Ordered June 4 - June 20 still awaiting settlement...
Ordered June 4 - June 20 still awaiting settlement of the chaos.
I ordered some via #bolcom from reseller A and C elektro (Art and Craft). This was to be delivered on June 5th. Without any form of good communication, the order has already been canceled 4 times and rescheduled once due to a sorting error at Dynalogic.
We are now doing everything possible to please deliver our order. Twitter, Phone, Mail and Chat with #Bolcom, Art and Craft and Dynalogic. But all this effort that is already ridiculous that we have to do this is to no avail.
Today it took another day off, Art en Craft had promised that it would actually be delivered today.
What does a #bolcom customer have to do to have their order delivered? Unfortunately, the Internet is full of the above complaint, which gives no hope.
We are already in contact, but hope that you will now ensure that if something is ordered on your site, this is also delivered.

Another new appointment has just been made for delivery, attempt 5. We remain in the same circle from #sort error to contacting, #bolcom contacts the reseller, they again with dynalogic, then we get a new delivery date and then again see a sort error canceled delivery.
This problem always has the same solution for us that results in the same no delivery every time.
Again we have to wait and see if the package is delivered, if not we will do the same round again .......

We received something from Dynalogic, then you finally think the TV is here! But no, it turns out to be a different cheaper model than the one we ordered and paid for. How difficult can it be to deliver the right TV within the set deadline. Now we have been with #ArtenCraft #Bolcom and #Dynalogic for days to please deliver our TV. Then you get him it's the wrong one.
Are we going to do the whole story over again, beg again, etc.?

The TV has now been picked up and BOL has a suitable solution for us that we appreciate. HOWEVER, the TV was picked up last week and we now have to wait until it is returned by AC elektro (Art and Craft reseller on bulb). According to Bol, this could last until the end of this week. Which probably also means that AC electro will only then process the payment. WHAT A DRAMA THIS IS! IT LOOKS LIKE THIS JOKE WILL LAST ANOTHER 5 OR 6 WEEKS IN ADDITION TO ALL EFFORTS.
