Took delivery of a 2021 X5 last week and worked with Shaun Patterson. Shaun was friendly and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions during the sales and deliver process. Would definitely ask for him again on the purchase of my next car!! Also, I have been servicing my 2014 355, which I replaced with the X5, at their service department and they always provide impressive and friendly service.
