Had such a great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. It started out a little rough but Terry Mancuso and David Reynoso made up for it when they took over! David and Terry are AWESOME! I would strongly recommend working with David if you go to this dealership to get a new car. He was just so great. Terry was also fantastic and really went the extra mile. The two of them is what fantastic customer service is. I m glad I was able to work with them on my new car! Highly recommend!
