Purchased a BMW X6 with full premium warranty. The issue is that I brought my car in for repair for my rims and I had an issue with a ding on my car. Told Mo Ali from service exactly what I wanted and he told me no problem. I come home and realize there is a scratch on my bottom bumper. I asked to investigate the scratch and after back and forth email he stated he would repair the damage. However when asked when I can come in he did not respond. Said the email was down. We talked now and after a heated discussion about his poor customer service he told me he doesn t have time for kids games . What do you mean kids games? I asked for service manager and Mo told me that service manager told him to call me back. Nice customer service Bill Jacobs. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.
