I'd like to be as non biased as i can with this review and hope it can help people and Honda to develop even more with it's customer's experiences. The initial phone call previous months ago started fresh, appealing and the salesman was eager to attend to my needs. This blossomed into detailed questions that I could say were answered in a timely, accurate fashion give or take a few bumps on the road. I'll admit the price negotiation was a bit rough and stressful however I understand the dealership's goal to make a profit but honestly I really felt i could have gotten a better price. Test driving the car with Brian was an educating experience and it helped me make my decision a lot quicker. I felt he was hands on to my buyer inquiries and rants and somewhat eased my mindset at that time, albeit the manager that followed after was direct and stern and I felt could have been a bit more accommodating. I'm still in the post care treatment of our deal at this time and I'm pleased to truly continue this relationship. Today I met another helpful person by the name of John in service who again genuinely helped me with my ideas on enhancing my ride.

Bottom line I came in with the understanding that no true dealership is perfect so I was patient with the flaws but also greatly appreciated the effort spent in my ongoing relationship. I love the car and More power to you Burns Honda!

I've had to deal with three different car agencies over the last four years. I must say, Burns Honda totally and completely exceeded my expectations by a large margin. Everything they said they would do was done, and in a timely manner. Many thanks to Karl and Frank for getting me into my new Honda Fit.

I had originally had an unpleasant experience with Burns Honda and posted a review communicating that position. I have since edited my review due to several attempts on their end to make it right. Burns went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one despite it initially not being so. I was contacted by several members of their staff, including the general manager of the dealership and service department. They responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion and were very comprehensive. I would not hesitate to refer friends, family, and colleagues to Burns in the future.

One salesperson in particular (Adam Wojnar), made me feel relaxed and not pressured into making any haste decisions. After a a couple days of shopping around for a new car, I went back to Burns Honda and Spoke again to Adam Wojnar. We hammered out a deal the other car dealers wish they could give me. So hat's off to Adam and the Crew at Burns Honda Marlton. If your even interested in buying a Honda, I recommend at least checking them out.

Performed warranty service as expected. Didn't have to wait all day. Got to see the new Hondas and I'm amazed that the price of an new Accord EX is about the same as the new one I bought in 2001, but now they are safer and more fuel efficient!

The service advisor I had, Laura, was extremely nice. But I was not satisfied with the experience overall. The customer service of the other staff members was non existent. I never even seen or spoken with the person working on my car. After I left I called the service center to ask a question and "Tia" answered. She was very rude and short with me as if she didn't want to be bothered. I will never have my car serviced there again. Not even for an oil change. Customer service really can make or break any experience.

We just purchased a used Nissan at Burns Used Cars in Oaklyn NJ for our daughter. I was just "looking", however John Frasca gave me a tour of the lot with specific pros and cons of the cars available and how they would fit our need. No pressure, just useful information. That night my husband called John. We did the paper work the next day. The car had a factory recall which Burns took care of the next day. Since this was a used car, we received a CARFAX report as well as any upcoming service this car would need. John and the folks at Burns treated us like we were the most important customers in their showroom - NO waiting for 30 minutes just to get someone's attention, NO disappearing for 20 minutes and letting us sit and wait. This experience was so honest and efficient. I now have John keeping an eye out for a truck for my husband - so YES! I would definitely buy from Burns of Oaklyn again!

Best car buying experience I have ever had my salesman Ron Marchesani was excellent,The dealerships selection was top notch and finally Christopher Danze from finance was awesome as well so overall I rate Burns Honda a 10 plus in my book and this is my third new Honda!!! My experience at Burns Honda in Marlton NJ was made possible due to the excellent service from Mark Foley.

I purchased a 2016 Accord EX-L.

Mark Foley was everything you would hope for from someone you are making this important purchase from. He knew the brand inside and out; he knew the details and subtle differences between models and trims.

Mark was extremely respectful of mine, and more importantly, my wife's requirements, comments, questions and concerns. He respected that we were purchasing as a team, and both had requirements, and never once tried to push something on us that we didn't want.

