Went to go get a tire fixed and the guy told me he would take care of it and than he told me the fix was not reparable and I would need to get a new tire which I understand but he goes and charges me for the fix of the other tire and charges me to put the spare on which I could of done myself! So I m out 36$ so a stupid tire I m not using! Will not be coming back here again!

To provide history of our previous service dealerships, Bob Rohrman Schaumburg is our 3rd Ford Dealership that we have gone to. The level of service on the previous dealerships was poor. Specifically, the service department had poor customer service on the call center, poor updates or follow ups, and ultimately repairs that were done had to be done a 2nd time. I want to single out Evans Marianakis as the service manager that took care of us. I had a single point of contact with him on his cell. Our service request consisted of many repairs that needed to be addressed. Evans broke down each repair, the cost of repair of repair, and professional recommendation of the priority level for each repair. Evans took consideration our safety as well as our financial limitations. Do the repairs needed, Evans provided us with a loaner car without charge. Throughout the repair timeframe, Evans provided me with regular updates daily to keep me in the loop. Our family is extremely satisfied with the the level of service Bob Rohrman Ford in Schaumburg provided us and we will continue to bring our truck for future service.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership / service center. They told us that a problem with our Ford would be covered under warranty, proceeded to do work on the car and then charged us a few hundred dollars for work that we never agreed to (and never received any quote for). The service team is hostile with horrible attitudes toward their customers. If you argue that you never authorized work, they refuse to return your keys and threaten to call the police if you leave.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Update: Ford reached out asking for me to contact them. I did. I left my contact information with no return call. I followed up again the next day and they were "unavailable". Customer Service has no direct line or email. They post responses on Google to appear customer friendly but they don't actually want to speak with you.

He truly cares about the customer's wants and needs! With a bright smile on his face, you can already tell that he is a very honest and respectable guy. Mike Wrona also goes above and beyond for what the customers need! The staff is truly amazing, and I am very happy with my new Ford Fusion!

We went into the Bob Rohrman Ford to look at a couple of used Ford Edges. I had called the night before and gotten some information from Dave and said I would come in the following day. Dave gave me Juan's name, since he said it was his day off.

Juan was very nice - he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive in no time. He answered all of our questions we had about the vehicle. In the end, it was a toss up between the used one we test drove and just getting a new one. This is where the manager stepped in - Paul (Bochenek?). He asked us what was the offer we got at the other dealership we went to, and suggested that we buy the new car from him instead. He said that he can probably make us a better offer. And he did.

We have been shopping around for a car for almost a month at this point and have visited 4 different dealership. This one was the best experience of all of them. Paul was very nice, never pushy, and just gave us an offer we couldn't resist. They made the whole process very smooth and made sure they didn't waste any of our time. We filled out the paperwork and were told that we'd get a call when the car was ready (the car we wanted was not actually at this dealership). We went back the same night to pick up the new car.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this dealership. Frank Bahena and Karla Arteaga were a huge help and did everything they could to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. I end up purchasing a Chevrolet which I never thought I would do at a Ford dealership but it was the best car for me and the staff at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford was a huge help.

Took my car there for an oil change. I chose 'the works' package which includes motorcraft synthetic blend oil and multipoint inspection. They did everything except one. They used conventional valvoline oil instead of Motorcraft synthetic blend. They advertise they use synthetic blend oil and does some cheap things like this.

Ultimately they did find the car I was looking for though, and Bebe stepped in when our sales person became unavailable; she ultimately did a phenomenal job of wrapping things up for us.

Be careful in dealing with this place. In fact, don't waste your time they don't appear to be very honest. I got an on line price from them that was about $4,000 less than any other price I had seen for this car. When I questioned how they could be that much cheaper I was told they were "program cars" that had about 2,000 miles on them and were discounted accordingly. So I drove 140 miles to buy one and was quoted a price that was about $6,000 more than the online price. When I showed the salesman the online price I was quoted and told him I wanted one of the "program cars" he didn't seem to know what I was talking about and said the online price included some incentives I didn't qualify for. Nothing was said about incentives when I got the online price. I was told that was an out the door price. The salesman told me there was no difference in the price of the first car he showed us that had 3,000 plus miles on it and the second car he showed us that had 14 miles on it. I had been badly mislead on what I could buy this car for and can buy it at my local small town dealer for about the same price. I didn't need to drive 280 miles round trip, and waste eight hours of my time, to found out I could buy this car at my local dealership for the same price. Bottom line, don't pay any attention to an online price you get from them it doesn't mean a thing.

