Though I didn't buy a car from here, it was not because of anything or anyone bad! I test drove a used X3 with Nick and he was amazing! I loved the car and he was super cool and straightforward and nice. Clean place, great selection of all vehicles! I ended up sticking with a new jeep grand cherokee, but I will 100% check this dealership out if and when I'm in the market for that BMW! Totally worth a look if you want a car!

Went in for the winter inspection for the X3 and received great service from Mike Collins. I m a total auto nerd so getting to walk under the car as it was on the lift and really survey every part of the vehicle from the exhaust to break calipers to the rear differential was not only informative but fun too :) Thanks Mike!

Just got my first ever BMW from Bill Jacobs BMW, great great service here. Worked with Nick Pandola and he is great. Nice man, very knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on my 2021 X3. They explained everything from price breakdown to all the features in my new car. It s so easy to work with them. It only took us one day to decide to come back and purchase the car, not mention their year end sales are huge! Will definitely come back!

Bad experience! When it comes to car shopping you have many options. You can come across a good deal at more than one place. What differs and sets one dealership apart from another is your overall experience as a customer. Sadly this was not my case. I purchased a vehicle in March and still have not been able to speak to someone in authority to resolve an issue with regard to missing items from my vehicle that were promised to me when I made the purchase. I've left numerous messages and still have not heard back. As a consumer I feel as if the dealership only focused on making the sale but lacks the follow thru. Customers with a good experience will continue to come back to you Bill Jacobs BMW... others

Own a 2013 M3 first time servicing at Bill Jacobs BMW. My service advisor John Stout was very friendly and took the time to explain all the service items recommended. My car was lifted so I could see under the car with a technician. No other BMW dealership I have been to has done that before. John even took the time to call my third party insurance to get the repairs approved. Very happy with Bill Jacobs BMW and would recommend.

Hi Mike,

I m contacting you regarding my shopping experience with the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership. To say I am/was underwhelmed would be a massive understatement. After reading about what experiencing the Bill Jacobs BMW Difference should have been like I m even more disappointed.

I hope the client adviser I've been working with is a new employee because my shopping experience was more like dealing with a kid working at McDonald's who feels like I m bothering him while he s at work. While McDonald's fries are great, they re far from the luxury product the client adviser is supposed to try and sell. His lack of attention to detail, inability to comprehend what a customer is looking for and worse, his failure to make any effort whatsoever to deliver the professional and well informed customer service your dealership prominently claims to offer is astounding.

It wasn t all bad though. When the client adviser finally realized I was waiting on him for the quotes he got back to me a half hour later with two quotes for two cars that I have no interest in and zero quotes for the two cars my wife is looking to build. Even if I wanted to continue banging my head against the wall and try and see what the unbeatable prices that have made you the top choice for drivers in your area look like, the client adviser, in addition to providing me with the incorrect quotes informed me for the third or fourth time today that he was leaving early today and I d be able to get in touch with him Saturday morning. I would have loved the opportunity to continue working with someone to get the quotes for my wife s vehicle so we can purchase/order it this weekend, that was never offered to me. Maybe the client adviser would have known what we re looking for and what our time frame is if he had at any point had decided to pick up the phone to give me a call like every other BMW Client Adviser representing five other top rated BMW dealerships.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for the dealership because they did a wonderful job in working with me to find a specific car and more importantly were extremely, friendly, responsive and helpful. I worked with Mike Alder originally who was great and then mostly with Khalil Guisse. Khalil was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to follow up and to give me status updates. I felt heard and that they took the time to answer my very specific and long list of questions. They were communicative through the whole process and I definitely will work with them again and also recommend working with Khalil.

I'm an avid purchaser of cars maybe every 3-4 years. My first time at a BMW dealership. I was represented by Khalil. I must say one of the most positive, easy going, down to earth, salesman I've ever worked with. Not only did he get the right numbers for me. But he also took care of any small details needed for my car. He went out of his way to get things, I simply brought up in conversation. He kept his mask on the whole time, but was still extremely personable and respectable. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The service seems to be second to none. Purchased a BMW X6 with full premium warranty. The issue is that I brought my car in for repair for my rims and I had an issue with a ding on my car. Told Mo Ali from service exactly what I wanted and he told me no problem. I come home and realize there is a scratch on my bottom bumper. I asked to investigate the scratch and after back and forth email he stated he would repair the damage. However when asked when I can come in he did not respond. Said the email was down. We talked now and after a heated discussion about his poor customer service he told me he doesn t have time for kids games . What do you mean kids games? I asked for service manager and Mo told me that service manager told him to call me back. Nice customer service Bill Jacobs. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.

