Ordered several times something that never comes in and then just be canceled. helpdesk always comes up with the excuse: unfortunately we can only cancel it and give you your money back. But otherwise no solution that I have something to.

Dit is eigenlijk de eerste webshop waarop ik kijk als ik een product wil zoeken. Een gigantische uitzoek, heel evel mogelijkheden en de service is altijd top geweest. Geen gezeur als je pallet kwijtraakt, het wordt voor je opgelost.
Als enige minpunt valt te melden dat de prijzen zelden de laagste zijn. Maar je krijgt er wel een van de betere services voor terug.
Ik ben al ruim 15 jaar een goede klant van Bol. Nooit enig probleem gehad. Geen slechte ervaringen. Afgelopen maand was er een probleem met een zeer prijzige Samsung tablet. Bol heeft dit heel netjes opgelost. Ik ben heel tevreden en blijf zeer zeker een goede klant. Bedankt Bol!
A regular customer of Bol.com for years. Customer service is usually very friendly and usually helps immediately with a question or problem. In terms of prices, Bol.com is often more expensive than the competition. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that many parties resell through the site and have to pay Bol.com for a commission there.
Regelmatig koop ik iets bij bol.com en ben erg tevreden over de service. Altijd leuke aanbiedingen. Een fijne service dat je zelf een bezorgdag kunt kiezen .De samenwerking met dhl bevalt mij goed, zij houden zich netjes aan de aangegeven tijd van bezorging.
Cheap! Wrong delivery, and didn't rectify the situation. I ordered a laser pointer for my laptop to make presentations, and I got (cheap) virtual reality goggles (!!!). Not the customer rep's fault, she asked her manager. "Because it was a third party product," I could send the goggles back for a refund and reorder the laser pointer through them. So, you want me to repackage your mistake, walk it down to the post office, and pay to send it back to your sorry organization? You can't help me with an 18 euro mistake? Not what I'm used to. The right answer was, "Sorry Mam; keep the goggles. We're sending out the laser pointer right away." Cheap cheap cheap. First and last order. Sheesh.
The next day delivery did not arrive a week later either, seems to be impossible to get in touch for a refund. bol.com became a SCAM that works with third party dropshipping companies, who are unreachable.
Polite and honest customer service but poor ordering and delivery service. I ordered a washing machine before 23:59 so hoping to get it delivered the next day.. Wishful thinking. Had to Place the order for delivery on Mon due to weekend. Monday morning, first received the email stating it is going to be delivered at such and such .. a bit later got another email advising they cannot deliver .. when investigated the matter, it was found out that the item was damaged! (somewhere on this process). I phoned the bol (on advice from the delivery company) to find that "bol cannot send me another WM of the same make/model or else due to a technical problem in their system since 2018!!!!". So I cannot explain it to myself why should they take an order at first place when they have such issues? They are having customer's monies in their account while they knew it was not possible to deliver the order! - I clearly asked the guy twice if I could order another WM but the answer was a clear NO. The mismatch between what delivery company told me (damaged item call for redelivery) and what bol told me (system error - no order at all - cancel the current one) is also baffling. So all and all, you are free to try them but consider my experience above :)
Bestel hier vaak spullen naar alle tevredenheid. Wel vind ik dat ze moeten communiceren met hun levernaciers, in dit geval van de bezorgdiensten. Al paar keer problemen gehad met Dynalogic en met Post NL over producten die niet binnen de aangegeven kaders worden geleverd.

VALUABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Do not buy from bol.com if there is a chance that a repair is necessary. I had to send my new iPhone 3 times to have it repaired. The phone has not been repaired and I was promised to get my money back. After 2.5 months of lots of contact with other employees who all say and do something different, I have not received any money and my phone has returned that does not work.