I bought a Ford Escape from Bob Rohrman Ford. Everything about my experience was exceptional. It was a clean, well-kept dealership, and the staff was friendly and truly cared about my experience. Adolfo was my salesman, and he greatly exceeded the expectations I had. He was very welcoming and warm-hearted, and I could tell he cared about me as a customer. Above all, I got a great deal on my car! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Recent experience from Bob Rohrman in Schaumburg. (Status update as of this review: The manager I spoke with was going to do his best to resolve Item #1 below and update me on, 12/9. I have left two voicemails inquiring since and have not received a call back from the manager). Very disappointing

1- After going back and forth on the value of my trade, the floor manager presented to me on paper and verbally a final sales price for my trade. I accepted; we shook hands. This was the final piece in the transaction that we had been going back and forth on. Later in the evening when I got home, I reviewed all the paperwork and realized he gave me $500 less for the trade then what we agreed to. (I am disappointed in myself for not fact-checking this during the process and prior to walking out the door; that is on me. However, I provided the gentleman with a benefit of the doubt as to his decency, word, and morality).

2- One of the two keys was never programmed. (Again, this is on me for not fact-checking both keys prior to leaving the dealer).

3- Purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and informed the finance manager not too cash the check until Wednesday. (Tuesday probably would have been fine but I wanted to play it safe because the transfer from an online savings account to a separate checking account can sometimes take 48 hours during a business week). Check was cashed on Monday resulting in an NSF fee. I reminded him of this two times during this final transaction step including writing a reminder down for him on a post-it note.

4- Found myself waiting during negotiations for an extended period too find the salesperson and his supervisor who was working with us sitting down eating pizza in the breakout room. (Totally fine; we all need and deserve breaks. However, it would be decent of them to inform their potential buyer that they need a few minutes to take a break).

Not one to post reviews. However, this process was incredibly under-whelming and in reflecting seemingly unethical. The vehicle drives great and was a positive purchase. However, when three separate employees make erroneous actions it no longer appears to me as unintentional but more of a workplace cultural and leadership issues including most likely a pattern of ongoing trends.

He even didn't want to do business if the price is lower than the price offered on their website. And again, don't be cheated by the offer price with "instant savings". It won't be instant savings, never!! sales manager made me so angry!!!

If you want to be consistently lied to, this is the place. After telling me what was wrong with my car the service advisor Jeff refused to let me leave with my car. He said he ordered the parts and because it was on a Ford continued service plan I had no choice but to leave the car until the parts came in and I had to take a rental car. What? After a couple days went by and the weekend was over I called the service plan and they said that was absolutely NOT true. They have never required that. Obviously Jeff was just interested in getting the 30 bucks a day car rental that was on my plan for the dealership. He also asked me about a recall that was on my car and I told him no, I will bring the car back at another time for that. I needed my car fixed only at this time. We had this conversation twice and both times I told him NO, I will bring it back for the recall. When I went to pick up my car I found out he went ahead and did the recall anyway, regardless of me telling him no. Are you kidding me? How dare you take it upon yourself to do something that I explicitly told you not to do. Then he tried to lie his way out of it, I was so disgusted I just walked away. What a shyster. There were more lies and after $1800 my car still makes the same noise. Don't bring your car there for service, especially if you are a woman, they will do their damnedest to take advantage of you.

After buying the car the staff no longer had an obligation to be helpful or to seem trustworthy. It was a mistake buying from here and I regret it every time my car has an issue and it becomes a hassle to deal with them. Never once did my car come out clean after being serviced.

The night prior to my 8am service appointment, I brought my car to the dealership. When I dropped it off, I was told someone would call in the morning to find out what was wrong with the car.
At 3pm, when I hadn't heard from anyone, I texted the number I was given to ask what is going on with my car. Within minutes, I received a call saying the mechanic had been looking at my car all day and couldn't identify the issue. I explained to them exactly what was going on.
15 minutes after that call, I got another call informing me that based on my information the mechanic was able to identify the issue.
This leads me to assume the following: No one looked at my car until I sent the text - Otherwise, BR Ford has a very inefficient business model. Seems very wasteful to me to spend ALL day trying to figure out what is wrong with a car instead of calling the owner to find out the issue.

I would have been completely fine with my car not being looked at until 3pm, I just wish they would have just told the truth, instead of saying a mechanic had been looking at my car all day. That didn't leave me with much confidence in their mechanic because it wasn't an issue that would be that hard to identify.

