I ve been coming here for about 2 years to have my oil changed and any service needs taken care of. Usually the experience is pleasant, slow at times, but they take care of what needs to be taken care of. Recently both my husband and myself tried to make contact about a recall and were both left disappointed in the way we were treated about it. He was met with poor attitude and no one was willing to help him. I then tried to call and was on hold when another employee picked up and had a terrible attitude about what I was needing or why I was calling, I tried to explain to him that I d already spoken with someone about a recall on our vehicle, he became further aggressive with me and then told me it d be 30 days before parts would be in. How do you know that if you don t know what recall I m calling about as I d never given you any further information besides that I was waiting to hear back from the original person I d spoken with? I became so flustered I d hung up. I should have gotten his name. This is not an acceptable way to speak to patrons and I feel completely disrespected. I m calling for help, not to be talked down to like an imbecile.
