DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! I recently passed my 36K warranty and took my car here for service since I was having clutch problems. So Burns Honda service failed to identify the clutch line was leaking and simply misdiagnosed my clutch issue as a loose clutch line and tightened it and went to town with me charging me 300 dollars for simply tucking the clutch line in. Two days later my clutch falls apart, I supply my own stainless steel clutch line and they install it for another 300 dollars. These people failed to identify the problem at the first try and had the nerve to charge me 600 dollars to fix the same problem twice. (I was even considering getting a CRV as a 2nd car as I was being serviced) When I asked them why it cost so much, they said because my car was modified and they had to go through the extra trouble.. Funny how when I bought the car from them the salesman whom I bought the car from said they would happily service modified cars. Burns Honda serviced my car with the intention of milking me for all that I'm worth. I will never do business with these people ever again!

What three dealers and all were great.. I guess that old way of business is over good. Seriously as an old school buy American or don't buy it I was shocked I was in my third import dealership. But Burns Honda and my salesman was terrific. Maybe luck but I don't think so all the other customers seemed pretty happy as well. We are in research mode but after an hour got darn close to buy do to the way we were treated. Again easy to say want a Honda. Burns is the place. I want hesitate to buy from here. Just need to decide what I want SUV or truck like... They can't do that for you...

Just recently got my first Honda, a 2021 Insight! ...

Just recently got my first Honda, a 2021 Insight! The dealership was great, hand sanitizer everywhere and all employees were wearing masks. Clarence was a no nonsense sales person who realized that I did my research and made the experience quick and easy. I left without getting the tire and wheel protection and Michael Covello was able to work with me over the phone and email to get that set up after the sale. Overall great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda accord from Burns. They have a plenty of used cars to choose from their inventory and the showroom experience was very pleasant. My sales manager was Bill and he is very polite and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda if you are looking for Honda used cars.

I never write reviews- but I had a such a good experience at Burns Honda while leasing my new CRV, that I felt I should share. In particular, Clarence in sales, really helped us out, worked to get us the best possible deal and had awesome communication through out the week long process. Another gem at Honda is Nicole in financing. She was so easy to work with, helpful and very nice. The kicker is- when I got my new CRV home, I noticed a tiny pull in the front seat upholstery- I was just going to keep it as is, but thought to text photos to Clarence...without missing a beat, he invited me to bring it back in at my convenience and began to fix the problem right away. All in all- I highly recommend Burns Honda on 73.

I felt so pampered. Every step of this process was handled with my satisfaction as the goal. Charlie Lim was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to provide superior service,.. over and beyond what was required. He went to bat for me with the manager, finance and even the car prep area. He made sure I received my car in the best possible condition at a price I was happy with! I was treated with respect and courtesy. Frank Sorrentino followed up my initial visit with a phone call to see if there was anything else he could do for me, anything he could have ready when I arrived. My second visit was in a pouring down rain. Charlie brought the cars I was interested in to the showroom area so I wouldn't have to walk around the yard in a deluge. So thoughtful.

We have purchased new and used from Burns and also used for service for many years. Quality dealership. Service is uniformly excellent. Just bought used CRV through Craig Pfeiffer. Craig, who I did not previously know, was honest, straight forward, accessible, followed through and made the buying process very efficient. I would definitely buy from Burns and Craig again.

Went to look and ended up buying a new Honda Pilot EX-L. Our salesman Mark Foley was great. Once he understood our needs he guided us to the Pilot. It had all the features we wanted and then some. The test drive was great. Mark pointed out all the great features and more importantly the safety features. Made our decision to buy an easy one. He's an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person. Burns Honda is a first class business.

Chris in the used car area is an excellent car salesman. It was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. He is relatable, personable, and understanding. Took my car in for a factory recall all the staff ...

Took my car in for a factory recall all the staff were awesome while dealing with this. However, the tech broke things on my dash while doing the work and my rear view mirror. The mirror is now so loose that it won't stay put while driving. I call them to give them the chance to make it right. Dealt with the service manager, Eric. He kept telling me there was no way his tech could have broke the mirror. I explained the mirror was fine until I brought in for the airbag recall. Finally he says to bring it in so he can look at it. After he looked at it he told me there was nothing wrong and again kept saying his tech couldn't have done it. I told him to check any other Fit on the lot and he would see there was a problem with the mirror. He takes it for his head tech to look at it. He then comes back to get me in the waiting area, my car is parked just outside the door. He says, we had the part in stock, tosses on my front seat, and says enjoy. He then says I still think it's just wear and walks away. I was stunned by this man's rudeness and attitude. I will never use their service dept again and they can forget about any sales from me.

