I had a great experience at Bob Allen Ford. Woody got me a fair price on my wife's Escape, and made sure were satisfied customers the entire way through the process. There was a little issue with a small dent that appeared on the hood. To be honest, we weren't sure when or how it got there and I was afraid I would be stuck with it. 90% of dealers would told me to get lost, but they wanted to make sure we were satisfied and they fixed it no questions asked. I'll be going back, see Woody
