Visited this BMW Dealership, specifically the service department in order to get my vehicle repaired. Jacob Murrar was my assigned representative. Jacob was helpful and friendly. Ended up the issue was something other than I thought and cost me a bit more. They had to order the required part and with the holiday weekend they offered to provide me with a loner vehicle for the time mine was being repaired. I had an appointment and showed up early but still had to wait an hour past my appointment time to leave in a loaner vehicle. Other than that minor issue everything went well and the vehicle runs great now.
I bought a VW from Bill Jacobs in 2011 and now just bought a 2020 X7 there. Jose and Mark are remarkably honest and knowledgeable. Everything went so smooth and I got my family dream car with zero hassle. The discount they had offered was already huge and there were additional equity they had helped me to find for my trade in vehicle. Overall, I would definitely come back to Bill Jacobs for any future vehicle purchase. Really enjoyed this straightforward car shopping experience!

Everyone with whom I had to speak was such a pleasure: Kwaku (really responsive both over email and phone, and very patient with me even though I was a total pain in the neck with all my questions), David R. (took me for the test drive), Bab S. (showed me around the tech features), and Dan D. (super friendly and explained clearly all add-on options). Horrible experience!! This dealership gave me the biggest headache and made the process the most difficult and frustrating I have ever experienced. There is no justifying the actions of this dealership, I told them from the start I just want a open honest process but what I got was loss of sleep and lies after lies. I felt forced into this deal because of my deposit and I was told that I have to come grab the car today or they will take my money and sell the car even though I wasn't backing out of the deal, I just asked for confirmation that everything was all set before I come because I live 5 hours away. Communication was horrible and my salesperson tells me you need to come now or we will sell the car, yet when I drop everything with work and get there they have me sitting for 3 1/2 HOURS. Some issues occurred with one of my rebates while I was heading to the dealership (even though the salesperson lied and said i was all set), the general manager tried to help me out by giving me some money off but I would have to put down more money to get to our original deal, then goes on to say that my rebate not going through is MY FAULT. I agree to come and of course when I get there, after waiting so long, my down payment is MORE THAN WHAT WE AGREED. It was such a stab to me. I cannot stress enough that this was the worst experience and so unprofessional. Now on top of it I already have to take my car into the shop for the iDrive system and I also find out that a $1000 rebate that the salesperson said I could not use is able to be used on my deal (when talking to other dealers). This dealership honestly makes me sick.
I just recently purchased a 7 series and needed service. I was referred to John Stout and I was not disappointed. I feel that this dealership understands customer service And John and his team made me feel confident that they knew my concerns and addressed each one. Communication is key when getting service to your car and John meet all my expectations and more. Definitely have my vote and will refer John and his team to all BMW car owners.

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. Big thanks to David R. first time custom ordering a vehicle. He walked me through every step of the way. Giving timely updates along the whole process. Even with factory closure delays, was on top of things and quick to answer any questions or requests. A big plus was not feeling any pressure into making a deal on the spot. Harry Gianos made an out of state purchase super easy. Very upfront about the condition of the vehicle, price, and had excellent communication. The vehicle was not perfect (used) and he made sure to let me know what some of the problem areas were and was no BS on OTD pricing. Once I showed up at the Dealer, it was about a 15 minute transaction and I was on my way. 10/10
My experience at Bill Jacob s BMW was amazing. All of their staff was polite and courteous. When I went to the dealership for the first time, they were appointment only but they still found someone to help me even tho I didn t have one. Once you are assigned an advisor, you can text that specific person whenever if you have questions or want to proceed further. I really liked that bc I like text messaging compared to email. I find it more convenient and you tend to get a quicker response that way. You don t see that kinda system at other car companies.
My sales rep name was Omer. He was very patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. If he didn t know the answer to my question, which was rare then he found someone who could and he would get an answer for me quickly. Even thought I started my car search very early in terms of when I wanted the car, he was patient and did not push me to buy the car early. Most sales people try to shove down a sale in your throat and keep on calling you until u buy. He didn t do any of that which I appreciated. He also saved me money by helping me avoid buying features in packages that I do not need and when it was time to buy the car, he got me the deal I wanted.
Lastly what I love about this particular dealership is that they have white glove service. So they will bring a loaner to you, take ur car to the dealership for service and then bring it back. No need to take time of your day to drop ur car for service. Super convenient!

That day we worked with Shaun Patterson, who was very informative and patient with us. We enjoyed our brief exchange with him so much that we made sure to work with him when we came back a few days later to buy a car. I began working with Harry Gianos at Bill Jacobs BMW before the 2021 M440i was even available. Harry was diligent in sending me updates on when the car officially went into production phase, when the dealership would begin receiving their cars so I could test drive and providing me pricing incentive updates and options. After a test drive, I was ready to move forward in November and was prepared to order my vehicle. Harry once again reached out to me as they had received the color i wanted and he knew i wanted to see it before I ordered the car I built. I went to simply look at the color and drove home in my new car that evening as it was not only a beautiful color, but was an almost match to what I had built. Harry and Mike made the entire process so easy, no pricing games, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to the close of the deal.
Even afterwards Harry continues to reach out to ensure I am happy, if i need anything or have questions. This is the smoothest and best experience i have had in purchasing a vehicle.
