Buying a car at Bob Allen was a pleasant experience. My Salesman, Hank Glaeser, was outstanding.
Hank was a great listener, through in his demonstration during the test rides and excellent with follow through. He worked hard to find the car that matched my all my needs and wishes. This is not my first experience at Bob Allen but it was certainly the best! Ford finally has a well designed, reliable products to sell. I am pleased to drive my American made 2014 Ford Escape - what a sharp little truck that is fun to drive and just right for me. Thanks Hank and Jeff for the great service.
