This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership / service center. They told us that a problem with our Ford would be covered under warranty, proceeded to do work on the car and then charged us a few hundred dollars for work that we never agreed to (and never received any quote for). The service team is hostile with horrible attitudes toward their customers. If you argue that you never authorized work, they refuse to return your keys and threaten to call the police if you leave.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Update: Ford reached out asking for me to contact them. I did. I left my contact information with no return call. I followed up again the next day and they were "unavailable". Customer Service has no direct line or email. They post responses on Google to appear customer friendly but they don't actually want to speak with you.
