The service is good as long as there are no issues with the items. I have bought tons of stuff over the years on bol, and i was always happy with the service. Until i had an issue with my latest purchase (NAS disk by synology) and there I changed my mind drastically. The item had an issue which made it stop working, under warranty. I send it back for repair to bol, i don t hear anything from them and after more than 3 weeks they send it back to me NOT WORKING. Then i call them, they apologize and tell me to send it again, that this time they ll fix it for real... i did send it, i waited another 3 weeks, and once again they sent it back to me NOT WORKING. Now i am in the process of sending it back to them once again, hoping that this time they will actually do something... otherwise i will need to contact some consumers associations
