I stopped by the dealership to look at a Ford Taurus. James Gwyn greeted me with a genuine smile and superior knowledge about the car. We went for a test drive. James made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions regarding the purchasing process. I was introduced to Brad Hewlitt whose family has built Bob Allen Ford into one of the top dealerships in the United States. He met me with warmth and genuine concern about making a car deal that was good for both of us. He introduced me to Mustang a large and gentle Labrador who was lying at his feet in his office. I believe I have met people in the car business that dispell the idea that they are only concerned about making the sale.
