I have been coming here for service for 3 years, and although I have had a good experience with each service member I have worked with, Dean Klementzos went above and beyond yesterday at my appointment. He answered all my questions, and took the time to not only explain things to me, but also show them to me as well. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. By far, one of the best experiences I have had here. Dean is truly an asset to Bill Jacobs BMW!