Mark took hours to test drive the different trim levels of the Accord, and explained the features and differences from one to the next...making our decision and purchase one that we felt 100% confident in.

He explained all the options, and never tried to oversell me, or get me into something I did not want. we worked together to get me a great deal on an amazing new car.

I have never bought a car and left more satisfied and impressed than I did after working with Mark and Burns Honda.

I even plan on taking my Mom back to buy a new Honda from Mark.

Also, I would like to give kudos to the crew that prepped my car....I'm not sure I have ever seen a car sparkle and shine the way it did after they were done with it. WELL DONE!

I feel taken once again by Burns Honda. It is my fault for not double checking but their buying process is exhausting . i ended up paying full sticker price for a honda pilot . i was shown a different price when we were negotiating and i did not check the totals when they were shoving all those papers that needed to be signed . i got a 39 month lease instead of a 36 month lease . Never buy a car the first time you walk in go home and look at what they are offering . They are dishonest . I hope there are better buying options when this lease is over. i feel slimed!!!!!

Just bought (2 days ago) a new 2016 Honda Accord 4 dr. sedan. Love it ! Salesman was Josh Molinas and he did an excellent job.....not only in making the sale but in all the explanations he took the time to deliver. He was professional and a gentleman from the start. He assisted in removing the personal items from my old vehicle and transferring them to the new ride. He was very cordial, not pushy, and made me feel very much at ease. Kudos to the Burns organization and to Josh Molinas personally for a very positive experience. I traveled over 215,000 miles in my old Honda. Maybe I'll live long enough to do the same for this one.

A manager by the name of Jon A. At Burns Honda was nothing more than disrespectful. He made me and my wife feel completely uncomfortable with his remarks.

Long story short, we went to a closer dealership and bought from them. Good luck to whoever finds themselves dealing with the manager Jon and his salesman over at Burns. Never again.

The salesperson at Honda was courteous and the process was straightforward. Using the internet pricing eliminated any uncomfortable negotiating, but it wasn't necessary because the price was already very reasonable.

When working on financing options, I did have to remind the salesperson of a current financing incentive of 0.9% which he was unaware of, and he checked the public website to get the details. Does Honda not have an internal system for publishing incentives? If I hadn't known about it beforehand I'd be paying 3.5% instead of 0.9% - proves you always need to do your homework!

Our salesperson Brian Hughus was wonderful. No pressure. No negotiation tactics. Matched a deal from another dealer. Came to dealership and only took 1 hour to sign all the paper work. He spent another hour after the purchase going over all the features of the car and getting it set up. For someone who hates buying a car because of the haggling, this was refreshing.

I was with my wife about 3 weeks ago to help test drive & purchase a new 2021 CR-V Hybrid. Her sales person as well as the financial person were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They treated as well and they had a superior product compared to Toyota.

The CR-V Hybrid smoothly transitions between gas & electric, will stay in EV mode longer, smoother road experience and is even quieter than the new 2021 Toyota Venza, which was nosier, had rough gas-electric transitions, had stiff steering and allows you to feel every bump in the road.

Burns Honda was well-prepared with COVID practices - hand sanitization station at the door, provided free bottles of hand sanitizer, enforced the mask rule, sanitized the car before test drive, and exhibited a waiting room with well-spaced seating.

For a superior experience, give Burns a try.

I leased a new honda civic 5 months ago and the service we received at this dealership, at that time, was the best service we have received. I rate my experience at Honda a 5 because of our sales man Charlie and the manager. My boyfriend and I are young adults and many sales men prey on our youth, expecting us to be nieve, and dont take us seriously. These men, especially Charlie, treated us with the utmost respect. We had the best experience. We are not only so happy with our service but also with our car. Till this day, 5 months later, Charlie still calls once in a while to see if I have any questions or concerns about my car. When I am in need of another Honda, I will definately visit Charlie again. I recommend Charlie at Burns Honda!

