Purchasing my new car from Bob Allen was a breeze! Jerome and the finance team did a great job of listening too, and satisfying my needs. I had never traded before but they made the process painless and streamline. The environment was relaxed and did not feel like a typical "high pressure" car dealerships (and I have experienced that at every other Ford dealer). It was a quick process, it took longer to pick out our new vehicle than it did to actually "do the deal". I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Bob Allen!
