I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean in the Service Dept. He was so patient with me as I explained some recent trouble I had been having with my car. He had a service technician quickly look to advise us of the potential problem. After this conversation, Dean scheduled me to take a loaner since my repair would be extensive. During the time it was being repaired, he called me to update me in more detail about my vehicle & everything they were doing to resolve the problem. He called again to let me know the car was ready. When I went to turn in the loaner and pick up my vehicle, he again took time to explain everything, make sure all my questions were answered, & ask if there was anything else he could do. I cannot say enough positive things, but if I had to sum up my experience with Dean, it would be EXCEPTIONAL!
