DO NOT BUY HERE !! - if it goes wrong YOU are the victim -

1) Called for the fourth time tonight because an order had not arrived: got sent from pillar to post.

2) Request to speak to manager was declined: "was procedure".

3) Order canceled, but not accepted: "was proceeding".

4) Money requested to be refunded: an investigation is first done, and the product SHOULD be found ... only then will the money be returned ... (?)

5) The postal collection point indicates that there are problems: only the sender is allowed to contact them about this

6) The most hopeless ...: the operator hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation!

7) A day later another conversation with customer service did not go as planned: DO NOT BUY HERE!

Other product in my delivery. When I asked to change for good one, they make the price 50 more!!! Customer service didn't help me, and didn't want to tell where can I sent complaint.
So when you buy something, really quick check your item because they can sent you different, cheaper product en if you sent it back the price will be bigger and you have to wait for your money. Still waiting for my money.

Ik bestel bij BOL een artikel. Dit komt dan blijkbaar bij Art en Craft vandaan. Ik zou het de volgende dag ontvangen en krijg daarvan een bericht. Vervolgens krijg ik een bericht van de vervoerder dat het artikel niet ontvangen is en dat het niet bezorgd wordt.
Even laten stuurt BOL weer vrolijk een email dat het wordt bezorgd maar uiteraard krijg ik niets. Ik moet dan zelf bij de verkoper er achteraan. En dat terwijl ik bij BOL bestel en betaal.
Ik stuur een email naar Art en Craft en dan zeggen ze doodleuk dat het OLV Hemelvaart is what ever that may be, en dus maw kan ik wachten tot ik een ons weeg.
BOL is dus niet echt een handig bedrijf om bij te bestellen. En zeker niet als het artikel dan bij Art en Craft vandaan komt.
Bestellen gaat verder wel makkelijk en betalen ook. Maar als er problemen zijn moet je bij een derde bedrijf er achter aan.

Na een tijd weer eens wat besteld. helaas is het er allemaal niet beter op geworden. bol lijkt wel een soort marktplaats. zelfs als ze garanderen dat iets de volgende dag bezorgd wordt dan is dit een keiharde leugen.
Maar ook nu ligt het eraan wie het verstuurt en hoe het verstuurd wordt.
Als tracking wordt gebruikt dan komt het op de afgesproken dag. Helaas versturen veel partners van bol met een simpele envelop. Dan kan het heel lang duren voor post het bezorgt! allekabels is zo een bedrijf.
Geef dan geen lever datum af als je het niet kan waarmaken.
Goed dat er ook nog winkels zijn.

With all due respect but I feel very scammed. I got Intel i3 instead of i7, I got Windows 7 control instead of Windows 10 control. Worst of all, I get a message that the software is illegal. This is disrespectful. Normally I never give 1 star but this is abnormal.

Na een paar bestellingen die de dag nadien niet aankwamen, nu nog slechter!
Ik ben betalende klant voor select, verzekerd de dag erop thuis? Niet dus.
Ik bestelde 1 art op voorraad, de zelfde nacht, mailtje dat jet niet zou lukken maar wel 10dagen! later. 11d later nog steeds geen pakje.
Dus opnieuw via klantendienst (niet echt vriendelijk) opnieuw besteld. Een week later niets ontvangen en plots een retour mail. Ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen en daarmee was het voor hun opgelost.
Ik bestel voortaan liever bij de concurrent die wel op tijd kan leveren.

Honderd sterren voor Astrid van de klanten service.
Maandag , over 5 dagen naar het Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis, dus kan slaapbank die dag niet bezorgd worden. Stuurt Astrid haar vriendje mee ; een allerschattigst konijn, met te grote voeten, die je aan het lachen maakt.
Verrassing dus !!!!
Krijgt ons kind maandag te zien. Zus riep meteen : "Een vriend voor Snuffie," haar konijn knuffel, waar ze onafscheidelijk mee is.
Super ontroerend.
Wordt de dag meteen veel beter, voor iedereen met zo'n grote vriend op pad.

Ordered June 4 - June 20 still awaiting settlement...

Ordered June 4 - June 20 still awaiting settlement of the chaos.

I ordered some via #bolcom from reseller A and C elektro (Art and Craft). This was to be delivered on June 5th. Without any form of good communication, the order has already been canceled 4 times and rescheduled once due to a sorting error at Dynalogic.