I generally don't trust these showroom guys but burns Honda is totally different. They won't loot you out when go for a service. Highly professional and neat attitude towards customers I have dealt with multiple employees over the course of two years and all of them were real nice. They will give you proper recommendations and ask you to replace something only if it is really required. Not at all like emotionally haunting talks about life, your car etc...I took my car to the service once as the right side headlight was not working. The service representative was so courteous. I suspected some short circuit issues. But he clearly pointed out that it is bulb fused and replacing one will fix the issue. He did it in 10 minutes. :) .... I have made Burns Honda my to go place for all my service needs. Highly Recommended.

I'm very impressed with Burns Honda, I came in with a vehicle in mind and Joey (Sales) & Ray (Finance Mgr.) were very professional & honest. Joey communicated with me all the way through the process, he was very understanding & patient. What can I say... Joey is not your typical sales guy that you find at the majority of dealerships his presentation skills are top notch.

Ray (Finance Mgr), was great to work with, he made everything so simple & hassle free, when it was time to talk numbers he was fair & honest. He got us a great deal on a Honda CR-V. Thank you so much guys.

The only complaint I have is I purchased the all-season floor mats for my CR-V and they were $160.00 ouchhh, I didn't want to take a risk and leave the dealer without them. I checked online & other dealers & they had them $43-$55 cheaper. Oh well, I won't be taking off any stars for that it was my decision to purchase them.

Went in for the first time to Burns Honda to have my tires rotated and A/C Recharged as well as checking other problems. While the first experience was bad due to poor time management, after letting them know what went wrong with my visit, they asked if there was anything they could do. Seeing as how I needed some other repairs done, they offered to knock the price down. I brought my car in at 7 AM and my car was done way before lunch. They redeemed themselves on this second visit. Not only did they improve on repair times, but communication improved. Corey was nothing but helpful and apologetic through this entire process. If you ever get him, consider yourself lucky because he will tell you exactly what you need to hear. I always try to give things a second chance, and I'm glad I did with Burns Honda. Good on their word. Friendly people. Thanks Corey.

I went into Burns Honda tonight expecting to test drive a civic and expecting the worst based on previous experiences at a different dealership. I ended up trading in my old car that was in the shop monthly and walking out leasing a 2020 civic sport at the exact payments and down payment i wanted to make even though I still owed 4000 on my old car. Mr. Thomas was a great salesman who was personable, honest, and worked with me rather than trying to upsell me. I asked to see the car one last time before signing anything, and he insisted on driving both colors out so i could see them side by side and choose the color that I liked more.. The team would offer an upgrade, i would say "no thanks" and they moved on immediately. I expected sales pressure but was pleasantly surprised when there wasn't any. I am not only happy with my car, but impressed and ecstatic by how quick and personal they made my experience and I would highly recommend Burns Honda to everyone. They even have a special sheet they go over with the customers to customize every setting for you instead of me taking weeks or months to figure out how to do it.

Needed to replace my wife Lorraine's vehicle, went on internet site and Ed Altman who called me and impressed me with how quickly he grasped my situation then sent me Burn's e-price. Later that day I called back to make an appointment to look at the 2017 CR-V Touring, Ed explained someone would be there at 5pm to show us the car and take us for a test drive. Walked into showroom and Michael Covello introduced himself and showed us the CR-V explaining all of the features, and there are many! I was thinking he could have been a teacher, how he listened and explained in simple straightforward language very complex automotive technologies to my wife who really cares about the color and cupholders! My wife really thought Mike was a stand up guy, great demeanor, soft spoken and intelligent. This is high praise from Lorraine and she has a great Bull S... meter! After test drive Mike walked around lot showing us every car and color combination Honda made until Lorraine saw the car for her! I explained how we had the Mazda and Subaru lined up to test drive and would let him know if we wanted to do a deal in a few days, absolutely no pressure as he thanked us. We were leaving the dealership when Doug Begbie, the showroom manager approached us and introduced himself thanking us for giving Burn's and opportunity to win our business.
Supposed to be heading to another dealership when Lorraine told me to give them a call and cancel appointment, she found her new SUV and didn't need to see anymore! Driving home she explained she has a good feeling about CR-V and was worried it wouldn't be available, they'll sell it-made me call and put a deposit down, Mike said he could meet me next morning when they open and she was ok with the arrangement. Met Mike next morning and because had e-price it was a hassle free transaction, Mike introduced me to David Osman, finance officer who was another low keyed gentleman who explained Burn's was a transparent dealer and didn't bait and switch-refreshing! Walked out of the office relaxed and happy, I was treated like a valued customer.
I will be going back to Burns Honda, for a Ridgeline truck next time for myself! Seriously if you're in the market for a Honda, Burn's would be my first choice!