The service is good as long as there are no issues with the items. I have bought tons of stuff over the years on bol, and i was always happy with the service. Until i had an issue with my latest purchase (NAS disk by synology) and there I changed my mind drastically. The item had an issue which made it stop working, under warranty. I send it back for repair to bol, i don t hear anything from them and after more than 3 weeks they send it back to me NOT WORKING. Then i call them, they apologize and tell me to send it again, that this time they ll fix it for real... i did send it, i waited another 3 weeks, and once again they sent it back to me NOT WORKING. Now i am in the process of sending it back to them once again, hoping that this time they will actually do something... otherwise i will need to contact some consumers associations
Waren grote fan van bol.com. Totdat ze voornamelijk over zijn gegaan op de externe verkopers. Bol is bol niet meer. Prijzen zijn hoger als bij de concurrenten en bol doet er niets aan.
Schrijf je hierover een review wordt deze verwijderd. Lekker betrouwbaar. En overal achter verschuilen.
Wij bestellen wel bij een lokale ondernemer. Die is je veel dankbaarder!

One of the best online shopping platforms in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. You can always return the goods and the money is in your account within two days. I use their services and recommend them to everyone. Well deserved five stars.
Top service from bol.com. Ordered a phone case that went through gsmschermkapot.nl. Gsmschermkapot.nl were not at home for service. First time delivered with damage. With some effort got a new one. Cracked within 1 day. But gsmschermkapot.nl were not at home. This was not possible and I broke it myself. Was even their best running product and they sold up to 200 a week. Crazy if you make your complaint that the product is suddenly no longer orderable ???? Complaint submitted to bol.com. And they have taken it neat and top. Top service bol.com.
Already often ordered via Bol, always without problems. Now via supplier Vortum & Design BV in Venray, however, bad experience: order a fan on Tuesday (just before the warm weekend) that would be delivered the next day. Wednesday no delivery: notice that he would come on Friday. Friday no delivery: I contact the customer service of Vortum & Design where they tell me that it can be delivered on Saturday but I have to contact GLS myself. Bol.com is a great company, but it is better not to do business with the vidaXL deliverers. I don't have any good experiences with that now, but they are benefiting from Bol.com's good reputation
Today I would receive a book that I ordered last week. I have purchased this book to prepare for an exam that will take place on November 29. I had to contact one of your employees to find out that the book will not be delivered until the 30th, although I was told that it would happen no later than the 22nd (today). Ordered hair cutting machine (Tondeuse) through bol.com partner Lyvastyle. But DPD delivered it to my neigbour and haven t informed to witch one, on their app showed that package is in Berkel en Rodenreijs. But thanks to help desk on both sides. Angel from bol.com checked everything he could and we agreed to contact Lyvastyle next morning. And what you know, 9am I received an email from Lyvastyle with all the information where my package is. 5+ stars from me.
Usually very satisfied. The core business seems a bit lost and BOL is now doing everything. The subcontractors, I call them that, do not always deliver that quality.
Discarded from the affiliate partner program without any valid reason. Purely on the basis of assumptions and false accusations. I had expected something better from you! The affiliate has already been removed, now replaced by another company that does well with the people who generate for their free income. So don't do business with it!
Note: Think twice before creating a SELECT ACCOUNT. They advertise with * Today Delivered With Select articles Free * Well so not !!!! I have had a lot of hassle with it. When they are 'busy' they blame PostNL for not being able to deliver on time. I (a loyal customer, I order something via Bol every month) have never been able to make the choice that it will be delivered the same day. They don't look for solutions at customer services, you only get YES-BUT answers. So if you plan on creating a select account for this option, I advise you not to do it! And otherwise I hope you are more lucky;).
And you can only cancel your subscription when it is about to expire! A few months in advance (when the customer wants to cancel himself!) It is not possible.
Ordered a computer game (Minecraft) for my daughter three weeks ago and I still don't have a working code to download. Customer service can not help me and will pass the message and do not know if I can get a refund. Second notification about activation windows (two laptops purchased via bol.com) I receive information by email that does not help me further. They are now working with both complaints, but have been calling and emailing for weeks without any result.
Rude talk to customer service representatives. Transfer everything to the supplier of the product and take no responsibility at all. Moreover, that supplier is still fully active on bol.com, so they do nothing with the complaint.
Slender way of advertising due to the so-called fast delivery times. Don't fall for people here, it usually takes two to three days to get your things. It is mind blowing that Bol is allowed to advertise in a false way.