Customer Service somewhat lacked, I NEVER heard from anyone at BR Ford without me reaching out to them first (keep in mind, they had my car for 5 days) Each time I contacted them, they were, "just about to contact me".

Either way, the car was fixed, everyone I worked with was very friendly (Zach) and they even allowed me to pick up my car before the warranty company paid them.

*Side note: Many people inside of the building were NOT wearing mask* Example: I had to walk in the side entrance as the front entrance was closed and 4 men were standing, in the building, without masks on. 2 were employees and 2 were customers.

Got a great lease deal awhile back but since then it has been one of the biggest mistakes ever. From what i remember the sales man was pushy and could care less about my needs for getting a new car. I should have walked away but i didnt. I signned the lease and everything was going great with my Ford focus. Then the recall notices came in. This and that and another. That is not even the worse part. I got my computer in my car reset two times and they keep telling me it will fix the problem. I think there is something seriously wrong with my cars trassmission. It is bumpy accelerating if it can even get up to speed. Has trouble passing and making dead stop left turns all that i have told service tech anfter service tech. Heres the reason i decided to write this review. If Dana calls it is a trick to sell you a new car she makes up some customer service bs. You think she is going to help you but what they do is try to sell you a new car. I can not wait till my lease is up and i can be done with this place.

This sells rep was also rude to my husband and when he was told the tires looked bald, this sells rep told us that we did not know what we were talking about. I will never come back to this dealership and I will no recommend this to anyone.

This is a 2 part review...Part 1, we purchased our Ford Edge LTD 2011 w/38000 miles back in October of 2014. Great experience, they didn't run our credit into the ground by pulling a million inquiries from a dozen banks like most dealerships do. It was one time and paperwork went fairly quickly. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Since then we've had absolutely NO issues with our vehicle other than the regular change tires and brakes. On to Part 2, our liftgate had some issues and a few other things so we took it in for repairs. Found out that the warranty didn't cover anything other than the gate repair. Sam, the manager was AMAZING!!!! He took care of all of our issues and rectified the situation. He passed us on to his service dept manager Dennis who was just as amazing and very professional. They gave us a brand new loaner and fixed all our issues in 24hrs. Top notch service!!! They went above and beyond. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer or repairing your vehicle there. You won't regret it. Thanks again Sam and Dennis!!!!

Took my car in for service. It making a humming noise while the car was moving. They took it for a test drive but said they couldn t hear the noise because the street was wet. I picked up the car and heard the noise plane as day on my way home and I only live 1/2 mile away. Not happy. Wasted a vacation day on this. Now I have to use another vacation day to get it fixed. Traveling to Minnesota in 3 weeks. Need to get it fixed before that

I made the online appointment and this was my second service at this Dealer. Very nice and humble staff. I liked the shuttle service for drop the car and pick me up when the car was ready.
The only thing I didn't get was the free car wash, for some reason they didn't do it when I got there and I didn't have time to ask for it.
It is something I expect with the dealer service.

Should I feign surprise? Amazingly enough.. this all still pertains to the initial review. Got my car back scratched. Deeply in one spot. Made the complaint 3 weeks ago, have I been able to speak to anyone? Has anyone reached out to me? Of course not.

Apparently they can call you when they dont like your reviews, but for nothing else.

Ive involved the BBB.

My opinion stands, i will never by a used car from a dealership again.

I dont know how to condense the below so I'll keep this short.

My 2nd rating was, while truly how I felt in that moment- pretty brutal. But things are a little more in perspective for me. So heres my update.

I got my car back yesterday. Everythings not great, but a lot has been addressed. Both Ford and Nissan were unable to coerce my car into showing them acceleration issues and because of that - they cant fix something that's not showing broken. (Cant be angry about that) soo.. when it happens the next time I will record it for evidence and see if something can be done then.

There were some recalls on my car that Nissan replaced for free and Ford waived my deductable for all the hassle. Also, it was discovered that they didnt have to give me a loaner car while they were keeping mine, so I do appreciate that.

As a first time car buyer, I'm still a little traumatized. But so far things are looking better. Engine noise is much quieter, normal for a car. I dont hear the ticking as loud either.

And again, until the acceleration issues reappear theres nothing I can do there.

I'd give them 3 1/2 stars if it gave us the option for halfs since they fixed all the things they were able to.

I may rate higher another tine - after it is seen how the remainder of other concerns are handled. But for now, yeah. Is what it is. I got my car back.

*Not great communication from Ford, not great experience. They had my car for a while and I had to call daily to pull information or updates. I was furious that on top of how much money I had spent that I would have to pay my first carnote while driving a loan vehicle.