I recently leased an 8 series from Bill Jacobs BMW. I had the utmost pleasure of working with Shaun Patterson and Mike Alder. They are both really easy to work with and I was able to finalize a deal over email before setting foot in the dealership. Everything was as promised when it came time to sign the papers (Most important bit). There were a few challenges during car pick-up and delivery (I live a few hours from Chicago, nobody's fault, just issues of timing which were beyond any single person's control), but Shaun was really involved in the whole process and listened to me patiently and helped me out even when I got a little anxious. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a stellar experience. I would recommend them both whole heartedly because they are genuinely concerned about the customer and providing a good car buying experience.

Not a pleasant experience.
They are truly a cliche for a used car salesman. From the salesman insisting on knowing how much I can afforded per month before they even show me a car to the fast talking finance guy who keeps pushing extended warranties no matter how many times I tell them I m not interested.

I HATE car shopping but my experience at this dealership from start to finish was amazing. Harry was our sales person and he was genuinely nice and not that high-pressure sales guy that you typically see in dealerships. Even our trade-in value was higher than we expected (shh don't tell) which has never happened in our history of car-buying.

It is so rare to walk out of a dealership not only feeling valued but also feeling as if you got a good deal but this is how it felt for us! We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another one!

Recently had my M3 towed in for service due to a punctured fuel tank and muffler. Unfortunately, my car was scratched by one of their techs in the process of bringing my car into the shop. I understand mistakes happen. Alex Flinn immediately notified me and had my car sent to a 3rd party body shop, after the other repairs were completed, to have the spot repainted. It honestly looks like brand new. I'm pleased with the service from Alex Flinn and the team as they kept me in the loop and because they genuinely held themselves accountable throughout the whole process.

I have been in the dealership twice in the past 6 months, for different issues, and both times have been helped by John Stout. John has been outstanding in terms of communicating what is going on, getting me set up with a loaner when needed, and just overall being helpful!

I did not buy at Bill Jacobs, but certainly will next time around due to the superior service I have gotten from their group, specifically John.

I was pleasantly surprised when Dan in finance was able to help me. He went above and beyond getting things resolved for me. He is a man of his word.
John Stout and the service department took care of the issues and now my car is good as new. Great job!

This place never fails to disappoint. At least they re consistent they re always terrible. Showed up early for service appointment yet still took over a half an hour before I ever got out of there. If you want to buy a BMW and I wouldn t recommend that I would recommend you find another dealership. This is the worst BMW dealership I have ever had to deal with.

They took care of everything from start to finish without any hiccups and made the process extremely easy and smooth. Mike and Harry were completely clear and transparent on pricing and exactly what to expect during the entire process. They both answered all of my questions and concerns, and I had a lot of them. They were both very responsive to the multiple calls and emails that I sent. Harry even reached out to us after the purchase to make sure we are happy with everything and to check if we needed any further assistance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean in the Service Dept. He was so patient with me as I explained some recent trouble I had been having with my car. He had a service technician quickly look to advise us of the potential problem. After this conversation, Dean scheduled me to take a loaner since my repair would be extensive. During the time it was being repaired, he called me to update me in more detail about my vehicle & everything they were doing to resolve the problem. He called again to let me know the car was ready. When I went to turn in the loaner and pick up my vehicle, he again took time to explain everything, make sure all my questions were answered, & ask if there was anything else he could do. I cannot say enough positive things, but if I had to sum up my experience with Dean, it would be EXCEPTIONAL!

Josh is a straight shooter and made the process painless. After some much lesser experiences at other dealerships, Bill Jacobs is now my go to dealer.

First time service for me for the x3. The experience simply could not have been better. We have two other premium brands at home, and have had many others in the past. This is the first time that any of the dealers, including you guys 10 years sgo, included going into the garage and raising the vehicle and getting an overview. WOW!!!!, great procedure

Regardless of the processes, what makes any experience is the individual providing the service. In this case it is obvious that we hit the service lotto. John Stout and his partner Dan were genuinely caring and personable. It s hard to train Caring and John and Dan are care and we feel fortunate to have them as our reps. Dan, without being asked, did a full deeper check on a tire we were having an issue with and John made it a point to tell me that he is there for us for all things big and small in the future. Wow, Thanks.