BOL.COM misleads the buyers on its site where you are assisted !! On 30/12/2019 I chose to purchase from Bol.com i.v.m. good warranty conditions that appear at the top of their webpage: Free shipping from 20, - Delivery the same day, in the evening or during the weekend and Free returns if the product is not satisfactory. Order a mattress under these conditions. This was delivered the next day but was thrown down by the driver who was already gone before I opened my front door. Mattress will be vacuum sealed and rolled up in thick foil so in order to try I have to unpack it. After 3 days of tossing, turning the mattress over and trying all the halves but not being able to sleep because of poverty go to sleep on the couch. Immediately e-mailed Bol.com that I do not like the mattress and I receive a response from the Bol.com supplier. I will use the mattress the wrong way to sleep in the wrong half or use it upside down. Indicates that this is not the case and asks for urgent intervention. It stays out. After repeated emails from me to Bol.com I continue to receive responses from their mattress supplier Perfecthomeshop who repeatedly tries to send me into the forest with the same text. After almost 25 days of sleeping on the couch, Bol.com called customer service and what is their answer:
Sir you have not bought a mattress from us but at Perfecthomeshop so his / her conditions apply in this and they do not take the mattress back. This is the position of the management of Bol.com and you have to deal with that. I have selected the product on the Bol.com website, I have paid to Bol.com and I have lodged my complaint with Bol.com and now Bol.com is suddenly hiding behind the conditions of one of its suppliers. Conditions that, incidentally, are 100% in conflict with a judgment / ruling of the European Court in which it is stated that you can unpack a mattress to try and that it does not lose 100% its value as Perfecthomeshop now claims. CONSUMERS ATTENTION !! WHEN YOU BUY ON BOL.COM THE RETURN / WARRANTY CONDITIONS OF THEIR SUPPLIERS APPLY. Those beautiful cries at the top of their site are empty promises of a large, in my eyes fast sinking ship that is good at taking your money.
What a ball site. If you try to order something, you will receive errors again and again. Have now paid twice but then you get a message that the order did not go well. Mistake, they say, but nicely depreciated twice ... Nice as much as this.
Made an order. 2 days this order did not come. Then they changed for another 3 days. Late order and even very. They are not responsible for this. Spoiled my holiday. The girl was left without a padark ...
Worst shopping experience I've had so far in NL. The company makes (and make you pay for) delivery promises they can't keep. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.
Often OK but pay attention when ordering products that state that they are on offer. (games for example). In the past few weeks several times have seen that the products were not an offer at all and a few days later just standard for the offer price were sold. Some products will return again. I do not like misleading customers.
Bought a bicycle light a year ago for around 40, - for mountain biking etc. Now there was a problem with the housing, causing the light to fall off the bicycle during cycling (during the day). Untraceable. After calling the service desk, I received a new copy at no cost. What a great service! Tribute.
Karcher se 4001 bought after 5 defects. For the repair you have to pack it yourself and send it back. Been sweet for 2 hours. That should be more customer-friendly.
Unfortunately, it does not always work well at Bol.com! Ordered a Karcher from Bol.com and received the wrong machine. If you report this to Bol.com you will be referred to the "partner" and they must resolve it ... ... unfortunately in our case it will not work out.
Very bad I will never order here again months ago reserved a game and moved in between, changed my address. Is the game sent to the old address three days ago while I have neatly passed on my address? Response from bol this is not our problem but this is up to you and you still have to pay for your order! Customer friendly dude not solved well!
I had ordered an expensive bound book. I get a damaged copy. I asked for compensation because this was clearly a second-hand book. They offered a gift voucher of five Euro. It was the last one and there was a long delivery time. Bad service. I never order here again!
Cancelled my order since they messed up my delivery. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund ( 893). I called numerous times, they keep saying they are working on it, but never call back, no manager available to talk to, and keep saying there is nothing more they can do. I am now considering legal options.
Prices are going well, but let something packing for 1.99 best do not .. Gift Wrapping is not even around the product .. Do not offer this service to e ..: /
