Already often ordered via Bol, always without problems. Now via supplier Vortum & Design BV in Venray, however, bad experience: order a fan on Tuesday (just before the warm weekend) that would be delivered the next day. Wednesday no delivery: notice that he would come on Friday. Friday no delivery: I contact the customer service of Vortum & Design where they tell me that it can be delivered on Saturday but I have to contact GLS myself. GLS turns out not to deliver on Saturday and my package still appears to be in the Netherlands ... When I try to call customer service again, they no longer answer. An error can happen, but correct information & service via customer service is a minimum
