I have been a customer of Bill Jacobs for many years always had good service from them. When I was ready to buy another BMW I went to them again. I had a couple of issues on the new purchased car.
I was pleasantly surprised when Dan in finance was able to help me. He went above and beyond getting things resolved for me. He is a man of his word.
John Stout and the service department took care of the issues and now my car is good as new. Great job!
