By far the most horrible online shop I have dealt with. Both as a seller and a buyer I have made exclusively bad experiences with the shop. Selling and buying policies are far from comprehensive and straight forward. Especially selling items come with a lot of hidden costs, that the seller is not made aware of. Moreover, customer services is horribly incompetent and unable to help.

Top no complaints, everything neatly on time, something can of course always go wrong, but not yet happen to us

Was a good company once. Better leave the Netherlands now. Quickly to the competitor.

I made several orders there. Always quick delivery. In case when the goods were defective I got replacement or reimbursement via customer service without any problems.

Very well helped after an order went wrong from my side so that I missed a discount Mon after 1 call that was compensated with a voucher from me a well-earned 5 stars

Advertise and sell product that they don't have in stock!

Worthless customer service. Watch out for 'sales partner' Brandsupply24. When it comes to a warranty issue, they don't give home and hide behind their supplier!

Op vrijdag rond 21:00 heb ik een airco besteld bij Bol.com, Bol.com geeft aan dat wanneer hij voor 00:00 besteld is de volgende dag in huis is. Helaas was dit al niet het geval. Het pakket zou verzonden worden via dynalogic, daar heb ik al geen goede ervaringen mee.

Op zaterdag ochtend heb ik dynalogic gebeld omdat de levertijd nogsteeds tussen 08:00 en 20:00 in de avond stond. Die gaven mij aan omdat het pakket pas om 04:30 op het sorteercentrum was niet meer ingepland ging worden. Ik heb daarover bol.com ook ingelicht en die gaven ook aan niets te kunnen doen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een half uur later een mail dat ik een tegoedbon van 20 euro heb gekregen.

Op maandag rond 11:40 kwam het pakket dan toch aan. Het pakket leek echter wel waterschade te hebben en bij uitpakken van de airco bleek dat deze ook vochtig was. Ik heb bol.com via facebook messenger gecontacteerd en gevraagd of dit wel veilig is. De medewerker geeft aan er geen verstand van te hebben maar volgens hem is het wel veilig.

Als je iets verkoopt moet je er toch ook verstand van hebben? Of vraag het na. Deze keer is de service echt waardeloos. Jammer, toch weet ik wel weer dat witgoedproducten en elektronica toch weer bij CoolBlue ga bestellen. Die bezorgen zelf en niet via DynaLogic

Their website promises next day delivery, which is why I purchased from them even though there were cheaper options. The next day I received an email with a tracking number that made it clear that it will not arrive until 4 days later.

It didn t. After a call with customer service I was offered to cancel the order and get a refund or reorder with next day delivery.

No compensation whatsoever.

I am still waiting for a product that I could have ordered for a cheaper price and would have received already.

I can fully understand that sometimes things go wrong, but don t make promises if you don t intend to keep them.

Well what a customer service ..... I am full of it!
So I have been busy for a month and a half getting replacement parts from a broken chair. And chat have already spoken to 4 people and each time: "Yes, we will do our best" But meanwhile, done nothing and their partner vidaXL playing the game from pillar to post glorious note, while no solution for me affected.
I think it is very unfortunate that this is going so badly and that one cannot take the RESPONSIBILITY of selling a bad product! Extremely disappointing state of affairs!

New accommodation looks very modern and sleek. AH To Go is even present incl. 'Terrace'. In addition to being a business partner, I am also a customer. To date, I have always been treated very well and the orders have been delivered quickly and neatly. The repair procedure is easy but a very closed process. You get the feeling that you have to be happy that it is done. Nevertheless, I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend it to everyone.

I already pay special attention to avoiding those attic room sellers, but sometimes you are too quick to click and then you have to wait and see whether everything will be alright ... and in half the cases fat drama.
It does NOT ship or you get fake items or very bad China stuff from our friend Aliexpress.

All my orders are canceled. That has already happened 5 times. Customer service passes it on to the right department. He says that everything is fine and that the order must succeed. Samuel from customer service even ended the conversation because he didn't know how to help me. Now there may be a credit on my account which I will never get back.

Good company an XBOX ONE bought from an external seller for very cheap to do some fun games like just dance with the kinect very nice.

Was always satisfied with BOL, but now that they have teamed up with DHL .. Not very satisfied. I think DHL is only assessed as a delivery service and well then you would not think. Now I had waited for my package and unfortunately a card in my letterbox that they had missed me while there are 2 cars in the driveway and we are just at home. Next time I will switch to Coolblue so that my package will be delivered the day I expect it. Really annoying. Day BOL.com. You can now receive a return shipment because order it now from someone else.

Confusing commercial on their website for what concern their delivery offers for washing machines. If the machine comes via their partner all the delivery assistance they offer does not count.

Don't get the negative reactions. I ordered a lot here and it went wrong twice. No problem and so solved. Top service. Wonder if the people who complain have contacted. Because I am rarely as good and quickly helped as here. Definitely recommended and the return deals are a smart move!

Bol verkoopt niet alles zelf maar via partners. Als je product niet wordt geleverd is de partner verantwoordelijk maar je betaal aan bol.com. slim spel alleen wordt je er al klant niet vrolijk van. Geef mij maar coolblue die snappen hoe het werkt.

Echt een fantastisch bedrijf. Een betere service bestaat niet. Razendsnelle levering, en bij problemen direct het geld terug. Geen wonder dat alle winkels failliet gaan... Iedereen naar Bol!

Webshop that has deceitful practices. Appeals to article 4.2 of their purchase conditions to come out with sales through "obvious mistake". Never again. I advise everyone to think carefully before buying here!

Great customer service. package was only delivered to the neighbors, while this was not the case. caused unnecessary panic ..

I paid the option +1 euro to have the delivery in the evening.
The next day in the evening I received ... a message saying the delivery was not possible and will take place the next day in ... the morning!
They didn't reimburse me my 1 euro!

Ideal. Sometimes slightly more expensive than other web shops. A point for improvement is the much too large packaging for the items to be delivered. Recently ordered something small .... I pick it up at the Albert Heijn ... there is a huge box around it ... not handy when you're on the bike.

Ordered dozens of times, 1 time an item arrived a day later and 1 time an item arrived damaged. That does say that Bol.com is a top (web) shop, they get the well-deserved ***** 5 stars !! For the best experience, order from bol.com yourself;)

I am very disappointed with this shop. Third time I bought something from this shop and third time it came damaged. Jalousie had a dent, a pan had a huge scratch and delivered today heater has a crack. I don't recommend this site for shopping