Spoke with MARK FOLEY over the phone and he guaranteed that he wouldn t waste my time if I came in to the dealer and that his manager would beat or match an offer from Norris. Should have known this was a typical salesmen talking. Drove 2 hours to come in person and met with manager RON MARCHESANI. The absolute best price he could give was the price published on their website. Really? I left and bought the car from Norris.

I highly suggest staying away from this unethically operated dealership.

Have a 2015 Honda Pilot which I purchased from Burns Honda. Had a service appointment for 7:30 AM ( First apt ) for June 8, 2016. My vehicle is under warranty and it is squeaking while driving on bumping roads and speed bumps, etc. Upon arrival at Burns today, I was told that it would be a few hours to diagnose the problem. To make a long story short, some 3 hours later, I noted that my vehicle was still sitting in the same location and had not been serviced yet. I approached the rep, Matt, and he said he would have someone look at it in 15 minutes. Went back to him about 45 minutes later and still nothing was done. By this time ( 4 hours of sitting around ), I decided to take my car and leave.
I was really frustrated with the way I was treated and lied to. I would never purchase another vehicle from BURNS or recommend anyone to do so because of their POOR SERVICE, probably because my vehicle was under warranty and no money could be made.

As soon as I walked in the door of Burns Honda, I knew the experience would be different than other dealerships I've dealt with. I was greeted warmly and not pressured by any of the staff members. As I had inquired online about a vehicle, I already had an appointment with Pat Hee. Pat is an excellent salesperson and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. My bad credit and past had been holding me down, but Pat and his manager Ray ensured they did everything the could to ensure I walked away with a reliable vehicle. As an EMT for a hospital based service in Trenton, I put a lot of mileage on a vehicle and have to answer the call in any type of weather. I had been driving a 2002 Subaru Outback that was unreliable and needed a great deal of mechanical work. Pat and Ray made me feel extremely comfortable even on the snowy day I arrived on. Thanks a million!

I was more than pleased with the excellent service I received from both the Maintenance staff and all the other staff members at Burns Honda. I had to take my new car in to have the Luxcare package applied to my car. I was informed that it would take all day to apply. I had to go to work that day but Burns Honda offers a shuttle service to & from my place of work so that I did not have to miss any time at work.

We chose this dealership only because the Honda Pilot we were looking for was located here. It was such a pleasure having Lee Wells as our salesman. We truly loved his honest answers to all our questions. I own a limousine business and purchase numerous vehicles, the one thing that turns me away from a purchase is when I feel the salesman is pulling the wool over my eyes. Lee never made me feel this way. He had patients with me and took the time to show me all the electronics in the pilot and made sure I was comfortable before I left. Lee Wells is a true asset to your sales department.

It just shows real commitment to customers. I haven't heard from Burns since I drove my Ridgeline home. The salesman was great, just being in business I know how important communication is. By the way, lovin' my Ridgeline!

Ed Tarka was a great salesman; however, his financial manager Marco was a scum bag. We agreed on a certain price and when the time came in to sign a paperwork, Marco added $4,000 to the bottom line! Oops, he didn't mean it, right? Wrong. Stay away from him. Overall, my car shopping experience was ruined. Plus, I got the car without options I needed. I had to drive back two weeks later and deal with the service department. They were actually not that eager to install them! Be careful when they ask you to drive a car off the lot without options! You might not get them later!
The general manager Jim McCormick, by the way, is a decent man. I respect his dedication to this job. He actually manages the dealership well: always donuts and free coffee is in stock!

I purchased my Honda CRV on Dec 2015. Their sales men insisted to buy 3 years extended warranty in addition to the 10 years and 100,000 miles warranty they provide for all the vehicles. I have some repairs on that vehicle and I have been calling Burns Honda for my extended warranty from last 2 days. I have called more than 20 times and spent more than 4 hours on the call. They do not not how my 10 years and 100,000 miles warranty works. Now they are saying I do not have any warranty. I do not understand how 10 year warranty expires with in 4 years. And, their call center agent was very rude and she is telling I did not understand how warranty works :).
