I like working with Bob Rohrman because I have always received quality service and excellent customer service. The service department always explains the issues with my car before they do any work and I never feel pressure to buy anything I do not want. I was taken advantage of by a CARX dealer and told I needed a lot of work on my car that I did not need, but the Rohrman service people told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I trust that I will be told the truth and not taken advantage of at this dealership.
