By far the most horrible online shop I have dealt with. Both as a seller and a buyer I have made exclusively bad experiences with the shop. Selling and buying policies are far from comprehensive and straight forward. Especially selling items come with a lot of hidden costs, that the seller is not made aware of. Moreover, customer services is horribly incompetent and unable to help.

Op vrijdag rond 21:00 heb ik een airco besteld bij Bol.com, Bol.com geeft aan dat wanneer hij voor 00:00 besteld is de volgende dag in huis is. Helaas was dit al niet het geval. Het pakket zou verzonden worden via dynalogic, daar heb ik al geen goede ervaringen mee.
Op zaterdag ochtend heb ik dynalogic gebeld omdat de levertijd nogsteeds tussen 08:00 en 20:00 in de avond stond. Die gaven mij aan omdat het pakket pas om 04:30 op het sorteercentrum was niet meer ingepland ging worden. Ik heb daarover bol.com ook ingelicht en die gaven ook aan niets te kunnen doen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een half uur later een mail dat ik een tegoedbon van 20 euro heb gekregen.
Op maandag rond 11:40 kwam het pakket dan toch aan. Het pakket leek echter wel waterschade te hebben en bij uitpakken van de airco bleek dat deze ook vochtig was. Ik heb bol.com via facebook messenger gecontacteerd en gevraagd of dit wel veilig is. De medewerker geeft aan er geen verstand van te hebben maar volgens hem is het wel veilig.
Als je iets verkoopt moet je er toch ook verstand van hebben? Of vraag het na. Deze keer is de service echt waardeloos. Jammer, toch weet ik wel weer dat witgoedproducten en elektronica toch weer bij CoolBlue ga bestellen. Die bezorgen zelf en niet via DynaLogic

Their website promises next day delivery, which is why I purchased from them even though there were cheaper options. The next day I received an email with a tracking number that made it clear that it will not arrive until 4 days later.
It didn t. After a call with customer service I was offered to cancel the order and get a refund or reorder with next day delivery.
No compensation whatsoever.
I am still waiting for a product that I could have ordered for a cheaper price and would have received already.
I can fully understand that sometimes things go wrong, but don t make promises if you don t intend to keep them.

So I have been busy for a month and a half getting replacement parts from a broken chair. And chat have already spoken to 4 people and each time: "Yes, we will do our best" But meanwhile, done nothing and their partner vidaXL playing the game from pillar to post glorious note, while no solution for me affected.
I think it is very unfortunate that this is going so badly and that one cannot take the RESPONSIBILITY of selling a bad product! Extremely disappointing state of affairs!

Was always satisfied with BOL, but now that they have teamed up with DHL .. Not very satisfied. I think DHL is only assessed as a delivery service and well then you would not think. Now I had waited for my package and unfortunately a card in my letterbox that they had missed me while there are 2 cars in the driveway and we are just at home.