It was a nice Loaner, but it was the principle, and it broke my heart to feel taken advantage of.

This rating may change as the week progresses to make sure I am being fair, but the circumstances currently call for this 2 star rating.

I financed a car from this dealership on the 15th of last month. Its so newly purchased that I havent even paid my made my first payment to the bank on it.

And yet, Since the 20th my engine has began to make very loud, Very EMBARASSING noises. Loud continous clicking, loud fan, loud everything! And every time I drive it I run into dangerous acceleration delays. (Here I am driving on the freeway when suddenly my car doesnt want to do 60mph. It can only manage 25, so it revs and slows down to 25 mid drive)

Now granted. I bought a used car. But this ridiculous. So I finally call off work to go back to the dealership (I didnt make an appointment. I Probably should have) and they are too busy to even Turn my car on. Too busy to even give it a glance, make sure its safe. They tell me I can leave it or schedule an appointment for another day. (The guy was very nice, nothing against him.) But really?

So I scheduled an appointment gor saturday because I work M-F during their business hours but... really.. I am extremely dissilludioned. I bought it less than 20 days ago. Yet you don't look even slightly surprised by this revelation. "Ill see if i can find someone to test drive your car." "They're busy" "we're behind"... I get that I should have made an appointment. That's and my bad. But cant you just reassure me? Even a little? 20 days. Thats all its been since I signed a contract with you and your lender to pay all that money.

Disappointing.

Jason Rose was fantastic, though I am disappointed in Ford Corporate and their reply and assistance. At 101,200 miles, my Rack & Pinion was squealing and needed to be replaced. I had ordered the 100k Extended Ford Warranty and performed all maintenance, but much of the standard maintenance service was performed at a variety of shops (as I travel across the country.) Though I do have the paperwork proving I maintained my vehicle, Ford would not make an exception to covering the R&P because I had not taken my car to a branded Ford service center. Jason tried to explain to Ford Corporate and was further denied. That said, Jason explained that the rest of the car was in great shape and would just need it's maintenance to keep it running smoothly.

Made an appointment for a Friday morning to test drive a specific vehicle. Emailed again the next day to move the appointment to Saturday Dec. 5th at 9am, which was accepted with no problems. The salesman I was communicating with, Joe, gave a number that reportedly allowed me to contact him directly, and said that I would be greeted upon arrival.
However, when I arrived I noticed there were several salesmen within the store that were either wearing their masks incorrectly or not wearing masks at all, so I stayed in my car and texted Joe to inform him that I arrived, but received no answer. I waited ten minutes with several salesmen inside clearly aware that I was sitting out there-- though one did come out only to smoke directly in front of the store and where I was parked-- but no one bothered to approach me. I then called the number Joe gave me, to have what I assume was a secretary answer, who then directed my call to I think the front desk? I was asked to come inside and replied that I refused to go in, so they said they would send someone out. I ended up with the same salesman who came out to smoke, didn't greet me properly or give his name, explain why the salesman I made the appointment with was not there, and also asked me to step inside. I don't understand why they wanted me to go inside when the car I wanted to see was outside?? Either way, I must have waited another ten minutes for them to bring the car to the front, which should have been ready and running (especially since the night before had been cold and all the cars were frosted over.) And since they must've only warmed up the car in that time, during the test drive I could not tell if the problems I was noticing were due to transmission troubles or the last minute start they gave the car. So when we returned to the dealership I stated that I was not interested in buying, but the salesman whose name I still did not know insisted on having me wait so he could speak to his manager about an out-the-door price, but when it was given to me I didn't even consider it before leaving.
In the end, the whole thing felt like a complete waste of time. I can't say for sure what happened with my scheduled appointment, but it was clearly forgotten and apparently not important enough for anyone to put more than the bare minimum of effort into helping me. At the very least, make sure your employees wear masks and don't smoke at your front entrance.
I'm off the market now, but even if I weren't I wouldn't consider coming to this dealership again.

The service department always explains the issues with my car before they do any work and I never feel pressure to buy anything I do not want. I was taken advantage of by a CARX dealer and told I needed a lot of work on my car that I did not need, but the Rohrman service people told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I trust that I will be told the truth and not taken advantage of at this dealership.

I went there to check on the 2018 Ford explorer, firstly they did not commit to the advertised price, they say it includes military, college grad incentives etc and quoted a higher price, whats even worse is the stock number i chosen out from the internet turns out to be a demo car and their sales guy tried to sell me that car with miles on it stating its as good as new, I do not go there again
