After 3 trips to the dealership for the same problem, I have now been referred by Ford Motor Company's Customer Care department to seek a repair from a different dealership. The service department would not even look at my car for a transmission problem because they could not duplicate the problem to the degree that they felt required attention. That's right. They would not even look at it. Lip service, YES. Car service, NO.
