Ordered a computer game (Minecraft) for my daughte...

Ordered a computer game (Minecraft) for my daughter three weeks ago and I still don't have a working code to download. Customer service can not help me and will pass the message and do not know if I can get a refund. Second notification about activation windows (two laptops purchased via bol.com) I receive information by email that does not help me further.
They are now working with both complaints, but have been calling and emailing for weeks without any result.
