2018 2.5 touring Forrester. After being in a total loss accident with my previous vehicle, my husband and I were really looking for a smooth car buying experience. My experience was terrific.
I was referred to Tom Toppi my salesperson at Prestige Subaru dealership by a friend who also had an excellent experience. After inquiring with Subaru dealerships in my area, and getting to a place of frustration and dissatisfaction I decided to call Tom. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was direct , honest, knowledgeable and did not waste time playing the usual cat and mouse game other dealerships prescribe to. Tom was receptive to my sensitivity toward getting the Outback with the options I wanted while keeping my monthly payments as low as possible, without all the haggling and let me speak to my manager talk. This more than justified working with the Prestige dealership in Turnersville, which was about 70 miles from my home. When I arrived to pick up my car, it took about a hour to sign all paperwork, with Tom spending majority of time teaching /setting me up with all the great features on the car for me to utilize, well worth the trip! I would highly recommend Tom Toppi he knows how to address customers needs with great knowledge and patience with no BS.

I recently purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan from Prestige and was very impressed with the entire process. Bringing an end-of-lease Jetta and looking to upgrade, Sales Consultant Damon Gross and General Sales Manager Tony Bruno were attentive and VERY flexible with crunching the numbers to make sense for all parties involved. Once my wife and kids arrived for the final "approval", both Damon and Tony interacted with the real "decision makers" to make our experience a good one. With this latest deal, I will continue to service my new 2011 Tiguan at Prestige and once my other car dies, I will definitely come back for another purchase.

My family has bought 2 Subarus from Tom Toppi this year at Prestige Subaru in Turnersville! Tom has created a great experience for my entire family; he helped us to understand the different models and allowed us to test drive the vehicles an additional time to ensure we liked what we were buying. My mom bought an Outback and I bought a Crosstrek - two safe vehicles with great features. I recently purchased a 2015 WRX Limited and Prestige Subaru is top notch! My salesman Larry Werner went out of his way to make my experience the best I have ever had. I was originally buying from another dealership but they seemed quite indifferent on the sale. Their attitude was like "whatever", if you buy the car here, great but if you don't, we really don't care either way. Oh, and by the way, you won't get your car till sometime in July. I waited a month for some sort of news and it was like pulling teeth. Mr. Werner on the other hand, took the time to see if there was anything like what I wanted either close by or in the pipeline and he found me a better equiped car with every option and was on the way to the dealership within a few weeks. Best of all, it was $1,000 less than the car I would have had to wait till July for! Just the fact that he took time to see what was around proved to me that he really wanted my bussiness. He was a real cool guy too, none of that pushy car salesman crap. He even took the time to explain all the features of the car when he delivered it to me. If you are in the market for a car and you want to be treated with respect, go to Prestige. You can't go wrong.

I hate car shopping. I really do. But when my husband and I went to Prestige to take a look at a Subaru Outback, all of that changed. Dan Carey, our sales consultant, was knowledgable, professional, and personable, answering questions and making it clear from the get-go that he wanted to work WITH us to purchase this vehicle. It really was a hassle free experience! When it was time to meet with the Assistant Business Manager to take care of the paperwork, it turned out to be Jen Pinto, who sold my husband a vehicle several years back at another dealership. They immediately recognized each other and I was amazed at the details she remembered. I recall my husband telling me how much he enjoyed working with her at the time and, here he was, working with her again. I'd definitely recommend Prestige for anyone looking for a car. We recently purchased a vehicle and our salesperson (Harry) and the dealership made it a pressure free as possible. We were able to take our time and come to a decision after multiple visits (due to our own indecision). Had a very awesome experience went in with almost 8k of negative equity on my trade in. Sat down with Justin Barner and talked about some options he then pulled up a 2017 Jetta in a awesome color and we went for the test drive came back got my into somewhat of where wanted to be but i said let me think about it overnight. Stopped in the next day to get final numbers and they ended up getting me in a even better spot then i thought i would be. On top of going above and beyond on getting me my deal they also were very friendly and made me so comfortable buying the car. I would recommend stoping in to look to anybody interested in getting a new car!.

This is our second subaru we have bought from Prestige. We went back to Prestige because of the fact they will work with you. They knew what we were looking for, and found the Forester for us. There were no suprises when we showed up and bought the car. Price was what they said and the car was ready. We live approximately 1.5 hours away, and have many other Subaru dealers close by. We do not think of going closer to purchase because of the excellent sales service at Prestige. This time, we worked with Joe Torres in internet sales, Harry Goldberg and Erik Wark when we picked up the car. All were professional and helpful. We can't say enough about the ease and transparency of this car shopping experience.