We are now doing everything possible to please deliver our order. Twitter, Phone, Mail and Chat with #Bolcom, Art and Craft and Dynalogic. But all this effort that is already ridiculous that we have to do this is to no avail.

Today it took another day off, Art en Craft had promised that it would actually be delivered today.

What does a #bolcom customer have to do to have their order delivered? Unfortunately, the Internet is full of the above complaint, which gives no hope.

We are already in contact, but hope that you will now ensure that if something is ordered on your site, this is also delivered.

Of course, I will also let you know if #bolcom will solve it properly and how this went.

UPDATE 6/13 4:50 PM:
Another new appointment has just been made for delivery, attempt 5. We remain in the same circle from #sort error to contacting, #bolcom contacts the reseller, they again with dynalogic, then we get a new delivery date and then again see a sort error canceled delivery.

This problem always has the same solution for us that results in the same no delivery every time.

Again we have to wait and see if the package is delivered, if not we will do the same round again .......

We received something from Dynalogic, then you finally think the TV is here! But no, it turns out to be a different cheaper model than the one we ordered and paid for. How difficult can it be to deliver the right TV within the set deadline. Now we have been with #ArtenCraft #Bolcom and #Dynalogic for days to please deliver our TV. Then you get him it's the wrong one.

Are we going to do the whole story over again, beg again, etc.?

The TV has now been picked up and BOL has a suitable solution for us that we appreciate. HOWEVER, the TV was picked up last week and we now have to wait until it is returned by AC elektro (Art and Craft reseller on bulb). According to Bol, this could last until the end of this week. Which probably also means that AC electro will only then process the payment. WHAT A DRAMA THIS IS! IT LOOKS LIKE THIS JOKE WILL LAST ANOTHER 5 OR 6 WEEKS IN ADDITION TO ALL EFFORTS.

I had a very friendly lady on the phone and she explained the problem to me.

Received this today, very thoughtful.
Instead of being negative, the lady in question may be put in the limelight for the after-sales .

In the past few months I bought two presents for my 7 year old son. The first time a completely different item was delivered, the second time the item was only delivered after 5 days. While the site simply states that it will be delivered the next day. Very disappointing.

3 items ordered, all in stock and available within a day, then get a message that it will be the 23rd (one week later than the order) best separately since it was available and within a day. On the 22nd message that a product is not available, a product has already been delivered and the 3rd I hear nothing about, contacted several times through and it is always said that it will be the 23rd (the last 2 items) finally canceled the order because it was not available until at least the end of January. Next day ordered on whekamp and the next day everything in the house.

ALWAYS worry about delivering items on time, delivery times that are promised will not be met last minute. Apologies enough, it is always up to third parties, sub-suppliers, etc. What on earth do I have to do with that, do I order it on bol.com?

It is counting down until Amazon has really arrived here, because of this amatueristic bullshit I am happy about it.

Two products that were ordered in stock. 3 weeks later received nothing. I call (otherwise OK customer service), I am told that both products will be delivered within a week. Then I receive half of my order (so a month later) and I can wait another month for the other half.

That's neat nie hea.

(P.S. Can't be a Christmas rush. Ordered much earlier. Otherwise I understood.)

Update; Customer service is still friendly. Unfortunately, that does not make things faster. Second half still not in, and has been postponed for a second week. I am going to move in May (now JAN) and I am starting to wonder if I have to report an address change ...

Crappy service they put a DVD title on their website that they don't have. It is 3 DVD for 20 euros. Get a DVD that my son already has instead of the right one. If you call they cannot just send another title that he does not have yet, then I have to order it separately. And I get a credit voucher. Customer service can not help me and will pass the message and do not know if I can get a refund. Second notification about activation windows (two laptops purchased via bol.com) I receive information by email that does not help me.

Nice that you pay afterwards. But don't do it too often, then you are suddenly known as a negative fraud check. It is strange if everything is paid for on time. I also had to find out because I contacted me, my orders were only canceled with the standard phrase "Your order was canceled, because we can only supply a limited quantity of the chosen items".

For me, bol is a preferred web store. Order stuff there for years (from coffee maker to games) and you just know that your order will arrive nicely. Sometimes also some nice offers and find the possibility to order items at partner shops or 2nd hand items very nice.

Bol is working with Dynalogic now for such deliveries and installations, probably the worst logistics company in the Netherlands based on the reviews I've seen...i would not recommend you buy anything from here that requires installation. Amazon will be in the Netherlands soon, as long as they work with competent logistics companies, they won't have much competition...