Everyone I came in contact with were friendly, even at 1pm in the afternoon. Though my dealer, Harry Fisher, had another client at his table he made sure to put me in two cars to test drive and even checked on me and apologized for my wait (great customer service). Mr. Fisher even when above and beyond in making sure my rental was picked up from the car lot. He saved me time and anxiety for which I thank him greatly.

Recently brought in our 2017 Honda Civic for Oil and filter change. Walked out with a $350.00 bill. My wife was talked into doing a replacement of the brake fluid at $150.00. The vehicle has only 28,000 miles on it. It was explained that it goes by the number of years and not the miles. I find it hard to believe that a vehicle with only 28,000 miles on it needs the break fluid changed. Also, the tires were not rotated as I requested. I left feeling taken advantage of.

The sales team (Dave Osman) was very friendly and not pushing at all.
They were very accommodating and they valued my view points. They honored price match from other places and gave a great offer on trade in too.
The dealership is well maintained and welcoming. The service area and the servicing process is simple and well managed. Extremely well organized service area. The service team - so far has been extremely promising.
Overall a very professional group of people are running the show and I would go back any day!

I live in Brooklyn and had many bad experiences going to dealerships around NYC, so I decided to take the risk of driving out to New Jersey to check out Burns Honda because the sales people were so nice over the phone. I'm so unbelievably glad I did! I worked with Chris Wilder and I highly recommend him he was thoughtful, patient, knowledgable and authentic. I've been a customer of Burns Honda since 2008. It was pure luck that I was introduced to Ed Altman through your website while I was looking for a car. Ed is not your typical car salesman. He actually listens to me and knows exactly what I'm looking for, especially when it comes to price. The lease on my 2010 Accord was up in June so I wanted to see Ed to talk about my options. When I walked into the dealership on Saturday, 3/29, I was looking around the showroom and noticed the CR-V. I have never driven an SUV before but this one caught my eye because it's not too big. I mentioned it to ED and we went for a test drive. I loved the way it handled & it was so roomy. He couldn't have been more helpful. I leased the 2014 CR-V that day and couldn't be happier. Me! In an SUV! How would have thought? I love this car and I love Ed Altman. I'll be back to see him in 3 years when this lease is up. Thank you, Ed!!!

I trusted my cars in the hands of Burns for many years however the trust and relationship is now gone. I bought a honda accord at another dealership and brought it straight to Burns to get it looked at. They failed to tell me the car had been in a major accident (just as the other dealership failed to) on the entire driver side. They told me the bumper was a little off because someone hit a trash can but there were no signs of other damage. I used to always bring my cars here (and refer people to them) because they did good work and always told me ahead of time what to expect (and how much) the next time. They also used to always have some type of deal so that it cost about the same (if not less) than a private mechanic. Unfortunately they have lost my business, and if they don't get their wait times together for an oil change, they will lose a lot more (not personal opinion but what I heard from other customers while I was waiting).

ught my last Honda from Burns in 2002 after 245,000 miles it was finally time to upgrade. Mike Dibiaso who contacted us after my internet inquiry was great, straight forward, explained everything and gave an easy no haggling price. They even gave me trade in value on my old Odyssey. The new one is great lots of bells and whistles. I have always used their service department, which is how I got to 245,000 miles. I.m shooting for 300,000 with the new Odyssey. I recommend Burnes - Mike Dibiasso in sales and the service department.

This is an outstanding group of people. Professional in every way. Doug and his team, took the time to make the entire experience as it should be...at our pace with our interests and needs being paramount. There was no pressure put on us and we had all the time we needed to be comfortable with our decision.
